• Roberta (10/5): - After a full day spent outdoors you come back to the flat and u feel comfy. Kitchen weel equipped, hot and big shower. Spotless place, defo a good choice. .
• Erleta (10/5): - Für uns war die Unterkunft Perfekt, sie hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Self Check-In ist sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Vor der Unterkunft muss man nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Die Parkplätze in dem Innenhof haben wir leider nicht richtig finden können.

• Bhavika (9/5): Pleasant stay close to downtown - I liked the location being a 20 min walk from downtown. The storage space under the bed was a fantastic idea. The bed was comfortable. The staff when you contact the help number are quick to respond. Would be good to know that the property only has only euro wall sockets rather than USB charging outlets. Seems a bit old fashioned nowadays. The manual doesn’t really explain how to use the hob but the staff will explain when you contact them.

• Xiao hui (10/5): Would recommend - Really liked this place. The room was spacious enough that all 3 of us were able to lay out our suitcases on the floor and we could still walk around. It’s on the same block as Alva hotel which is a tour pick up place and they also have a room to store your luggage after you check out. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had a microwave/oven and fridge that we used. There were also additional chairs provided for us to put our stuff. They only have a mirror in the bathroom and wish they had one outside as well.

• Nicoletta (10/5): Perfetto - La alloggio è di piccole dimensioni, ma lo spazio è sufficiente per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. C'è un grande cassetto sotto il letto dove poter riporre valigia e abiti. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale, bella e spaziosa la doccia, comodo il letto, ottima la pulizia. Zona residenziale tranquilla, supermercato a 2 minuti aperto fino a tardi, si raggiunge il centro in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Fermata del servizio pick up-drop-off del Flybus dall'aeroporto e dei tour in giornata proprio dietro l'angolo. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo per un prossimo soggiorno a Reykjavik.

• Sandra (2/5): If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep this place isn’t for you - Appreciated there being a stove, oven, and dishwasher Despite being advertised as soundproofed and there being a noise policy from 10pm-8am it was very noisy. Traffic noise, lift constantly going, doors banging all night, and the hotel would not do anything about someone singing/playing music all night despite there being a noise policy stating “there’s nothing we can do about that” when I contacted them to complain. It’s also far from the centre and there’s no public transport or Uber type taxis. There’s little nearby to do.

• Mariam (10/5): An amazing stay - Clean, perfect studio for one individual person. Very local to supermarket and super convenient to local Flybus departures which will take you to Keflavik airport & back. Fire alarm went off during 4am and didn’t stop for 30 minutes, didn’t know who to contact.

Most rooms that cook you can tell what they are cooking. Opening the windows help but not that much. 30 min walk from the city centre.

• Anastasija (8/5): Beyond and more - The apartment is located close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay — and even more. The apartment included cooking essentials, bathroom amenities, a hairdryer (located in the cabinet under the sink), as well as a thoughtful welcome package with coffee and tea. There were also both washing and drying machines, which was especially convenient for a longer stay. The only downside during the stay was the bathroom ventilation, which could definitely be improved. As mentioned in some other reviews, the water has a strong sulfur smell (“volcanic” water), which can be difficult to get used to if you are not familiar with it. Better ventilation would help a lot with this issue. The parking situation was also a bit confusing at first. It would be very helpful if the host could provide a small map or clearer instructions about where guests are allowed to park, especially since parking fees in Iceland can be quite expensive.

• Milica (10/5): - Overall, 10/10. The apartment is small but very well equipped. Beds were super comfy, which is the most important thing for someone like me with back pain issues. It was very convenient, and we had everything we needed. The parking right in front of the apartment is such a plus. The location is also great, just a minute away from the Bonus store and about 40 minutes away on foot from the Old Harbour.

• elianys (8/5): Para pasar pocos días, sin más. - Me gustó la ubicación y que tenía a solo unos pasos un supermercado eso se agradece mucho. También las camas eran súper cómodas. Lo que menos me gustó es el espacio que era bastante estrecho, y ni siquiera tenía para poder colocar tu ropa. Además, al estar céntrico, contábamos con pocas zonas de aparcamiento y no tenía aparcamiento privado, esto le resta bastante.

• Laura (10/5): - Nos encantó! Es muy recomendable por el aparcamiento, tienes justo en frente una zona gratuita para aparcar y poder desplazar las maletas al apartamento. Cuenta con ascensor lo que es una ventaja. Nos enviaron el código enseguida para acceder a los apartamentos, muy cómodo y rápido. La habitación nos sorprendió para bien, amplia y cómoda, se veía la catedral desde la habitación.

• Miriam (8/5): - Struttura piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, supermercato sotto casa e comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro Purtroppo la nostra stanza aveva un cattivo odore di “pesce”, appena siamo entrati abbiamo avvertito questo odore, probabilmente le persone prima nel cucinare avevano impregnato tutto. Si sentiva ancora l’odore sulla padella, probabilmente utilizzata per cucinare. Anche la testata del letto aveva assorbito tutto l’odore e purtroppo la prima notte è stato nauseante dormire nella stanza. Abbiamo avvertito lo staff di questo problema, il lato positivo è stato lo staff, che ha cercato di trovare una soluzione, il giorno dopo hanno mandato una persona a controllare e rinfrescare la stanza, l’odore è migliorato, ma si sentiva comunque. Purtroppo questo ci ha “invalidato un po il soggiorno”. Metterei anche qualche padella in più per cucinare.

The apartment was very clean and comfy, only within 10 minutes's walk from the main street and all the shops and cafes. There is a Bonus sepermarket within 2 minutes' walk and Reyjkyavik Roasters within 3-4 minutes' walk. Wifi was fast, the apartment had everything you may need.

• Kseniia (10/5): Great apartment for a couple - we arrived quite late from the airport so we appreciated self check in. the room is quite small but it includes everything one needs, the kitchen was very useful. sleep quality here was great - the bed was big, there are two separate blankets and black out curtains. the location is walkable from the downtown, although it is 20-25 minutes, but there are also multiple bus connections around.

Bardzo wygodny materac, zapas tabletek do zmywarki, piekarnik łączony z mikrofalą. tuż obok Bonus, gdzie zrobisz wszystkie zakupy. W okolicy bezpłatne odbiory dla większości wycieczek. Spędziłem tam 9 nocy i jestem bardzo zadowolony. W Bonusie kupisz za niska cenę kapsułki do ekspresu wielu różnych marek. Super że są zasłony całkowicie zaciemniające pomieszczenie. Studio jest małe, ale bardzo komfortowe i całą pewnością polecam! Łóżko choć bardzo wygodne, to troche za duże na taką małą przestrzeń, mało miejsca żeby wygodnie "wyjść" zwłaszcza ze na ścianie przy łóżku wisi wieszak jak wiszą tam kurtki to jest to uciążliwe, drzwi wejściowe od pozostałych pokoi dość głośno trzaskają, i faktycznie przydałaby się szafa lub miejsce na ubrania bo skrzynia pod łóżkiem jest średnio wygodna. Dodatkowo uważam, że przy dłuższych pobytach usługa sprzątania jak np odkurzanie powinna być bezpłatna a nie za dodatkową opłatą, zwłaszcza ze cena nie jest niska.

• Amie (9/5): Great! - Great location, quiet, warm and near a supermarket. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a luggage room to leave the suitcase on the last day which was a great help. Also had a nice big shower which was great after a long day walking in the cold! The entrance code pad to get into the building sometimes took quite a few tries to work. On our last day we had to phone the help line as we were in a rush to get to the bus station and had to get our bags and it just wasn’t working. They answered quickly but fortunately my husband managed to get it working while I was on the phone to them… not sure what we would have happened otherwise. Also some extra hooks or drying rack would have made things much easier as the weather meant we had lots of wet clothing to dry while there.
