The floor is full tiles marmar so wh - The apartment are cozy and located beside the river and at 2nd floor so you can wider/clearer view. The have 2 toilets with shower room. They use a portable stove not the normal one. So if you want to cook something you need to do at balcony. The is some smell at the ensuit bathroom.

They upgraded my villa as soon as I said I was unhappy with the one they booked for me. The villa did not have towels or bins in the living or bedrooms. No tissues were available.
• HUSSAIN (10/5): - المكان حلو مكانه قريب ع المطاعم والسوق اللي من طرف الثاني وثلاث دقايق مشي عن البحيره وفيها مكيف وتعامل الموظفييين خيييل حلو يخدمونكم وما يقصرون معاكم وبالاخص محمد السوري وحسين التركي ما قصروا معانا بشي يعطيهم العافية المكان نظيف لكن النظافه اعطيها 7 من 10 اتمنى انهم يهتمون اكثر بالتنظيف وما فيها جولة غاز بالمطبخ بس ما قصر حسين وفرلنا يعني خدمة اللي يشتغلون مغطيه ع السلبيات الموجوده

• Shoab (10/5): Excellent stay - the best hotel in Uzungol. - the location was closest to the lake and the chalets were fully equipped with heaters as well. they need to improve the hot water tap.
• Abdulmonem (10/5): Good room with river view - The stay was wonderful. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, and what makes the hotel stand out is the staff's attention to all our needs. I would especially like to mention Mr. Hussein, who makes sure every day that we don't need anything and goes out of his way to assist us personally. We plan to stay at the same hotel during our next visit to Uzungöl. No thing
