Guest Reviews
- Ami (10/5): Great property great location great views -
- Kirsty (9/5): Stayed over Christmas. Lovely place. Fire was already on and warm when we arrived and a Christmas tree had kindly put up - Nice and roomy. Really warm.
- Helen (8/5): A great place for a birthday celebration with family and friends - Instructions were sent before our stay with a warm welcome message. The whole place was warm and cozy, pet friendly and the dry room was a welcome addition. We loved the huge dining table in the bunkhouse so we could all gather round. The view from Bothy 2 was great. We loved the idea of the football pitch, basket ball and outdoor bar however the ground was too boggy at this time of year to make use of these facilities. Indoors was wheelchair accessible throughout . Beds were comfy, and like the fact that each room had its own outdoor access. Wifi connection was good all weekend Living space and comfy seats in the bunkhouse were too small to fit everyone in together. Stairs were very steep in the Bothys. Outdoors a challenge with a manual wheelchair . Outdoor bar was inaccessible due to very boggy ground, however would be ok in dry weather.
- Tracey (10/5): Fantastic group break venue - Perfect for a group celebration
We were very lucky with the weather and were able to watch the dark skies
The fire pit area is great on cold nights to sit outside and toast marshmallows
The hosts were very welcoming and provided a bit of local history too
We had a fantastic family break Nothing
- Clare (9/5): Overall we had a fantastic time here - very comfortable, clean, has everything you need! - Fantastic location and property.
Loved the fire. Toilet doors don’t lock well.
Lighting too dim.
TV position not ideal.
- Shivanthy (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (8/5): Great purpose built bunkhouse, perfect for a fun group stay! - Great layout, had everything we needed as a large group of mums and kids! Liked everything. Because we’d had a lot of rain it was muddy but that couldn’t be helped…
- Jack (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (8/5): Great weekend away - Great for a large group of friends to stay. Managed to get all of us round the table. Plenty of hot water and we were warm despite the storm. We had everything we needed there. Mattresses weren’t overly comfortable but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t a major concern.
- Jade (10/5): Exceptional -
