• Clara (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Destaco que se encuentra en el primer piso del edificio, lo que es favorable si se tienen maletas grandes. Se encuentran muy cerca establecimientos comerciales para la compra de alimentos, elementos de aseo o medicamentos si se requiere. Se encuentran estaciones de bus cerca, si se quiere conocer otras playas o sitios de la ciudad, nosotros pudimos visitar la ciudad de Salona.

• Ashleigh (10/5): Lovely hosts, clean, quiet and great location. - Nikolina and Marko were responsive, helpful and attentive, organising us airport transfers and accommodating our requests for late arrival and luggage storage. The apartment is in a great location, a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the old town. It's spotlessly clean and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and kind touches like the milk in the fridge. It was great overall. The only downsides were that the main bed was a little hard, and a couple of extra pillows would have been nice.
• Falko (10/5): Centrally located apartment with good amenities and very friendly hosts. - The hosts were very welcoming. We had some problems with our arrival, but they responded quickly to our inquiries. The check-in process was very friendly and uncomplicated. The location was central but quiet, on a side street. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed, its noticable that the hosts pay attention to detail and the well-being of their guests. Nothing to complain about, we had a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, it was too short.

• barbara (9/5): Perfect stay in Split! - Perfect location at walking distance from the old town and (hopefully) find a parking spot in the area. Appartment is exactly as in the photo’s and spotless clean! Do not hesitate to book! -
• ALEJANDRA (10/5): Estancia más que perfecta - Marco nos atendió muy bien. Nos informó de todo muy amablemente. Al llegar eran días festivos y todos los supermercados estaban cerrados. Nos dejaron comida para poder salir del paso, un detalle que valoramos y agradecemos mucho!! El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo ,no le hacía falta de nada, aceite ,sal ,azúcar, champú...de todo lo que suele faltar en este tipo de alojamientos. Otro 10 para ellos. Los utensilios y electrodomésticos nuevos . Camas super cómodas y vecindario muy tranquilo ,10 minutos caminando al centro. Volvería al mismo alojamiento sin dudarlo.

It was very spacious and equipped with everything one needs! - The place was very centrally located with 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy within 2 mins walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and gave us incredible recommendations from the best beaches and restaurants in Split as well as day trips.

The location is perfect, just close enough from the main city hub, yet quiet. Great air con, many facilities available and clean. Very quirky and traditional feel. Would highly recommend.

• Francesco (10/5): Position perfect with all the amenities you need. - The apartment was a great size for our family (4). The location was amazing being just a short walk to the old town and around the corner from two supermarkets. A great size bathroom. Our host was fantastic providing us with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and checking in on our stay. No on-site parking unfortunately.

• Fergus (4/5): Not suitable for short term rental. - I liked how near it was to the old town of Split, it was easy walking distance. However, the area is run down. Searching of bins by (I assume) homeless people was a regular feature of what greeted you when you left the apartment. We also liked the apartment itself, it was comfortable and well equipped (although we did have to buy toilet roll as there clearly wasn't enough for 4 people for 4 days) This apartment is NOT suitable for short term let. We are 4 adults in our late 50s/early 60s. On one of the nights we decided to eat in. This included a few glasses of wine and no doubt there was a lot of talking and plenty of laughter (we were on holidays after all). At 11.22 p.m. there was some thunderous knocking on our door. We assume we were disturbing our neighbours and this was their way of letting us know. By the way, I should state that there is a sign on the entrance door to the Apartment Block which reads "Tourists, no noise after 11 p.m. if ignored the Police will be called". So, in fairness, we were warned. But this just reinforces my stating that the apartment is not suitable for short term letting, as clearly we were not the first guests to disturb our neighbours. Our neighbours are absolutely entitled to their peace, but we are also entitled to be able to have conversations at 11 p.m. in the evening, we are tourists/holiday makers after all. So, sorry I cannot recommend this apartment to holiday makers/tourists.

The apartment looks even better than in the pictures, very well equiped. Free parking is available nearby, though it may take some time to find a spot.

• Tatiana (8/5): Recommend it - perfect location, 5 min walk to Old Town and 3 min walk to the grocery store. comfortable beds clean apartment, good communication and very quiet! They could add a coffee machine and light duvets for the beds. Usually one person does well with the air conditioning and others don’t (my case) and a light duvet is always handy.

Apartment had good facilities. Hosts were attentive. Apartment on the ground floor so didn't have to deal with steps, just a few at the entrance of the building. Towels were a bit worn. Sofa was uncomfortable.

The apartment is very well located, at about 8mins to the old city entrance and less than 10 mins to the port. It is very spacious, very well equipped with all you need. Extremely clean everywhere. The access was very easy with clear instructions. The nearest supermarket is at 1 mins around the corner. We have past a very good time in this apartment. As I also own an apartment for tourism, I can say that this apartment is very well managed. It is the best choice for Split. Noting Everything perfect

The apartment is really beautiful with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, complete electrical appliances, beautiful balcon. It is not difficult to find a free parking especially in front of the apartement, well sometimes you are not lucky and have to make turns or even a bit further but that always works for us. The apartment we got on the ground floor, the first door, a perfect access for family with kids. Simple check in and check out. Good communication with the friendly owner. I don't remember things that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was nice and comfortable, and location was great. Communication with host was easy and quick. Host was also amazing giving tips for restaurants and other questions I had.

• Colin (10/5): Nice Flat in Good Location - Suitable for 2 friends, getting a room each. The flat was clean with basic supplies, plenty towels and some toiletries. Good air con in the living room/kitchen and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The location was good being only a 5-10min walk from the old town. The host was pleasant and met us at the flat. Aswell as handing over the keys and showing us round the flat, she took the time to give us some local knowledge and what we might like to visit in Split. Nothing negative to report, it was a nice spacious flat to use as a base for our weeks visit

Great place to use as a base to explore and trips. Mosquito screens on the windows were good! Spotlessly clean. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our requests. As a family of 5 (55, 47, 20, 18, 16) the apartment felt a little small.

• Ana (10/5): A delightful stay in Split! - We had an amazing stay at Apartment Sugar Flat. Jagoda and Jacob gave us a warm welcome. We have everything we needed in the apartment. Everything was clean, the kitchen is perfect for cooking, the bathroom is very clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the old town and supermarket.
