• Bekir (7/5): Good but not worth the money. - Beautiful pool and garden. Great host willing to support with any problems within the property as well as with questions and challenges outside on the island. There was no warm water in the bedroom located in the small house. The pillows of the chairs outside were not clean and had bugs. I think it's a beautiful location but needs some care and maintenance.

• עינבל (3/5): - וילה ישנה מתקנים ישנים, לא מתאימה ל10 אנשים מכיוון שהחדר של 4 אנשים הוא יח נפרדת ללא מזגן, אז 4 ילדים/נערים ישנו בסלון, עומס על המקלחות , לא היה נקיון לאורך כל השהייה כיסבנו וניקנו לבד, למרות ששלמנו 500 יורו לניקיות. מזרוני קפצים שכבר יצאו מהעולם. ריהוט ישן, אזור מאדדדד יקר , ממש לא שווה את הכסף ששולם שם, עם כל הכבוד לחופים היפים של סרדיניה. מנהל הדירה אנדריה היה איש מקסים ואדיב, וגם איש הטפעול, באמת אנשים מדהמים, אבל הם לא באמת יכלו לשפר את ההרגשה של הוילה עם מתקנים מתחילת המאה הקודמת תמורת 30000 שח, ל6 לילות, זה הזוי מה ששלמנו ומה שקבלנו, רמת 2 כוכבים במחיר של 5 כוכבים. כתבתי כבר הכל, אבל בעיקר שלא היה נקיון לא היה נח כי לא היה מזגן ביחידה שבחוץ שגם שם היו צרכים להידחס 4 נערים, הוילה לא באמנת מתאימה ל10 אנשים, הכל היה ישן ודוחה רמה נמכוה, ומכת צרעות לא יכול לשבת לאכול בשקט. לסרדיניה כבר לא נחזור.
• Sarah (10/5): Magnifique séjour entre amis à Porto Cervo - Villa très bien située, avec une grande piscine bien entretenue et un extérieur très agréable (barbecue avec tout le nécessaire, grande table à l’ombre + petite table au soleil, transat et grande banquette). La cuisine est également très bien équipée. Je recommande cette villa pour des vacances en groupe (entre amis ou en famille). La dépendance permet de rajouter 3 couchages + une salle de bain. Rien
• Preston (3/5): Everthing outside of the house in Costa Smeralda was 10 out or 10 - Location is excellent and the pool is new. They left the trash from before we arrived for 3 days with us constantly begging Andreas to remove it. Smelled like a dumpster. Wasp’s everywhere 🐝. The house needs a renovation. The furniture, beds, bathrooms and Kitchen are d and tired. The garden is brown and unkept. The drain in the shower clogged as did one of the bathroom sinks. The air conditioning trips when it rains. The beds are like sleeping on a futon. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to.

• Abd (10/5): It was a pleasure to stay in this Villa for vacation. I would recommend it and keep it in my mind for my next visits - Clean, well equipped with all necessities, total privacy
• Ian (5/5): Tatty, rundown and mosquito infested. - Location, and that is all. Property desperately needs upgrading, old uncomfortable furniture and beds, not enough EU electric points, some windows did not close, outside speakers did not fully work, no overhead lights in bedrooms, place was infested with mosquitos. There was no change in bedsheets or towels or a cleaned for the ten days we were there. Lightbulbs were blown in some lamps and the hob hood. The pool was clogged with algae the evening we arrived and with a dead gekko on the floor of the pool. Do "booking.com" actually check these places before putting them on your website?
