• Andrei (10/5): Very practical and clean - Great apartment, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk from the station, 30 minute walk from a pretty much anything in the center, maybe less if you're in a hurry. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt, the check-in system was easy. You need to be able to access your messages because one of the codes you have to input is quite long. I had a bottle of tap water waiting for me in the fridge, which was very nice. I didn't need the iron, the hairdryer or the washing machine, but they are available. Many apartments (in Brno too) now have Nespresso machines, so I kind of expected one. Instead, there was a French press, which I was too lazy to use, so I got my coffees from the coffeeshops in the area. The bathroom and the towels had a slight moldy smell, probably due to the fact that the bathroom doesn't have a window. The ventilation is enough to handle the vapour from the shower, but probably not the permanent humidity. The sun hits the windows for most of the day, so if you get in before 10 PM, the apartment will be quite hot. End of April, 6 PM, I was very close to turning on the AC. There are no insect nets, so if you leave the windows open, mosquitoes might be an issue in the summer.

• Lubomir Bozik (10/5): Cozy, comfortable apartment right in the middle of Brno's historic central. - Right in the middle of historical centrum of Brno. Great host, actively communicates. Apartment furnished by lots of care. One of the cleanest apartments I've seen, really hat down to the hosts. The only detail to mention is the fridge making little noise in the night which is heard from the nearby bed.
• Anna (9/5): Pěkný, klidný byt. - Ubytování v centru města, v hezkém, čistém domě. Pěkný, slunný byt, výhled do rozlehlého dvora, takže v pokoji byl ve dne i noci klid. Závěsy dovedly zatemnit pokoj téměř dokonale. Předání klíčů jednoduché, komunikace s velmi ochotnou paní majitelkou byla perfektní. Fajn místo pro odpočinek a vyrážení do města, všechno potřebné je na dosah.

• Martin (10/5): Velice příjemné a klidné místo přímo v centru Brna. Přesně odpovídá popisu a fotografiím. - Perfektní a rychlá komunikace s hostitelem, studio krásně uklizené a připravené. Velice příjemné, moderní, ale přitom klidné místo na odpočinek i na práci, perfektní dostupnost (pro pěší/MHD/vlak/autobus), nové zařízení, pohodlná postel, vše plně funkční. Skvělé!

• Sarah (10/5): sehr tolles Appartement, immer gerne wieder! - die Lage ist perfekt direkt im Zentrum, alles gut in Gehweiter erreichbar. Die gesamte Wohnung war richtig schön modern eingerichtet und sehr schön hell aufgrund einer kompletten Fensterwand! Alles das wir gebraucht haben war da, Tee- und Kaffee, im Bad genug Ablageplatz, in der Küche alles da, Betten bequem. Sogar Netflix war gratis dabei zum schauen, und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Immer gerne wieder. einzig die Decken waren ein bisschen zu dünn für den Winter, aber sonst war alles super !!

• Eric (10/5): Quiet, Cozy Apartment in the Center of Brno - The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was very clean. It faced inward on a courtyard, so there was no street noise, it was very quiet. It had a washing machine for clothes which was very helpful. The apartment was in a secure building, but the downtown area was also clean and safe. We parked in the National Theatre parking garage that had some measure of security, so we felt comfortable leaving excess baggage in the car overnight there. That was very helpful. There were three grocery stores within two blocks, which was perfect for self catering. The kitchen was fully prepared for this. There is plenty of entertainment close by. Be advised that the closest parking is a 10-15 minute walk. Travellers without a lot of luggage will find this an excellent place in the center of the city. Most of downtown is a pedestrian zone, which is nice, but a consideration when planning your trip.

• Beáta (9/5): - Modern, új bútotokkal, teljesen felszerelt konyhával, a belváros szívében, de teljesen csendes garzonlakás. Sajnos az ágy a fal mellett van, így csak az egyik oldalon lehet leszállni. Parkolni csak a közelben lehet.

• פרידמן (9/5): המלצה על Historic center Brno apartment - דירה מקסימה שיש בה הכל, כולל מכונת כביסה שהיא גם מייבש וסבון כביסה. המיקום מצוין ממש במרכז העיר העתיקה. החנייה מעט רחוקה וכוללת כ-10 דקות הליכה- אין כניסה לרכבים לאזור כולו ולכן חונים בחניון מוסדר. 36 שעות של חנייה עלו 650 קרונות. ההסבר שהתקבל בוואטסאפ היה ברור ונוח ובעלי הדירה זמינים באנגלית לכל דבר. הדירה מקסימה ונהדרת, אך דלת הכניסה לבניין לא ננעלה למרות שיש קוד ובכניסה יש ריח של שתן.
• Kryštof (10/5): Výborné - Krásně čisto Velmi útulno Lokalita v centru Výborně vybaveno Do apartmánu je vidět ze spousty oken okolních domů, což lze vyřešit zatažením závěsů (čímž ale přijdete o světlo - ideální by bylo mít žaluzie, ale to je jen detail :)) Vchod do domu nebyl nikdy zamčený a silně páchne močí, za to však majitelé apartmánu nemohou
• Monika (10/5): - Ideální ubytování v centru města , vše potřebné dostupné pěšky. Velmi pěkný malý apartmán, vše potřebné k dispozici, v noci absolutní klid.
• MoroSystems (9/5): - Apartmán je čistý, relativně prostorný, postel pohodlná, Koupelna je taky dostatečně velká, vybavená fénem. V kuchyňce je vše základní, dostačuje. Okna do vnitrobloku, až na zvony z kostela je tu klid. Majitelé byli velmi milí, komunikativní, ochotní. Chybí záclony, okna sousedů jsou relativně daleko ale je to stejně dost nekomfortní. Trochu zapáchá odpad, ale nic hrozného.

• David (9/5): - Very comfortable, clean and well equipped modern appartment. Very quiet at night and a comfortable bed . Air con worked well as did the shower, plenty of hot water. A few thoughtful items like coffee, salt and pepper etc are provided which was helpful. Good communication for check in and English spoken so all went smoothly. Conveniently located to the centre and also to the station. Would recommend. No plug for the kitchen sink so washing up the dishes was a bit difficult.
• Robi (9/5): Máskor is megszállnék ott, ha arra van dolgom. Szuper hely! :) - Csendes, nyugodt környék, közvetlen a központban. Hamarabb átvehettük a szállást. Nem kellett korán, hanem elég volt csak délelőtt 10kor elhagyni a szállást :) Nem volt sütő. Minden más igen! :)

• MW (10/5): Úžasný apartmán - Skvěle zařizený apartmán, takhle uklizeno bych chtěla mít doma :). Výborná poloha v centru, přitom úplný klid, okna do dvora, nádherný funkcionalisticky dům. Příště v Brně určitě zase tady. Nechtělo se nám odjet.

Co se mi ale líbilo snad nejvíc je právě komunikace s paní majitelkou, jakmile jsem jí napsala, měla jsem do pár sekund odpověď, aktivně ihned vyřešila všechny požadavky a dotazy. Ať už se jednalo o radu na parkování, nebo kam zajít večer na drink :)

• Daria (10/5): Would definitely come back - The apartment is modern, well-equipped, very clean, and filled with natural light. It's located very close to a few grocery shops and the central train station. Despite that, the place is really quiet, no noises from the street are coming in. There is a church nearby, so there are occasional bell tolls, which didn't bother us at all. We managed to rest really well, and the bed was very comfy too. The hosts are lovely and were quick to reply when we needed assistance.

It was close to all major sights, the many fascinating museums and concert venues, as well as public transport. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful. They provided everything to make our trip fantastic! The apartment has wonderful appliances and decor. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended for a perfect holiday in Brno! Nothing.

The location is perfect - very close to the train station, and within walking distance to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself is modern, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The host were fantastic and very helpful. We visited in summer and it was very hot, keep in mind the apartment does not have air conditioning. The room is not very big so it was easy to get fresh air in the evening by simply opening windows. And an electric fan was provided.

I will come back and hopefully be able to stay again! Wifi was not the best sometimes, so if you come to work from home keep that in mind; its also very warm which was perfect for winter, it was nice to be able to keep windows open but in the summer maybe would be overwhelming!

It would be great to have a hook in the shower so you can shower hands free, but that was only a minor issue.

Very hot is summer and since it is located next to church where bells are ringing the whole night every 15mins the nigh can be easily sleepless. There is a elevator but there are stairs to it and also from elevator to apartment which can be tricky when you traveling with luggage/ stroller
• Boglár (10/5): Best apartment in Brno - The apartment was well equipped, spotless, the design of it was really nice too. It was in the city centre, however it wasn’t noisy at all. Our hosts were really nice and informed us well about everything.

Very clean and modern apartment. - bells ring periodically almost the entire night, as there was no clima included we had to sleep with open window and that resulted in us waking up a lot. - inside corridor of the building had a smell of urine and waste without change for our entire stay, giving us bad experience any time we entered the building.
• Ebrahim (9/5): GREAT PLACE - Property is located a short walk from the Main Train Station. Very short walk to the tram stops and the town square. Located in a decent apartment block with modern lifts. Apartment was excellent, new, bright and modern. A lot of natural light coming in from the big windows. It was equipped with a smart tv and a washing machine. It has all the ameneties required. I gave the apartment a TEN. We were allowed an early check in. No luggage storage facility if you arrive before check in or in case of a late check out. (which we thankfully did not need). Prior communication could have been better with regards to building entry and recommendations for tourist sites etc.
