• Prashant (1/5): Extremely disappointing - It is situated in a nice place. Rooms are average, i4 rooms have the same ceiling voice echoes, very tacky place, eating place is like a big hall with pathetic ambience. This place is not even half the money they charge. Food is also very average

• Rakesh (9/5): Coorg Cliffs - do plan a stay - Seated on a cliff, looking towards the lush green meadows, Coorg Cliffs is a resort that takes you back in time. Spectacular view, good spacious rooms, brilliant services and scrumptious food. We visited the place during the long weekend and was supposed to be relaxing one. The place is always buzzing with crowd but the people there go out of the way to make you feel special. Noteworthy mentions - Savitha, Jackie and Tulasha ( apologies if the name is wrongly pronounced ) who were always there to help, with their smiling and every helpful presence. We took half board and recommend taking it.Great mix of cuisine and each dish is so well cooked. Serving was made special as the staff took special care. Considering we had a small baby, they used to visit the table often and ask for assistance. The furniture at the restaurant is wooden and has good provision for kids too Do go for the nature walk. Enjoy the place and relax by the pool.. The place does have a infinity pool and there is something for everyone. It's a trip that i will remember for a long Time. Thank you folks at Coorg Cliffs resort!! I would have loved to have the spa done but the place was under renovation. Also, they were renovating, so it was a bit not so great an experience with construction sounds, dust and upkeeps.

• Shilpa (9/5): would like to visit again - I visited the place with my parents who are senior citizens, sister and her child to stay which we enjoyed but what we found inconvenient was the stairs to be used to reach our room which was little bit scary for my parents.

The staff were generally helpful and housekeeping attended to our calls. In particular senior staff Ravi Rai and the person who took us to the Nature walk Lohith were very helpful. There were small issues with plumbing but were taken care of immediately

Unfortunately I had a ankel twist but the staffs were very helpful to gear up from that. Some suggestions, after cleaning walk way or steps, if warning board sign are place will be helpful.

Staff are very accomodating and have good recommendations. No wifi in the room we were staying and limited connectivity.
