• Andreas (2/5): Poor cleanliness, misleading accommodation details, and a lack of maintenance made for a very disapp - Location is ok Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property appears to be a former commercial space that has been converted into accommodation, and the overall condition of the place was poor. Many parts of the property felt worn out and in need of maintenance. Cleanliness was a major concern. We found visible mold in the showers, encountered cockroaches during our stay, and the property did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The air-conditioning units also appeared to have been neglected for a long time, and the condition of the filters raised further concerns about cleanliness. The lack of windows was another significant issue that was not clearly communicated in the listing. Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or maintenance, and I would not recommend it.
• Mangione (5/5): - L'emplacement et la configuration de l’appartement. L'appartement est vieillissant et nous ne l'avons pas trouvé très propre. Les salles d'eau sont très petites. La rue est très bruyante et L'appartement n’est pas du tout insonorisé. Nous avons été déçu par rapport aux photos.

• NIKOLAOS (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία του ήταν πολύ καλή, δίπλα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο με ωραίο design. Αρχικά δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου παράθυρα, υπήρχε τζαμαρία που δεν άνοιγε, φαινόταν σαν πρώην βιτρίνα (προκαλώντας ανασφάλεια καθώς βρισκόταν σε κεντρικό δρόμο της Αθήνας και μπορούσε να σπάσει εύκολα) με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί ο χώρος να αεριστεί. Ο μόνος τρόπος για να μπει έστω λίγο φως στο κατάλυμα ήταν ανοίγοντας τις κουρτίνες της πρόσοψης πράγμα δύσκολο γιατί είχε θέα στο πεζοδρόμιο, πιστεύω κανείς δεν θέλει να γίνεται θέαμα στους περαστικούς. Όσον αφορά τα δύο μπάνια, πρώτων έχουν θέμα με τη μυρωδιά καθώς η αποχέτευση είναι προβληματική. Δεύτερων και οι δύο νιπτήρες βούλωσαν τουλάχιστον δύο φορές ο καθένας. Τρίτων, ακόμα δεν έχει πιαστράκια για τις πετσέτες και τέλος το ένα από τα δύο έχει σπασμένο κούφωμα με αποτέλεσμα να μην κλείνει η πόρτα. Γενικά η έλλειψη φυσικού φωτός και παραθύρων μετά από λίγο προκαλούσε δυσφορία.
• karinacs2 (9/5): Bom espaço e custo benefício - O apartamento tem um bom espaço, camas confortáveis e boa localização. Também tem máquina de lavar e secar, o que foi de boa ajuda na nossa viagem. O check-in/out foi fácil através do código no acesso. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, tinha chinelo e garrafas embaixo da cama. A água quente no chuveiro durou apenas dois banhos e depois ficou gelada para as outras pessoas.

• Lia (7/5): - Περιποιημένο κατάλυμα. Ωραία ανακαίνιση. Δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο για φυσικό αερισμό και ήταν καθαρό επιλεκτικά. Δηλαδή ήταν πολύ καθαρές οι τουαλέτες ενώ στο πάτωμα με το που περπατήσαμε με κάλτσες γεμίσαμε σκουπίδια. Το συρτάρι δε κάτω από το κρεβάτι ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη και τα χνούδια.

• Δέσποινα (3/5): - Το μόνο πού μας άρεσε ότι ο σχεδιασμός ήταν μοντέρνος.. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν μαγαζί κ έγινε σπίτι... Στις φωτογραφίες δν καταλαβαίνεις ότι είναι υπόγειο το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο στο οποίο το ίντερνετ δεν είχε καθόλου σήμα , και το κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο Δύο νύχτες κοιμηθήκαμε στο πάτωμα. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ενημερώσαμε τον οικοδεσπότη και πέρασαν δύο μέρες για να φέρουν βίδες κ μπαταρία για να τα επισκευάσει ο πατέρας μου μια κ είναι η δουλειά του κ ξέρει.. Το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ούτε ένα παράθυρο για εξαερισμό για να μπει λίγο φως στον χωριό. Έχουν κρατήσει την τζαμαρία του μαγαζιού κ έχουν βάλει κουρτίνες κ όταν τις ανοίξεις οποίος περνάει απέξω κοιτάει μέσα. Επίσης η πόρτα δν είχε χερούλι,κ το οίκημα είχε νέα κλειδί αν έφευγε ο ένας δν μπόρεσε να φύγει κ άλλο με διάφορα ώρας.. Στην κουζίνα είχε πολύ λίγες παροχές. Δεν μείναμε καθόλου ευχαριστημένοι.
• CHRYSI (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία του ήταν πολύ καλή, δίπλα σε όλα και πολύ κεντρικά. Το ντιζάιν του χώρου ήταν επίσης εξαιρετικό. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και παρείχε όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι. Το γεγονός ότι η πρόσβαση του ήταν απευθείας στο πεζοδρόμιο δλδ. άνοιγες την πόρτα και βρισκόσουν αμέσως στο δρόμο. Επίσης , επειδή εμείς χρησιμοποιήσαμε το υπνοδωμάτιο που ήταν στο υπόγειο και λόγω της τουαλέτας που ήταν μέσα και λόγω ησυχίας, ( διαθέτει και δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στο πατάρι , χωρίς όμως την τουαλέτα κοντά σου) δυστυχώς αν συνέβαινε το οτιδήποτε, από φωτιά μέχρι κάποιο σεισμό, έμενες εκεί αποκλεισμένος.
• Μιχαέλα (3/5): - Ηταν πάρα πολύ κοντά στο μετρό με τα πόδια, δίπλα σε μαγαζιά και σούπερ μάρκετ. Ιδανικό για όποιον θέλει να είναι κοντά στο κέντρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης άμεσος και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε οποιοδήποτε αίτημα μας πριν την άφιξη στο δωμάτιο Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο χωρίς παράθυρο. Η πόρτα είναι παλιά και η τζαμαρία του δεν σου δίνουν κανένα αίσθημα ασφάλειας. Το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε μέσα μυρίζει κλεισούρα και βόθρο. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου απαράδεκτη. Στο μπάνιο τρίχες, το χαλί βρόμικο , ιστούς αράχνης, αλλά το χειρότερο απ όλα στο δωμάτιο στο υπόγειο χρειάστηκε να σηκώσουμε το στρώμα για να πιάσουμε κάτι που έπεσε και βρήκαμε σκοτωμένες κατσαρίδες και γόπα από τσιγάρο! • Katerina (3/5): - Η τοποθεσία και η διαμόρφωση του χώρου ήταν καλές, όμως η συνολική εικόνα του καταλύματος ήταν απογοητευτική Η καθαριότητα ήταν ανεπαρκής, υπήρχε σκόνη παντού, έντονη δυσοσμία στον νεροχύτη, το ντουλάπι της κουζίνας δεν είχε καθαριστεί ποτέ , οι σκάλες είχαν σκόνη, στο ταβάνι υπήρχαν αράχνες και κάτω από τον καναπέ υπήρχαν ψίχουλα από τους προηγούμενους. Παρότι μας είχαν διαβεβαιώσει ότι το πρόβλημα με τις κατσαρίδες είχε λυθεί, βρέθηκε ζωντανή κατσαρίδα μέσα στο κατάλυμα την τελευταία μέρα. Τα στρώματα ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολα και βούλιαζαν, τα υλικά κατασκευής ήταν εμφανώς πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας και τα κουφώματα στο μπάνιο ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση, έτοιμα να ξεχειλώσουν. Ακόμα και βασικά πρακτικά στοιχεία έλειπαν, όπως κρεμάστρα στο μπάνιο για τις πετσέτες. Η ασφάλεια ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη, καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκεται πάνω στον δρόμο, με τζαμαρία και πόρτα που δεν παρείχαν καμία αίσθηση ασφάλειας. Τέλος, μας είχε αναφερθεί ότι σε περίπτωση προβλημάτων θα υπήρχε επιστροφή χρημάτων, κάτι που μας επιβεβαιώθηκε, όμως τελικά δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε ,αντίθετα απλά μας αγνόησαν

• Geisson Adriano (6/5): - Localização Banheiro e quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Não tinha suporte para sabonete e shampoo no banheiro. Na cozinha, faltava copos o suficiente para 4 pessoas e toalhinhas para secar a louça. Falta de privacidade do outro quarto, pois não tem porta.

• Kirsten (1/5): Horrific Stay: Cockroaches, Broken Facilities and Zero Help - Location was okay. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. From the very first night we were greeted not with hospitality, but with three huge cockroaches crawling around our room. When we contacted John, the so-called building manager, his only response was: “this has never happened before.” Nothing was done for days. The list of broken things was endless: * The freezer didn’t work. * Every drawer in the closets was broken. * The bed downstairs kept collapsing because the slats fell out. * The washing machine door was broken, and when we reported it, John literally didn’t believe us. 
After a full week without being able to do laundry, without fresh towels, and with cockroaches everywhere, someone finally came. He didn’t greet us, didn’t explain anything, just barged into the apartment while on the phone. He sprayed the place with pesticide, which caused cockroaches to crawl out of the walls and die slowly all over the floor. The chemical smell was so strong we could hardly breathe. And apparently this “solution” would take four days to work. 
At this point, we had had enough. We called John asking to be moved or properly helped, but he flat-out refused. The only thing he offered was a refund for the last eight nights, ignoring the fact that we had already spent sleepless nights in disgusting conditions. His attitude was rude, dismissive and incredibly unprofessional. In the end, we spent hours on the phone with Booking.com ourselves to finally get moved and refunded. This was not just disappointing, it was a nightmare. The place is infested, the facilities are falling apart, and the management is shockingly unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and never book this property.

• Sinead (6/5): Fine for what we needed - Good location, very clean and good price for a couple of nights Front door was difficult to open and looked like it had been forced open in the past, bathroom sink plug wouldn’t open, showers small and whilst newly refurbished, wasn’t great quality
• Milan (10/5): - Lokacija je odlična! Blizu je najpoznatijih turističkih lokacija a opet u mirnoj ulici bez puno saobraćaja. Moguće je naći i (besplatan) parking u samoj ulici :) . Apartman je na 3 nivoa, vrlo prostran i udoban. Nije klasičan stan/apartman ali je zaista za svaku preporuku pogotovu za kraće boravke od par dana…

• Triantafyllia (5/5): Beautiful apartment but lack of sunlight - The accommodation had no windows and no natural lighting The accommodation had no windows to open to get fresh air and no natural lighting. It was probably a shop/ store which they converted to accommodation. It was nice and clean but not having any light/sunshine coming through made it quite depressing
• Kender (7/5): Good - Our host was very accommodating, especially as we landed so much earlier than check-in. We loved the floorplan and the decor. We felt a little exposed, but there was a ton of dining in every direction. All kinds of cuisine as well. Quiet neighborhood but a cute little park nearby. Transportation was good, too. There were several buses that went to popular sites and neighborhoods just steps away. Less than a 10-minute walk away was a bus to the airport as well (I wouldn't advise this if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, though). There was only one key to the unit, which wouldn't be a problem; however, you also needed it to lock the door from the inside. So the group couldn't split up to go out at night without 1) locking someone inside the apt (pretty scary and dangerous) or 2) waking them up to let you in (pretty annoying). Also, this didn't affect our stay, but I think the following would be great improvements: hooks for towels in the bathroom and shelves in the shower for body wash/ soap.
• Veronique (9/5): Highly recommended especially for those who don’t like to be close to noisy places throughout the night - It is very clean. I liked the location. It’s not very close to the tourist area so you need to walk or take the subway to get to the archeological site but I like it like this because the tourist Plaka place is noisy and dirty whereas this one is quiet, safe, clean, with different restaurants and bakeries and groceries etc. Also the owner is very responsive
• Kolbassia (10/5): Enjoyed staying there, central, clean and beautiful design. - Instruction sent before and clear. simple to collect the key and the door is just by the key box, you don't need to struggle to find the building.
