Their customer support is not only shockingly unprofessional but also outright hostile, rude, and appalling. Interacting with them feels like a one-way transaction: they’re quick to take your money, but vanish when it comes to providing any real service or support. Maria (8/5): Very good - Very cozy, clean flat in a quiet neighboorhood with everything one needs (cooker, oven, washing machine).
Salvatore (5/5): Passable - Was really clean Too noisy, could literally hear everything specially in the morning from 6.30/7 to 9. We woke up every morning by the noise of the glass or rubbish collection, when people were taking the stairs it felt like the apartment was coming down. All the evening till late (midnight). We could hear the neighbours talking or listening to tv. Should do something about the windows they are to old.
