• Klára (9/5): Moc hezká vila s nádherným výhledem a bazénem. Lokalita je za mě také dobrá.. bohužel celková doprava v Amedu je velice - Na tomto ubytování jasně dominuje výhled s bazénem, což nás naprosto uchvátilo. V jedné koupelně špatně odtéká voda.. pak se vytváří úplná potopa po celém pokoji

• Natali (10/5): - The villa offers an absolutely breathtaking view and is truly magnificent. It is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. If we find ourselves in this area again, we would definitely choose to stay here once more. The access road to the villa is a little narrow, but since the beach is not far away, it is perfectly easy and pleasant to walk there. The only thing to keep in mind is that the path includes a fairly steep incline and several stairs, so it might not be the most convenient option for elderly guests. Overall, the villa is exceptional — the views are simply stunning, and everything is kept in immaculate condition. A truly wonderful place to stay. The villa is maintained with great care and attention. The pool is cleaned every two days, and everything is kept very neat and spotless. At the first request, the staff come promptly to clean the villa. The personnel are very helpful, attentive, and service-oriented. The beach is nearby, and the coral reef there is quite nice. I highly recommend this place.

• EllenJane93 (8/5): Huge, beautiful villa, perfect for a chilled holiday - The villa was way bigger and more beautiful than we expected. It's modern, very nicely decorated, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotless. The pool is absolutely amazing, extremely clean and huge! With an incredible view - pictures don't really do it justice. I noticed other people complained about the stairs up to the villa - it's really not bad at all. I'd say the stairs are fine even if you have just a basic level of fitness, but maybe not for people who are extremely unfit or much older. Unfortunately we had issues with the water supply on four out of five days - either we had no water or it was cold. Every time it happened, they fixed it within a couple of hours, but it was frustrating that the problem returned multiple times. A couple of extra chairs downstairs would have made the villa more comfortable. If it weren't for these small issues, I would have given 10/10.

• Verity (9/5): A delightful experience and one of the most incredible views! - The villa and the view were exceptional. We loved our stay there and could easily have never left the deck. There was a local ceremony while we were there - so one night we sat by the pool, under the full moon, listening to the live Gamelan music. Amazing The only thing was the aircon was not working. The owner tried to fix it but it wasn't able to be repaired during our stay. It wasn't a huge issue but I think if you were going there during November to February - you would want to make sure it is working.

• Teresa (9/5): Beautiful property, views and pool. - Beautiful views of the ocean and with the private pool. Hard to beat this combo. The home is relatively new and a good place to retreat to. About a 10 min walk to Lipah beach where you can easily spend the day and snorkel, chill there. No need to rent a scooter if you just want to stay in this area. There are food and eateries on the main strip and easily accessible. The manager is very responsible and hospitable. I don’t think the property was the problem. It was nice and beautiful. I think I didn’t factor in the fact that there is a lot of noise pollution around the property. Where the mountain funnels into Lipah beach, the sound seems to collect and bounce between the hills. You can hear all the roosters crowing from the various properties, and the scooters going by during the day and night. Now, I can’t change that and it is Asia after all. And the property can’t control this. Best bring earplugs if you want to sleep through the crack of dawn 😂 I had a lot of fun walking around and am fit. But I think for unfit or people with mobility issues, they may have difficulties with the stairs to get to the house and property. Not accessible for those people at all.

There was really nothing to complain about Therefore, we would like to highlight the things that we consider most worth mentioning The pool with its fantastic view of the bay and the horizon, especially in the evening The bamboo beds and seating made for wonderful chill-out evenings, especially in the evening!The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was chic!Cleanliness was great although we only decided to clean once in the 8 days.The staff was always friendly, always with a smile on their faces. And super quick to solve problems and provide assistance! Supermarkets and a few restaurants are within easy walking distance!The ability to order food, taxis, and rent scooters, all via hotel numbers or through the hotel manager, was the icing on the cake! This was one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thank you! Two things that might be worth mentioning, but are not included in the evaluation. 1. The accommodation is only accessible via a few steps. And therefore require a corresponding level of fitness. 2. Grab and similar companies haven't worked for us. Apparently, there isn't enough demand for them locally.We have used the transportation service provided by some excursion coordinators, some of whom also offer two-in-one meals at a restaurant.The hotel's own taxi service was too expensive for us given the options. 3. There aren't any paradise beaches nearby. Most of them are black sand beaches, which are rather unclean.But the pool made up for everything! 4. When booking snorkeling and diving trips, ask exactly where they go. We booked two, which unfortunately only took us a few bays further.We could have reached this point ourselves with the scooter.Apart from that, there was not everything to see on site that the trip had promised beforehand.

• Tomáš (10/5): Dechberoucí výhled na moře je naprosto TOP - nezapomenutelné východy slunce! - Vzhled vily na mě opravdu udělal dechberoucí dojem – cítím se tu jako na opravdové dream holiday. To je přesně ten skvělý moment, kdy si lehneš hned u bazénu s výhledem na úžasné panorama s mořem. Nejvíc top je sledovat, jak vychází sluníčko, jehož paprsky se odráží od hladiny, takže moře nádherně zlatavě září. A pak v noci… super bomba zářící měsíc, pod kterým se moře luxusně a elegantně třpytí. Tohle je prostě originální prostředí! A hned kousek odtud – jen pár minut pěšky – je speciální černá lávová pláž. Snorkeling tu určitě nesmíte vynechat! V moři je magnificentní množství barevných rybiček, modrých mořských hvězdic a dokonce lionfish! Možná, pokud budete mít štěstí, uvidíte i želvy! A ještě musím dodat, že když sejdete dolů z vily a hned zatočíte doprava k restauraci, prý patří majiteli z Česka – a tam mají řízky a smažené sýry! Jakmile se dostanete k této vile, čeká vás strmý svah nahoru – ale beru to jako malou challenge. Stačí pár minut a už mám pocit, že jsem dostal spoustu sladkých odměn: dechberoucí výhled na moře, osvěžující koupel v bazénu kdykoli chci a pohodové válení na super gauči.

Sensation de suivie lorsque nous arrivons à la villa et que le loueur de scooter arrive dans la minute pour récupérer son argent et les scooters avec une impression d’arnaque. Vous devriez changer de prestataire car cela ne donne clairement pas envie de revenir. - la propreté est négligée, odeur d’urine très désagréable dans les salles de bain et le jardin. - chiens autour de la villa qui aboient toute la nuit. - mauvais équipement général : pas de poubelle dans les salles de bains, de torchon dans la cuisine.

• Shiena (9/5): Superb - Fantastic Stay with Incredible Value I had a wonderful experience staying here. The pool was great and the view was absolutely stunning. For the price, the value was amazing. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and several snorkeling agencies, which made exploring the area super easy. The property is well-equipped with excellent utilities, including warm water, air conditioning, and a gas stove, which made the stay really comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway! Not dislike, but for others consideration. The property is surrounded by forest and features an open-concept design, which might not be ideal for everyone. At night, the bright lighting tends to attract quite a few bugs. However, the bedroom is fully enclosed with a proper door, so bugs won’t disturb your sleep.

• Miguel (8/5): Stunning views and great location - The location is perfect, great views to the sea. It’s a quiet area (despite of the roosters), but has everything you need at hand: a few good restaurants (Warung Agung our favorite, Ketut also good), massage salons (Wellness Hub & Spa, the best), dive centers (White Sand Divers), money exchange, laundry and a couple of convenient tokos just within a hundred meters. There is even a doctor in the same street. The staff is very responsive, whenever we needed anything they acted. The property is good in general, but needs a bit of maintenance, especially on the toilet and kitchen faucets. Pillows a bit hard for our taste.
• Sebastien (9/5): Superb - I had an excellent stay at Villa Mimpi Tamarind. The villa offers everything one could need, including restaurants, shops, snorkeling, spa...all within walking distance. The view is magnificent, and the photos perfectly match the villa. There are a few steps to climb to access the villa, which isn't an issue for those with normal mobility, but it's unfortunately inaccessible for individuals with reduced mobility. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The access for me due to fact I only had a knee replacement a year ago so was a bit too much although worth the climb up the steps for the view from the villa!

We ask to bring us the breakfast at the villa and it was so good, the people who bring it to us so kind and nice, always smiling I think all was perfect. We did heard in a reviews that it was so much noise from the dogs outside early in the morning but for use it was not a problem (we love animals) so it was so incredible nice to be the. The sunset at 6 am was breathtaking

The owner was very responsive to find taxis and address requests. The access for cars and the bathrooms that could use some upgrades. Also (and this is for all Amed) no Gojec or Grab so it is difficult to order food or taxis without the help of the owner.

What strikes you upon arrival is the breathtaking sea view, perfectly showcased by the spectacular sunrises we were fortunate to witness each morning. The villa is impeccably maintained by dedicated staff who clean the villa and the pool daily, ensuring spotless cleanliness throughout our stay. The two bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant, adorned with a minimalist and warm decor that invites relaxation. The wooden ceiling in the lower part of the villa is a true work of art that contributes to the cozy atmosphere of the place. It's true that the climb to reach the villa is quite demanding with its many steps, which could pose a problem for people with limited mobility, but for us, it was a good daily exercise. To perfect our experience, a few additions would be welcome in the kitchen, including a coffee maker, a strainer, and some extra utensils to facilitate culinary preparations. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to our requests, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. A big thank you to them for their professionalism and warmth. - Accessibility: The villa is not accessible to people with limited mobility due to the numerous steps required to reach it. - Kitchen Equipment: There is a lack of some essential equipment such as a coffee maker, a strainer, and additional utensils for a complete culinary experience.

The open outdoor living area and swimming pool has everything you need for a few days of relaxing and privacy. • Anthony (8/5): Great villa, great location but not for anyone with mobility issues - Great views from the villa. We loved the fact that you could order food like breakfast and the would deliver it (very quick). The walk to the beach is not too far. You are not in the busiest area of Amed which for us was a positive as its much more relaxed and quiet - so great location for us. The 85 steps to get into the Villa! This should be stated on their adverts as it would be a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues. Even without mobility issues it was really hard work (especially with cases). The benefit of course was the view when you get to the villa.
