• Michael (1/5): Totally unacceptable. This place should never have been listed as available. I have traveled around the world for many d - The location The check-in process was horrible. They sent us to a mailbox to get keys. The address is not marked on the building. We walked up and down the street trying to find the “mailbox “. Once we tried a mailbox we got it to open but no keys. It took multiple phone calls and a long time to get someone to respond. The shower doesn’t drain. You stand in scummy water. Disgusting! The place was not cleaned. We walked into a place that was total disarray and dirty. All the beds were tossed about with dirty sheets. The bathroom had dirty towels tossed about. The kitchen had food on the table. The refrigerator had food in it. The trash was full. The place should not have been listed as available. It was a disaster. And the owner offered a slight discount. I believe Bookings should discontinue listing this property or the owner should take responsibility for their absentee oversight and clean up their business… literally.

• Randall (10/5): Absolutely fantastic and my wife and I highly recommend this accommodation! - So very comfortable and spacious. So many dining options just steps outside the door. And the beautiful church is right out the living room window and a 2 minute walk. No complaints whatsoever.

• Martin (8/5): - Sehr schöne, grosse, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider kein WLAN. Dies steht so im Beschrieb aber ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schlecht. Ich stieg vor der Wohnung, konnte nicht hinein, obwohl im Beschrieb von Booking steht, es wäre jemand vor Ort. Auf der angegeben Telefonnummer hat niemand abgenommen. Anschließend kam ein WhatsApp, dass 250m von dort der Schlüssel in einem Briefkasten abgeholt werden könne. Das Finden des Briefkastens war jedoch nicht einfach.

• María Del Mar Ruiz Pérez (4/5): - La localización Nos mandaron bajar la basura. Las sábanas estaban un poco transparentes. Pedí factura porque ya estaba pagada con mucha antelación y me dijo que no me la podía hacer hasta que no fuera al apartamento, que se la pidiera a Booking. Nos dejaron las llaves en el buzón de una clínica dental, nos dijeron la dirección pero no la clínica, no sabemos el motivo hubiera sido más rápido y no hubiéramos dado vueltas por ahí. No es cota cero por mucho que digan que es apta para movilidad reducida.

• mc_carmen (9/5): Piso acogedor. Estuvimos una noche y a gusto con todo. La chica que nos dio las llaves, muy amable. - La ubicación. Y una pequeñita habitación que había en el piso de arriba, donde las niñas subían a jugar, leer... El menaje era bueno. La nevera, lavadora y el lavavajillas, eran prácticamente nuevos. No me gustaron las vistas. La cocina y sala, daban a un edificio en construcción. Y las habitaciones a un patio pequeño y aunque una habitación tenía balcón, la otra casa estaba muy cerca.
