• Elea (8/5): - The location was great. Outside Alicante but the tram stop is 5 mins away as is a supermarket and the beach. Very nice view from the balcony which gets sun most of the day. The apartment was a good size, with really comfy sofa and bed. Shower had good pressure. The owner was always really quick to respond, even when the fridge stopped working he arranged to switch it over the next few days. Some noise from the street but doesn't really bother to sleep. Unfortunately there is currently a construction site next door. Saying that, the construction work doesn't start too early, ends before dinner time with several breaks during the day so is manageable.
• Monika (6/5): - Lokalizacja Brak kieliszków do wina,przecież to Hiszpania! Wynajmujący oddał depozyt w przeddzień późnym wieczorem, bez możliwości sprawdzenia pokoju, więc jaki ma to sens ....poza tym depozyt jest za duży . Plastikowa zasłona w łazience.....średniowiecze!
• Mariusz (6/5): Miłe mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji - Mieszkanie jest przyjemne. Łóżko wygodne. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Przez okno i z balkonu można zobaczyć morze. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, szczególnie jeśli nie zależy Ci na bliskości do centrum Alicante. W pobliżu wszystko czego trzeba - sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie, bary, a okolica jest miła i spokojna. Niedaleko również do plaż (Platja de l'Albufereta jest świetna). Jest też gdzie pobiegać. W pobliżu przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Na początek muszę wspomnieć o tym, że wynajmujący od razu zaproponował przeniesienie transakcji poza Booking i od tego uzależnił wcześniejsze zameldowanie, o które prosiłem. Bez tego - nie było o tym mowy. Uważam, że to nie jest w porządku i mocno nadszarpnęło to moje zaufanie do tego wynajmującego. Po włączeniu ogrzewania wody, trzeba na nią czekać około godziny. To wymaga trochę planowania. Wieczorami było nieco chłodno, a w mieszkaniu nie ma ogrzewania (marzec). W mieszkaniu brakowało kilku udogodnień z opisu/zdjęć (ekspres do kawy, stolik na balkonie), ale tutaj muszę uczciwie przyznać że w ciągu 24 godzin wynajmujący ogarnął co trzeba. Najsłabszym elementem mieszkania jest trwająca budowa w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie mieszkania. Cały dzień pracują tam koparki i urządzenia zbijające skały co jest mocno uciążliwe i nawet przy zamkniętych oknach ciężko to wytrzymać - nie mówiąc już o spędzaniu czasu na balkonie.

• Ruzica Martic (7/5): Potenzial nach oben - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Stadt ist man mit der Busverbindung schnell unterwegs. Das Apartment ist ausreichend gross und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Reinigung: Leider waren alle Innenschubladen der Kommode, des Kleiderschrankes sowie des Regals nicht sauber. Auch der Boden wurde offenbar nicht feucht gewischt, da noch Staub und Schmutzreste sichtbar waren. Im Badezimmer waren bei der Ankunft noch Haarreste vom vorherigen Aufenthalt vorgefunden, was den Gesamteindruck der Sauberkeit verschlechtert. Die Küche wollte ich gar nicht mehr benutzen. Verbesserung: Nach meiner Reklamation wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, das der Besitzer eine Lösung anbietet. Ausstattung: Eine Kaffeemaschine hätte den Aufenthalt komfortabler gemacht.
• Iryna (10/5): Bright apartment with private terrace and smooth airport pickup - Lovely, bright apartment with its own terrace. The owner kindly arranged an airport transfer on the check-in day. A €300 security deposit is required at check-in, but it was refunded promptly without any issues. The beach is very close—large, clean, and in October it was quiet and still warm enough to swim. Some traffic noise on the balcony due to the nearby main road.

The host was very helpful and even arranged transportation to the airport at 4:30 a.m. The kitchen wasn't well equipped for cooking - there was only one small, old pot. There was also a €300 deposit, though it was refunded without any issues

• Ralf (10/5): Top place - The Apartment is top you it's feels like home. It's super clean and very comfortable. The view is fabulous. Location is very good you have everything I walking distance. The host Leo is very helpful. Can absolutely recommend this place. Couldn't stay longer

• Balbir (10/5): Amazing - We recently stayed at one of Leo’s holiday apartments in Alicante and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Leo was a fantastic host – he arranged to collect us from the airport, which saved the hassle of finding a taxi, and he was always available via WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the booking photos – spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped. The view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the sea, the port, and Alicante city centre. Having that as a backdrop each day made our stay even more special. We also loved having access to a private pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal too – with local shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Leo clearly takes pride in providing a high standard of service and making sure guests feel comfortable and well looked after. We had such a great time and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free stay in Alicante.

• Carlton (8/5): Would thoroughly recommend. - Great location, private parking, close to beach and all amenities. Overall a great experience and super apartment that provided everything we needed. The only negative, was my wife found the noise from the traffic a bit annoying at times. Although I have to add that it didn't bother me. Be prepared to leave a 300 euro deposit that is fully refundable. This is to safeguard the owner against damages as he has had a number of bad experiences in the past. I was more than happy to do this once I had inspected the apartment myself.
