• Arianna (6/5): appartamento carino se avete la macchina - l'appartamento era ristrutturato di recente, pulito e accogliente ci sono alcune cose da far notare, specialmente per la sicurezza personale, la ringhiera per la scala esterna è completamente rotta e aperta, che nel caso ci fosse un bambino o un animale volerebbe tranquillamente giù dal 2 piano senza discussioni, la strada su cui affaccia l'appartamento è sempre trafficata a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, non permettendo un adeguato riposo e l'attraversamento effettivo della strada in sicurezza.

• Sarka (8/5): Potřebujete- li být blízko letiště, tak doporučujeme. Pokud hledáte klid a čistou ulici , tak ne. Komunikace s majitele - Ubytování je velmi blízko letiště Lokalita je špinavá a všude spousta odpadků , ale za to pan majitel nemůže
• Isabelle (10/5): - L'appartamento è stato pulitissimo e Salvo un host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi cosa e in particolare ci ha aiutato a parcheggiare la macchina a noleggio in un posto custodito. La sua disponibilità è simpatia ci ha reso il nostro alloggio a Catania molto piacevole. Sicuramente torneremo e consigliamo vivamente a tutti di prenotare una delle sue strutture ! • Cleopatra (10/5): Very good - Apartamentul corespunde perfect cu fotografiile din anunț. Check-in și check-out rapide și fără complicații. Locația este convenabilă, la aproximativ 10 minute de mers cu mașina atât spre aeroport, cât și spre centrul orașului. Gazda a fost extrem de atentă și disponibilă, ne-a contactat zilnic pentru a se asigura că totul este în regulă și ne-a oferit sprijin pentru toate întrebările pe care le-am avut.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Penso il solito B&B, mi sbagliavo. Molto meglio dí quanto potessi sperare! - Premetto che vivo quasi in trasferta causa lavoro, di conseguenza giro spesso per alberghi e B&B. E posso affermare che ogni volta trovo sgradevoli sorprese ho magari cose diverse rispetto a quello che viene scritto ho magari fatto vedere in foto. Beh qui la sorpresa c’è stata stata, in positivo però! È stato l’unica volta che ho davvero trovato quello che ho visto in foto anzi molto di più un appartamento nuovo del tutto attrezzato nei minimi dettagli e le comodità offerte davvero impareggiabili! Ma soprattutto è stata la prima volta che non mi sono imbattuto in persone che si improvvisavano in questo settore. Perché la gente crede che basti avere una stanza per essere un B&B, non è così. Invece ho avuto il piacere di conoscere i proprietari due ragazzi giovanissimi che prima di tutto si sono formati seriamente e professionalmente nel migliore dei modi e credetemi che si vede!poi hanno investito, seriamente però è non come tanti che mettendo due mattonelle colorate credono di aver fatto chissà che! Credetemi che so cosa dico.per non parlare del casale del 900 dove ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella suite LAVICA, spettacolare curata nei minimi dettagli e particolari di prestigio di un certo livello, che spesso non si trovano neanche in tanti alberghi stellati, non vedo l’ora di tornare per soggiornare nella suite reale che è un esperienza bellissima che farò il prima possibile! E comunque voglio fare i complimenti a SALVO E LA MOGLIE perché veramente sono stati capaci di realizzare delle strutture al di sopra delle medie nazionali credetemi! Bravi, continuate così. STRACONSIGLIATO

• Diosi (10/5): Good apartment - The host was very friendly and responsive. Very good guy. The apartment is a bit small but perfectly suitable to use, the AC was good, room comfortable and it had all amenities. Very good overall. The location is a bit scary, but we just wanted to stay somewhere near the airport without going out. Everything was okay.
• Aneta Tankovič (9/5): Very nice suite near to airport - It's near to airport. Host Salvo is very hostile and responsive! Wuite is well maintained and has many balconies. It's quite hard to find parking if you are with the car. Also, similarly, as in many other properties, when you are booking with a child and paying some extra in booking, there was towels for 2 persons. Would be so nice to have the extra towel for the child :)

• Renate (9/5): This was a great place to stay for its proximity to the airport. Our host was fantastic ! - Lovely host, kind and friendly. Everything was clean and in good working - excellent value for money and a good location for the airport.

• Ann (10/5): Was lovely home and the owner made us feel welcomed and informed of anything going on - The bed was comfortable and the owner was happy to help with any enquiries The shower has a curtain which made water leak onto the floor but that was the only thing

• Bastian (4/5): Very loud but modern and clean apartment - Modern, clean and well decorated apartment. Especially the bedroom is nice. Unfortunately next to a high traffic street with a lot of honking due to a dangerous corner, also through the night. There is no real living room (just a tiny couch in the corridor). There is a very steep descent with stairs to the apartment, so that is not easy to access the apartment especially with luggage.    Outside, it is very dirty and it is dangerous to walk there because there is no pavement. Once you leave the house, you're right away on the street. It takes more than a half hour to walk to the city (which is normally no problem) but the neighborhood is extremly run-down and dirty so that we did not feel safe. The owner was friendly in the beginning (i.e. let us stay with a baby even though he does not allow children and we would have taken another apartment since it was our fault) but got aggressive in the end for no reasons (i.e. for us leaving the towels on the floor which we did on purpose to help him identify which towels we used) and even pressured us through Booking for paying the tourist tax which he forgot to mention (he called Booking right away even though we transfered the tourist tax within minutes after we heard of it). Additionally he did not mention that the oven is broken, which would have been important for us since we did not feel safe to go out in the evening for dinner.
• Jarmila (7/5): Nice apartment in unattractive neighbourhood - The apartment is nice, just as on the pictures. Well equipped, clean, offering complementary coffee and water. Hot water in the shower. Wifi and AC working well. Big TV with Netflix/Youtube. Unfortunately the owner doesn’t speak English, so the communication was difficult and I had hard times getting instructions for entering the apartment from him. The location of this apartment felt very unsafe. But if you have a car, you should be fine as it is just 10min from airport. We didnt dare to walk on the street at night. And it is located next to very busy road, so we were not able to get much sleep. At the same time there is not much noise protection in general, so you will hear your neighbours and everything happening in the corridor. Lastly, there were many mosquitoes inside the apartment despite the window nets, so another reason why we almost didnt sleep.
• Csilla (10/5): Exceptional - -the property was nicely renovated and it was comfortable, lot of space, coffee machine+capsules, water in the fridge -the owner didnt speak English but we understood well each other so it wasnt a problem, he was very helpful, flexible with the arrival time as well - Owner helped us to find a parking space in front of the house (no private parking) -the main reason for us was to be close to the airport due to our early flight,so from this perspective the location was great (10min drive to the airport), however otherwise the neighborhood wasn’t giving the best impression

• Pedro (7/5): Make sure you are comfortable with the location. - Good size and cleanliness. Well renovated apartment. Has all the facilities you need. The owner couldn't speak a word of english, although he was nice and available. Location is not so good as it is not walking distance from the center commercial areas or restaurants. Would not recommend it for tourists who prefer to walk vs drive.
