This is one of the rare places where cleanliness truly deserves a perfect 10, and where absolutely everything you might need during a trip is provided. I would also rate both the apartment’s equipment and the location with a clean 10. The hosts were exceptionally pleasant, kind, and very accommodating, so if you are coming to Budapest, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone Everything was perfect.

• Obdržálek (8/5): Would recommend. - A smallish, but very well equiped and tidy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice and cozy. Ideal for 2 people. App for front door via electronic key only started working last day upon our departure. Luckily there was a mechanical key provided too, so no problem. Could not get the tv to work - again, you need to download an app to access. Also you need a third app for remote check in. Just too much time spent on apps. Would prefer old-fashioned approach - regular key, regular tv, regular form to fill in - would save much time.

Świetny kontakt z właścicielami, dobra lokalizacja - bardzo blisko do stacji metra i przystanku tramwajowego. w mieszkaniu było ciepło i przytulnie. Super łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszelkie wskazówki dotyczące zwiedzania. Budapeszt jest przepiękny.

• Goran Bilic (9/5): Very nice apartment - Everything was of a high standard. Clean, tidy, comfortable. The apartment is a few minutes from the metro station, from which you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. The accommodation is highly recommended. HOWEVER, the problem is that you are directed to the main entrance of the building instead of the door that leads to the apartment, which is 2 meters to the right of the main entrance. I lost more than an hour trying to find the apartment because there is no sign indicating it, and in the manual the owner sent me, there was no mention of the actual entrance to the apartment. There is a contact number listed in the description, but no one answered when I called. Everything else was very good, but I didn’t like that initial part.
• Tjaša (10/5): Great stay for a good price! - The apartment was small but very cozy, with everything you need for a short (or even a longer) stay. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, stations, tram, botanical garden, etc.. It has private parking in the garage, so no worries about searching for a free parking space or worrying about your car not being safe. The apartment was very clean, we had no problems with anything, beds are super comfortable.

• Elwira (10/5): Zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie - Właściciele byli cudowni, bardzo sympatyczni i wyrozumiali. To ile pomocy nam zaoferowali i wsparcia było dla mnie aż szokiem. Mogliśmy zostawić swoje bagaże kilka godzin przed zameldowaniem i pójść na spokojnie zwiedzić miasto. 🌆 Obiekt idealny dla rodziny jak i przyjaciół, na wyposażeniu były kosmetyki i wszystkie rzeczy potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Widać, że wszystko było zaplanowane idealnie i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły, zaczynając od bardzo wygodnych łóżek i kończąc na akcesoriach w łazience jak szczoteczki, waciki do mycia twarzy i rzeczy dla kobiet. 🌸 Pobyt tutaj był jednym z lepszych doświadczeń w moim życiu. Teraz byliśmy z okazji Grand Prix 🏎️ i na pewno kiedyś tu wrócimy, nawet na weekend. Dojazd super, mieszkanie blisko metra, wokół sklepy i restauracje, a także coś dla fanów piłki nożnej ⚽️ Właściciele bardzo dbali o atmosferę i oferowali swoją pomoc w wielu aspektach. Można popracować jedynie nad ulepszeniem klimatyzacji, by uniknąć wylewania się wody, co w naszym przypadku spowodowało, że w pierwszy dzień zastaliśmy mokry dywan (właściciele odebrali go na drugi dzień z powodu przykrego zapachu, więc dziękujemy za reakcję).

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean & cosy, and it has all the facilities you need: heaters and AC, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, anything to make your stay as comfy as possible. The location is great, only 5 minutes to either the metro or the tram station. There is also a grocery store nearby, to get whatever you need. A big plus for us was the parking space, which was very nice and secure in an underground garage. We liked everything, just mind the steps when you go down to the bathroom at night, I took a little tumble. =)

There is a parking spot in a garage 20 meters next to the apartment and that is very comfortable. The owners are very helpful! They gave us a lot of tips for restaurants, sightseeing etc. They made our stay amazing! If we will have another trip to Budapest we definitely choose this one again!

• Jun (10/5): Exceptional - David and Szimonetta were awesome Hosts and the apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The location was really nice for us, there is a metro station 1 minute away and we always used it for our trips. Overall it was a really nice stay for us and we would book it again the next time we go to Budapest.
