On top of that, the location is great, just in the center of Cortina

• Ong (7/5): - decent accomodation with adequate facilities, good location. apt is on ground floor, need to be aware that you need to shutter some of the bedrooms as the curtains are see through. Also feel that the linen and towels etc should be included in the rental - although the overall price is still reasonable, they added about 10% to the price and I didn't appreciate the hidden cost.

• Dimitris (8/5): Happy to book again. - Very good location. Very clean and cozy mountain house with attention to detail. Near to everything. Supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops. The owner was very helpful. Olimpia provide us with a list of recommended restaurants. There is an extra charge to provide towels and sheets.
• Vanessa (10/5): - Olimpia and Emilia were both very welcoming and helpful to make our stay in Cortina as enjoyable and comfortable as possible! The house is also very cosy and is absolutely well furnished, we had everything we needed and more nothing!
• Tasnawat (9/5): A very convenient stay that could be better. - This facility has a great location and is well-designed to accommodate four to six people. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and other amenities. The owner and housekeeper are friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms, especially the Master Bedroom and Bathroom, are quite small. There are some safety concerns, such as the fact that I kicked the wooden structure at the dining table a few times, and some parts of the room are so narrow that they can hardly be accessed, like the distal portion of the Master Bedroom. The bathroom is even smaller than the luxury ones on the cruise that you can easily bump into the wall or door, especially if you’re not a thin or small individual. Though I was told that the tap water in this city is totally safe and hygienic, I have a bit of concern such as the stained plastic containers of the water boiler and water tank of coffee maker. You’ll have to pay extra for the linen and bedsheets, despite the high room rate.
• Belinda (10/5): Would not hesitate to recommend the property and the lovely host! - The location is a 2 minute walk from the shopping part of the village. The property was very quaint - like a Hansel and Gretel picture book! Immaculately clean and comfortable. The host was incredible - checking in with us, very helpful, answering tourist questions in detail.

• Ben (9/5): Superb - Great location. Very simple keyless entry. Olimpia was great ! All equipment is new in the apartment. Lots of storage for our cloths. One of the showers is very small. Generally, there is not too much space in the apartment. We didn’t care too much about it because we were out most of the day.

Host was very communicative. The main bedroom and bathroom are pretty tight spaces. Sheets, towels and heating not included in price of booking. Was expecting to pay city tax on arrival, but the extra costs are a hassle. Would much prefer the costs are upfront.

• Lori (9/5): We loved our stay at Cortina house. Great location for a stay in Cortina d'Ampezzo - The house is very well located just 5 min by foot to the center of village. It is quiet. Very cabin like so fits with the mountain ambiance. All newly renovated. Comfortable beds and bedding. Compact but with enough space. 2 bedroom (master with tiny bathroom) and a second bedroom (twin beds) with a larger bathroom in the hall. Nice kitchen and living/dining combo. It worked for us perfectly. Great for a family too. Wifi was good. We didnt use the appliances or TV so cant comment. The host could not have been nicer and was very cordially communicative to help us all weekend. The parking is confusing so that took us time to find out where to go and park. Not sure how it can be explained except if the host has someone meet you at the property to show you where to park. Thats best. Otherwise its in a corner area off the main road and not really obvious. I suggest they put a sign at the one parking spot offered because its on the other side of the house off the main road and easily missed. In this way, other residents dont park in the guest spot and the guests can find their parking spot easily. But it was GREAT to have parking, dont get me wrong. Once we found it, it was ideal. The front keyless entry is a bit tricky. You have to tap it alot to get it to light up and then it works.
