Os quartos são espaçosos e ha um excelente café da manhã com Granita. Os funcionári8a são muito simpáticos e cordiais. O Filippo nos auxiliou com as atrações ao redor. Não tem nada.

• Floor (10/5): Amazing location and amazing host! - The location, the amazing host Filippo and the attention for making the stay as good for the whole family. I would recommend this place for sure, and we will be returning! The only small thing that I would improve, is the shower. It was not very comfortable. Small and not sturdy and the shower head was not the best.

• Kelly (9/5): Een unieke locatie met een prachtig uitzicht! - Wat een locatie! Prachtig uitzicht op de Etna en de zee, een hele vriendelijke en attente host, alles erg schoon en een heerlijk zwembad. Wij verbleven hier met onze twee kinderen (1.5 & 4 jaar oud), ledikantje perfect opgemaakt en het bed voor onze 4 jarige had een heel fijn hekje. Voldoende vermaak voor iedereen. Speeltuin, fietsjes, schildpadden en zwembad, maar ook rustige hoekjes om een boek te lezen. Ontbijt ook erg lekker!
• Marco (10/5): Struttura meravigliosa con panorama sull’Etna - Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti con dei bambini. Struttura curata nei dettagli. Il panorama che si gode dalla struttura è meraviglioso. Stanza grande e giardino veramente ben tenuto e attrezzato, anche con giochi per bimbi. Erano presenti anche dei giochi in stanza per il più piccolo, dettagli che fanno la differenza. La colazione la mattina vista Etna è stata veramente bellissima (oltre che ottima). Host disponibile per ogni informazione. L’unico neo è la strada sterrata per accedere. In alcuni punti è molto accidentata e con la nostra auto (Toyota Yaris) in alcuni punti si tocca il terreno. Andrebbe sistemata un po’.
• Maciej (10/5): It was perfect stay in very clean place with nice and helpful host. - Host is a great and nice guy who gives you many advice about places which are worth seeing. He is very helpful, we talked a lot about region. He has got a great attitude for children. The place is very clean, the room and common space too. The view at the sea and Etna is mind blowing. Thank You for great coffee during breakfasts! :) Access to the place, You have to go on stony surface last kilometer.
• Anouk (7/5): Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen, prachtig uitzicht en schone kamer. Jammer van het harde bed. - Prachtig gelegen boven op de berg met uitzicht over het dal en de zee. Mooi onderhouden en schoon. Vriendelijke mensen. Kamer simpel maar helemaal prima met een eigen balkon. Heerlijke ontbijtjes (elke dag (3) net iets anders). Leuk speeltuintje en onze dochter heeft genoten van de fiets. Qua locatie; supermarkt en meerdere dorpjes in de buurt en vlakbij de Etna. Paar minpuntjes; de toegangsweg was erg hobbelig, het bed erg hard en er zaten bij het zwembad puppies opgesloten die er graag uit wilden wat het iets minder rustig maakte. Maar verder hebben wij het heerlijk gehad.
• Leopold (10/5): Een must. - Rustig, idyllisch en schitterende ligging. Aan de voet van de Etna enerzijds en de zee anderzijds. Geen verkeer in de omgeving, daarvoor zorgt de aardeweg die door de putten rustig moet bereden worden om deze schitterende locatie te bereiken wel voor. Filippo is een gastheer uit de duizend. Het ontbijt is op maat van de gast geserveerd. Catania en Taormina zijn binnen rijafstand, het schitterende zwembad op enkele meters .. Niets.

• Emanuele (9/5): - Ho trovato la posizione comoda. Vicino Giardini Naxos ma allo stesso tempo defilata dal caos e dall'umidità del mare. Piscina pulita e con una eccezionale vista sull'etna. Host gentile, risponde alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione abbondante, suggerirei qualche semplice biscotto in sostituzione dei diversi dolci per dare una soluzione meno ricca di zuccheri (impossibile resistere altrimenti). La parte iniziale della strada per raggiungere il casale come accade in altri agriturismi è in sterrato, ma potrebbe essere più curata. Diciamo che la prima volta fa un pò impressione soprattutto se affrontata di notte, poi ci fai subito l'abitudine.
• Antopizzuto (8/5): Bel soggiorno, in un luogo tranquillo e con super vista - La posizione, con vista fantastica su etna e mare. La struttura era nuova e pulita, buona la piscina. Colazione nella norma. Bisognerebbe aggiungere soluzioni per appendere gli asciugamani. Una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto sarebbe un plus
• Antonio (10/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Struttura scelta guardando le immagini e le recensioni; sinceramente siamo andati oltre le aspettative iniziali. Un gioiello situato su un'altura, dalla quale si possono ammirare da un lato l'Etna e dall'altro il mare. Un oasi silenziosa, dove ci si può rilassare dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro. Struttura dotata di comodo parcheggio e piscina. Spiccano sicuramente la vista mozzafiato, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del titolare, Filippo è sempre stato onnipresente. Ora sappiamo dove poter tornare durante il nostro prossimo viaggio in Sicilia. La strada comunale che porta alla struttura. In questo caso sono contento di aver noleggiato un automobile leggermente più alta, così da poter affrontare la strada senza troppe preoccupazioni. Credo che il comune debba intervenire urgentemente per la sistemazione di questa strada, per evitare di penalizzare la struttura ed i suoi ospiti.
• Ruth (10/5): Heavenly, quiet and peaceful. - It is a retreat for the soul over here! So peaceful and quiet, and the views are breathtaking. We planned to stay for one night but we found it to be so beautiful we stayed an extra night. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The host went an extra mile and left some toys in the room for our kids. Includes pool and swings so there are a lot of things for the kids to enjoy too. Thank you to the wonderful host! Nothing - although good to note that it is secluded and you would need a car, but centre of calatabiano/giardini naxos is 10 mins away.

• marco (8/5): Goed en leuk uitzicht op een rokende Etna. - Locatie is erg mooi. Lekker zwembad met alle nodige voorzieningen. Afspoeldouche, toiletten en een warm en koud douche voor dames en heren. Super mooi en netjes en schoon allemaal. Goede airco en een koelkastje op de kamer. De gastheer, eigenaar, Filippo is een vriendelijk en behulpzaam persoon. Bedden waren 190cm lang en een hoofd en voeten eind. Voor lange mensen niet handig. De matras sliep niet lekker, je rolde bijna uit bed aan beide kanten, beetje vreemd. Ontbijt was wel goed maar een beetje eenzijdig. Je kunt kiezen tussen hartig en zoet. Meestal heb je zin aan beide. Een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer zou ook zeer welkom zijn.

• Andrea (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft und netter Gastgeber - Tolle Unterkunft die einsam auf dem Berg liegt. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Man hat von dort einen tollen Blick auf Taormina, das Meer und den Etna. Filippo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und Filippos Mutter hat 2x hervorragend für uns sizilianisch gekocht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine Klimaanlage. WLAN gibt es auch. Wenn wir noch mal nach Sizilien kommen, dann buchen wir wieder bei Filippo.

• Karoline (10/5): Wunderbar für die ganze Familie. - Es war rundum schön. Alles sauber und sehr durchdacht. Kinderfreundlich und ein leckeres Frühstück. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nach unserer einen geplanten Nacht später nochmal zurück sind und nochmal dort übernachtet haben. Filippo war unglaublich hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und sehr sehr nett. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
• Henk (10/5): - Prachtige locatie en dito uitzicht, erg schoon en netjes. De gemeentelijke weg naar de accomodatie was slecht, maar met een beetje rustiger rijden kwam je er wel.
• SM (9/5): Séjour agréable dans un panorama exceptionnel et hôte aux petits soins - Séjour très agréable grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et aux petits soins de Filippo. Emplacement idéal à 20 min de Taormine. Vue exceptionnelle, petits déjeuners copieux et chambres simples mais grandes et propres. On recommande en particulier quand il fait assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine. Le jardin est fabuleux !

• Harold (8/5): Heerlijk! - Wanneer je door de poort rijdt komt je in een prachtig complex. Netjes opgezet en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima en er was voldoende keus. Bovendien werd de mogelijkheid geboden om het ontbijt aan te passen (zoet naar hartig). De route van de doorgaande route naar de poort van het complex waren even schrikken.

• RB aus (10/5): Special place high on the hillside. - We chose this place because it was an easy drive to Mount Etna . When we arrived we did not realise how beautiful the views were of mount Etna from our balcony . It was quiet . The drive in on a country lane a bit rough but the owner has a lovely property beyond the security gates. Good sized room and comfortable. We had breakfast on the terrace. The gardens are well maintained and lots of places to relax ,also enjoy the pool. A great space for little kids and safe. Had a great experience. Lots of restaurants in local towns within 10 minutes drive. I would have loved some tea and coffee facilities in room so l could relax on the balcony. Also a place to wash some clothes after travelling three weeks.
• Ralph (9/5): Lovely clean accommodation with helpful host. - Unlike the reviews, breakfast was well catered for. Perhaps it was greatly improved as a result of the reviews. The location of the accommodation is beautiful and the accommodation itself is even nicer than the photos suggest. Filipo is also a great and helpful host. My girlfriend was sick for a day and Filipo helped us with everything to get her well. The rooms were very clean.

We hebben erg genoten van de mooie accommodatie, fantastische uitzicht op de stad en Etna, het lekkere eten en het prachtige zwembad. Dit adres kunnen wij (ons gezin) van harte aanbevelen!!! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!!! Ik wil nog graag vermelden dat er ook iemand een review cijfer 1 heeft gegeven. Hier begrijpen wij helemaal niks van! Deze persoon heeft klaarblijkelijk niet de locatie en gastvrijheid bezocht, anders had hij/zij een 10 als cijfer gegeven! Niets. De gastheer zorgde erg goed voor ons. Philippe en zijn pap en mam.... bedankt!!!

L'emplacement avec sa vue incroyable sur l Etna et sur la baie de Taormine mais aussi sa proximité des endroits "stratégiques" (etna, gorges de l alcantara, villages comme Castelmola....) La piscine hyper agréable après les visites! Le dîner !!! Tellement, tellement bon! Nous l'avons pris le 1er soir mais n'avons pas réitéré car très copieux (trop pour nous le soir). Mais à faire !!! Pour seulement 25€ un dîner local avec de très bons produits. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas top

Ho soggiornato una sola notte per visitare L'Etna ma io e l'amica con il quale mi trovavo avremmo voluto rimanere nella struttura per tutto il resto della nostra vacanza. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera non troppo grande ma con una vista stupenda. Giardino meraviglioso con piscina e angoli dove potersi sedere e rilassare. Colazione super. E' una struttura che si trova piuttosto in alto, non so se riguarda i proprietari del B&B o del comune di Calatabiano, l'unica cosa che migliorerei è la strada per arrivare all'edificio: aggiungerei qualche luce o faro in più in quanto di sera è buio pece e se non si ha una macchina bisogna usare le torce del telefono per farsi strada per arrivare fino alla struttura perchè altrimenti non si vede nulla.

Not sure how this was decided and why but it isn’t traditional to Sicily and/or most other nationalities. Bit remote. Search the name of the residence and not the address.
• VINCENT (8/5): Uniquement pour le cadre - Qualité de l’établissement. Havre de paix. Piscine. Gentillesse de Philippe. Accès difficile en moto, 500 m de chemin type Paris—Dakar… le plus mauvais petit-déjeuner de notre quinzaine. Diner: Le moins bon rapport qualité de notre séjour sicilien (15 jours) au niveau du repas.
• ALEXANDRA (7/5): Très bel endroit. Déception du petit déjeuner - Vue sur la baie de Taormine à Giardini Naxos et sur l’Etna. Piscine et jardin bien entretenus. Chambre propre et terrasse avec vue sur la mer dans notre cas. A 5 minutes de l’autoroute et pourtant lieu très calme. Nous avons été déçus du petit déjeuner servi à table. Soit vous choisissez un petit déjeuner traditionnel composé de biscottes, de deux petites parts de gâteau ( faits maison et très bons), confitures. Pour les boissons, on vous propose soit café soit jus d’orange. Il n’y a pas de laitage, de fruits, ni charcuterie, ni pain. Soit vous choisissez le petit déjeuner sicilien et on vous apportera un granité et une brioche. Aucune boisson n’est alors proposée. Il nous semble que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. S’agissant du dîner, il était de bonne qualité mais un peu cher: 25 euros pour une entrée composée de 4 petites tranches de charcuterie et de 4 morceaux de fromage , de quelques poivrons confits et une petite part d’aubergine à la parmesane et d’un plat de pâtes à ma sauce tomate et aubergines. Pour le dessert, il faut compter 5 euros pour un dessert glacé, bon mais pas fait maison. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé mais nous trouvons que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas satisfaisant

• paolo (9/5): - Una bella struttura, confortevole , molto curata e pulitissima , vicino ai principali punti turistici: (ma per fortuna in qualche modo lontano dal casino proprio dei centri turistici ) . il proprietario molto gentile e a modo. Le granite siciliane eccellenti La strada seppure in parte sconnessa è comunque percorribile senza particolari problemi . Vista impagabile sul mare e Etna Come suggerimento , migliorerei solo la colazione in quanto sarebbe bello disporre di un piccolo buffet con frutta, succo, yogurt , pane fresco e marmellate e non una semplice fetta di torta e caffè . Il buffet evita di dover chiedere per cose basilari di una prima colazione. In estate si beve molto e non tutti amano il dolce per colazione . Forse su richiesta le avrebbero anche portate ma non è bello specificare ciò che si vuole a colazione. Per il resto super ok

• Helle (8/5): Dejligt ophold - Skøn udsigt over Etna og kysten. Rent og simpelt værelse med god plads. Dejlig pool samt sød og hjælpsom vært. Rolige omgivelser. Egentlig ikke. Morgenmaden er dog mere enkel end andre steder.

On a aimé la tranquillité du lieu même si l autoroute n est pas loin Les commentaires disaient que la cuisine est délicieuse, préparée par la famille de Philippo. Hélas lors de notre venue on ne pouvait plus manger sur place. La restauration sur place nous avait fait choisir cet hôtel. Dommage ! Sur les conseils de Philippo nous avons très bien mangé dans le village à 4km.

• Geoffrey (10/5): un petit coin de paradis :))) - Arcobalena dell’Etna est un vrai petit coin de paradis! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable avec nos deux enfants : la vue est magnifique entre la mer et l’Etna, les chambres sont très confortables et très propres, les repas sont excellents avec cette douce odeur gourmande dans la maison (merci à la maman de Filippo). On se sent comme chez soi, avec un accueil très gentil de Filippo. Cet charmante bâtisse est une belle histoire de famille ! Mille mercis, nous y reviendrons c’est certain!
• Yoel (10/5): רגוע, נינוח, כיף - מלון חדש ובו שישה חדרים. נמצא מחוץ לעיר, באזור ירוק, לא רחוק מטאורמינה. מהמרפסת רואים את האתנה. החדרים מרווחים. היינו בסוף החורף, כך שלא התרחצנו בבריכה. פיליפו הבעלים מסביר פנים ועוזר בכל עניין. ארוחת בוקר היא ארוחה קונטיננטלית - קפה ומאפים. ביקשנו להרחיב את הארוחה לירקות, חביתות ועוד, במחיר לא גבוה. לנו זה התאים. • Michel (10/5): Mooi zeer verzorgd familiaal verblijf, top gastheer. - Ligging: Op 20 minuten van Taormina, op een 5 tal km van de kust. Met zicht op de kust, alsook imposant zicht op de vulkaan Etna. Verblijf : recent verblijf, september 2021. Alles is dus nieuw. Kamer : Alles zeer netjes en verzorgd. Sanitair ook helemaal nieuw Ontbijt: Is normaal typisch Italiaans zoet ontbijt. Werd op ons verzoek aangepast naar hartig ontbijt mits kleine opleg. Men kan bij mooi weer buiten ontbijten en dineren, onder overkapping, met prachtig zicht op de omgeving. Dinner : Zeer lekker dinner. Lekker door zijn eenvoud. Gerechten gemaakt met lokale verse producten, verse pasta etcetera. Gerechten worden klaar gemaakt door de vader van de gastheer Filippo. Wijnen zijn lekker en dit voor een aantrekkelijke prijs. Zwembad : buiten zwembad met prachtig zicht op de vulkaan Etna. Verder is niets teveel gevraagd aan de gastheer Filippo. Hij zal jou met veel enthousiasme intressante tips geven ivm met bezienswaardigheden in de regio. Alsook eventueel voor jou een uitstap regelen. Voor ons verdient dit verblijf een dikke 10!!! Doe zo voort Filippo en tot weerziens. Grazie Mille!!! Niets Geen enkele negatieve ervaring.

Migliorerei la colazione, aggiungerei qualcosa che rappresenta la provincia di Catania, e installerei delle zanzariere sulle finestre. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
