While it is not right in the center of the city (but you can access those parts cheaply and easily via taxi) it served our purpose. The neighborhood is upscale residential and quiet. Lots of eating options around as well.

Alexander (10/5): Amazing stay! - Really new, very clean rooms, very comfortable bed, great location and attentive staff. Would absolutely stay here again. They also offer tours to the nevado del Ruiz. Sadly no breakfast but there is an amazing breakfast cafe just a 3 min walk away

They assured me that everything was OK not to worry and they were right. I had no worries. They are very accommodating from the day. I arrived from till the day I left very well managed hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel the rooms had everything you expected right down to the fine details very clean no bugs I actually like the lighting when you take your foot out of the bed the light comes on on the floor in the bathroom so you can have easy direction there is full length mirrors there is nice kitchens, tables refrigeration. I can go on and on. I suggest to anyone to go stay at this hotel. It is absolutely marvelous. Whoever designed this hotel did a very good job.
