• Thomas (10/5): Everything we expected and very comfortable for a good price - Apartment was great with all the facilities you would expect. The bed was comfortable and enormous. The sofa and living area were comfortable with aircon and a fan to escape the heat. Bathroom and shower also great and the pool felt wonderful after a day in the Mexican sun. Location super convenient, you can walk into the city centre or take a quick/cheap taxi. Drinking water was also provided on arrival which was a miracle after a long day flying. No complaints

• Rose Ann (10/5): - The room was spacious with a wonderful shower and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is self serve but when we arrived Saydi was there and she was extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and it has a lovely swimming pool. We felt very safe, in the hotel and walking late at night. The area was a bit far from the center, we like to walk, so after we figured out the route it was fine. There is also a local market and a few restaurants nearby

• Giuseppe (2/5): Peccato che sia andata così...comunque Merida va assolutamente visitata. - Pulizia L'appartamento non è per 4 persone, non c'è un angolo cottura come viene indicato nella prenotazione, il divano risulta poco pulito e non adatto a dormire. Peccato perché L'appartamento è nuovo ma lo spazio non è stato ben sfruttato. Credo che al posto del divano ci voleva l'angolo cottura che , ripeto, non c'è. Per noi 4 è stato molto difficoltoso abitare dentro. Credo bisogna aggiungere la cucina e far soggiornare solo due persone e non 4.
• Pamela (7/5): It was a good enough accommodation for the price. - Good bedroom, kitchen, bathroom The kitchen should have provided a grater, a paring knife without serrated edge, salt and pepper, sugar, maybe some spices like onion and garlic powders. A larger quantity of drinking water. A bit far from convenience store.

• Beauchesne-Proulx (10/5): Mois de février complet passé à Casa Itzae:gentillesse du personnel, calme, sécurité, bon logis. - Appartement clair, calme et agréable! Grand lit confortable. Grand frigo. Eau filtrée sur demande. Jolie cour avec petite piscine, terrasse (table et chaises pour chaque unité). Grande disponibilité et efficacité de la gérante Paulina (Muchas gracias!) Les nombreux conseils qu’elle nous a donnés. La propreté des lieux et le soin qu’y apportent les dames de ménage ( gracias Saydi!). L’éclairage, les ventilateurs et la clim efficaces. 2 grands écrans de télé. Les photos reflètent bien ce qu’il y a sur place. On trouve à s’approvisionner pas très loin; buanderie assez près où on s’occupe de faire notre lessive, pratique! Petit séchoir pliant. Bonne douche. Serviettes pour piscine fournies. Quelques cafés et restaurants, parc et petit marché à explorer dans le coin.

• Mirna (10/5): Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Would totally stay there again. - Good design. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff always replied real quick to our request. The water in the swimming pool was unfortunately very cold and not so clean, but i guess it’s because it was January.

Bon équipement ( sauf ustensiles de cuisine 1 seule poêle/ 1 seule casserole et pas d'egoutoir pour les pâtes...) Très geand lit . Très confortable. 15 mn à pied de la Plazza grande Quartier très moyen et pas vraiment clean . Il y a 6 appartements dont 4 se font face avec une piscine commune. Trop de promiscuité Si vous voulez manger sur votre terrasse/balcon il faut le partager avec vos voisins de palier

• Joseph (10/5): Affordable luxury stay near Centro - Really clean and felt like we were the only ones there. Super easy check-in process and the staff were very easy to reach out to. Very good WiFi connection as well. Wasn’t sure if this place was real as there weren’t many reviews but I’d highly recommend this for a stay in Merida. There was a bit of an issue with the sink leaking in the bathroom.
• Gary (9/5): - The apartment was lovely , aircon in sitting room and living room which was lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable. Host was easily reachable when needed. Honestly had a fantastic stay. The location was fantastic. Short walk to grand plaza and only around the corner to Santiago park. I liked the seating area with the loungers just to sunbathe and relax in the mornings. Would stay again and recommend The only downside for me was that the pool could use a bit more maintenance. There was a gradual build-up of leaves, bugs, and similar debris, which made it feel less inviting over time. The first day was completely fine, but it did become more noticeable as the days went on. That said, it was never particularly bad — just enough to make you hesitate before getting in. It also looked lovely at night with the lights on.

Pool big enough to chill out and some basic swimming.. Location is not that central - you have to walk a few streets to get to store or cafe.

• Mark (9/5): Great unit, would recommend - Great size unit a short distance from the centre of Merida, a 15 minute walk at most. Great addition of a swimming pool. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and by far the most comfortable during my trip in Mexico. Great big windows allow a lot of light into the unit. Air conditioning worked great in both the bedroom and the living room. Lovely, large balcony perfect for relaxing. Couch was a little uncomfortable but didn't phase me as I wasn't spending much time on it. Kitchen facilities left a bit too be desired for. No dedicated kitchen sink. Only had a microwave and a very small mini fridge which wouldn't hold a full sized bottle of water. (Another unit had a full sized fridge and an electric dual hotplate which would allow for cooking and a kitchen sink)
• EMILIO (9/5): Hotel cómodo y perfecto para pasar unos días en Mérida - Las instalaciones y la comunicación con el anfitrión Aunque estaba bastante céntrico pues está a 15 minutos andando del centro histórico, la zona está muy abandonada. Es un barrio donde todo son casas pero muy abandonadas y en mal estado y aunque ésto no es culpa del anfitrión pues la casa hotel está nueva y en muy buen estado hace que rebaje la calidad de la misma. Ojalá el gobierno de Mérida promocione o ayude a mejorar esa colonia pues bien arreglada sería muy linda y aumentaría su imagen y categoría.

If we needed anything, all we had to do was send a message and we were treated extremely well? It was in Central, which was perfect. There is really nothing. I have to say that is bad. • Matthias (10/5): - A small paradise in Merida city centre. We very liked the spacious apartment and comfortable bed. Also nice to have a complete kitchen. Very kind staff and short-term neighbours :) Second bed was not prepared for a family usage (4 people).

She has been very helpful and supportive with everything we needed. A desk or table inside the apartments would be helpful. A mosquito net on the doors can also work well.

L’emplacement est très bon, pas dans l’hypercentre mais proche, facile de se garer à côté et le centre à quelques minutes à pied. L’appartement était spacieux, sobrement décoré et très bien aménagé. La literie était très confortable, la douche spacieuse avec une bonne pression pour l’eau chaude. Monica, notre hôte, a été très précise et réactive dans ses instructions et conseils. Je recommande à 100 % ! Rien du tout !

La ubicación excelente, llegas a todos lados en pocos minutos, el transporte público pasa enfrente del alojamiento, estábamos tan agusto q no daban ganas de salir a la calle, los días q estuve fueron mágicos y maravillosos es el lugar más hermoso en el q me he quedado, muchas gracias!! • Francis (8/5): We would definitely recommend Itzae Boutique Hotel, and we would return to Itzae Hotel. - The ambience of the overall hotel was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows; the touch-light bed side lights were perfect for night-time reading. Bedroom was ample size with spacious closet and hangers! and plenty of electrical outlets. Bathroom shower was perfect; no water spilling out of the shower stall - water temperature always accurate. Comfortable sofa, chairs and table with large, exterior patio for enjoying breakfast or late night drinks. The pool was a plus as weather was extremely hot. Ice cube trays were a bonus!!! The staff were exceptional. They were always available when we needed them. When we first arrived there was pounding during parts of the day. We could not determine if it was near or above our hotel room. Also, there appeared to be a sewer odour emitting from the bathroom some of the time. It was hard to determine if the odour was from the exterior with the window open, or if it was within the bathroom.
• Cyrus (10/5): Altogether it was a decent, clean place to stay for any length of time - The property was very clean and modern, with roomy bright rooms with 2 big screens smart TV's in the living room and bedroom...two cold AC's, a comfortable bed, with all the cooking appliances, a nice big size fridge, with a nice terrace with a table and chairs outside. The street where the property was located was kind of busy... a lot of traffic, and the sidewalk on the street was narrow, and broken down, with lots of possible walking hazards if not careful when walking. Although the neighborhood seemed safe and secure with no concerns for safety.
• Dianne (8/5): A nice place for an extended stay with kitchen facilities - The place was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. The host was responsive and the cleaning ladies were helpful. They provided filtered water daily when asked. The location was less than ideal for us but not bad per se. the sitting room furniture was not comfortable for us. We wished there had been a few more kitchen supplies such as bowls and sharp knives etc. for cooking and serving. A bigger trash bin would have been nice. You had to close the blinds to have any privacy at all. There were men working outside of our door for a number of days tearing up around the pool which was noisy and prevented privacy. We realized maintenance has to be done it was just unfortunate for us.

• Waverly (9/5): Monica is one of the most hospitable hosts I have encountered throughout my Airbnb stays. - The apartment is very well appointed and kept clean. Monica is a very patient, understanding and helpful host. She addresses questions promptly and cheerfully. Very willing to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, This is minor but the key to lock the apartment door is difficult to use.
• Daniela (10/5): Highly recommended! - Beautiful, neat place with ideal location in Merida. We had a wonderful, very relaxing experience as the suites and lovely pool are quiet and far from the street. The host is super gentle and always helpful. I would definetely stay at this place whenever I travel to Mérida again! Great equipment and Air Conditioning quality!
