• LUCIA (10/5): Estuvimos muy comodos, resaltar el trato y profesionalidad de la chica de la limpieza - Me alojé en este apartamento el viernes de feria de Sevilla, la ubicación a la feria estupenda, a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento amplio y comodo. Valorar mucho la chica de la limpieza, al llegar nos facilito las llaves y nos dejo el apartamento suuuper limpio, a parte de ser muy simpatica.

Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, einer großen Appartementvermietungsfirma. Auf Anfragen vor Reiseantritt keine Antwort. Auf spätere Anfragen KI - Antworten. Probleme bei der Wohnungsübergabe. Schlüssel sollten an einem Ort, 15 Min mit dem Auto vom Appartement entfernt abgeholt werden, waren aber nicht in der Schlüsselbox. Nach langen Diskussionen am Telefon mit einem Mitarbeiter mussten 6 Personen inklusive zweier Menschen mit Behinderung 1 Stunde auf den Schlüssel warten um dann endlich zum Appartement fahren zu können. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, zu früh gekommen zu sein ( es war 16.30, Check in sollte aber ab 15 Uhr möglich sein)
• Ignacio Javier (9/5): Estancia ideal para 5/6 personas muy cerca de Triana. - Limpio, amplio, muy nuevo, recepción encantadora, colchón muy cómodo, cocina y baños amplios, limpios y bien equipados. Mi mujer es un poco friolera y echó de menos una estufa pata el baño.

L’appartement était propre, conforme à la description. La literie est confortable. Très bien situé, à proximité du métro si besoin. L’ appartement est humide.

• Kim (7/5): Comfortable apartment for a family of six - It’s only a short walk into the city. You don’t need a car if you’re planning on just exploring Seville. We liked the neighborhood, great chocolate and churros around the corner. The local high street is close with nice cafes. Supermarkets and laundrette all very close - walking distance (we needed to dry clothes as we were there when it was very cold) Other reviews said it was noisy at night as it is on the ground floor but we didn’t think so. We weren’t disturbed. The size was good for the six of us too. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for quick meals. Also provided decent sized mugs for our coffee. Though the table is pushed against the wall, you can pull it out to seat the six of us and eat comfortably. It was cold during our stay and the heating was on when we arrived which was lovely. The hosts are responsive and the issue we had was rectified quickly The reason I can’t give a higher rating. They could reconsider the lockbox location. The location of the lockbox is a 9 minute drive away (google maps says 22 minute walk) Originally we were being met by the management company. That would have been ideal. They called to say it was raining and as we were later to arrive (5pm was our new arrival time) they would leave the key in a lock box and send me the location. We didn’t mind initially as we were driving from Lisbon so thought we would take our time and swing by and get the key to drop off bags before we parked in a large underground carpark for the duration of our stay. The lockbox is located in a building on a one way narrow street with some difficulty to drive and no where to park the car to wait to collect the key so there was much annoyance from other drivers. We had a large 9 seater people mover. It was quite stressful after a long drive and didn’t make for a good start. The instructions to where the lockbox was located were easy and accurate however.

• Gintarė (9/5): - The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming! I also liked the pillows and beds - really comfy. The apartment is newly furbished, fully equipped, including the iron, and definitely suitable even for a longer stay. The only minor disadvantage - sound isolation quite weak, therefore, earplugs recommended for light sleepers.

• DONNA (10/5): - Location was perfect and the apartment exceeded her expectations looks exactly how it looks in the photos and beautiful apartment. Sophia was very helpful with recommending restaurants and was always in touch via WhatsApp to make sure that we were okay and if we needed anything I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back to Seville for another short break and hopefully the apartment will be available.

• Vilma (9/5): - Pakankamai vietos 6 žmonėms, šalia požeminė automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė. Para 25 eur. Netoli autobusų stotelė. Važiuoti iki centro 10 min. Šalia Lidl parduotuvė. Puikūs vonios kambariai, visuomet buvo karštas vanduo. Raktus reikėjo pasiimti kitame rajono gale, nėra indaplovės 🙂
• Vladimir (10/5): Clean cozy flat suitable for 6 people - The flat is clean and comfortable, we were 6 and each pair had its own room with AC. 15 minute walk to Plaza España. Lidl and city bikes around.

• Linda (8/5): Very, very good. - Lovely apartment in a great location. Very easy to access all of the places you would want to visit. Within walking distance of these but very easy to get a taxi if too hot to walk! Only one remote control for the air-con . We were a couple and a single lady. Couldn’t share the remote when in bedrooms at night!!!
