Vorteil: 5 Min zur Promenade am Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, 10 Min. zu Fuß + 30 Min. mit dem Bus zum Strand Las Teresitas, 20 Min. zu Fuß zum Busterminal. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Nachteil: Bick auf die Fassade des Nachbarhauses und nur 2 Std. etwas Sonne über Mittag. Man muss wissen, dass man ohne ständiges Internet nicht in die Wohnung kommt. Der vituelle Key funktioniert nur bei Wlan Verbindung. Da ich die nicht hatte, kam ich nicht in die Wohnung. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Für mich war der Check in eine Katastrophe.

• ivan (5/5): Una gran decepción. - La ubicación está bien, cerca de todo caminando y en una zona tranquila. Las toallas olían mal. Sin aire acondicionado es imposible estar, los ventiladores son insuficientes y el calor es insoportable. Los horarios son abusivos, cada vez se entra más tarde a las viviendas y se sale más temprano, está dinámica nos parece abusiva con el cliente.
• FRANCISCO JAVIER (8/5): Apartamento en el centro de Santa Cruz de Tenerife - Alojamiento en el centro de la ciudad en una zona con poco ruido. Apartamento de tres estancias, salón cocina y dormitorio aparte y baño. Apartamento estaba limpio y tiene parking privado, aunque es difícil acceso. Hay que bajar con cuidado y abriendo el giro del coche en las curvas al bajar y subir. Pero a pesar del complicado acceso, a mi me vino bien ya que al estar en el centro cuesta aparcar en la calle. Bajantes del baño taponados. La ducha se llenaba de agua cuanto la usé. Deben revisarlo. Un fuerte olor a tabaco. Me parece que es la persona que limpia, porque comentarios de otros clientes se han quejado de lo mismo. Yo no fumo y el olor es muy desagradable y persiste aunque se dejen las ventanas abiertas. Aún así, repetiría.
• Ina (1/5): Don't go there! - don't go there The shower was clogged, your feet were floating 10cm in slush. The sink in the bathroom didn't take any water at all, it was impossible to use the bathroom. I had paid for a night for three adults, only a bedroom for two was made up. I arrived at 3pm, check-in is from 4pm, to check in earlier they asked me for a fee, 108 euros per night wasn't enough for me. I waited in the sun like a homeless person and in the end his virtual keys wouldn't unlock the front door. I had to wait for him to come! We had a small car, but it was still very difficult to maneuver in the garage! Don't go there!

• Praful (8/5): Compact and Cozy Apartment for staying in Tenerife! - Apartment is decently kitted out! Has most basic necessities, there are supermarkets nearby and even a laundromat if you need one. Even food delivery options were pretty decent nearby. Not an issue with the apartment itself, but if you are driving a car, just be careful the streets are quite narrow around and so is the parking. Apartment is a bit compact so it could be a bit of a squeeze depending on your sitation.

• Mindaugas (10/5): Exceptional - Ok. Brand new apartment, central location, underground parking. While central it is quiet and very bright apartment. Checking in process could be a bit more user friendly, you will have to use whatsapp for it. The check in time is strict(by minute), even if apartment is free, you will be charged extra for any other time. You can get to parking only after you get into apartment.
• Karolina (10/5): Best in Santa Cruz - Great location next to the most representative part of the city. Lovely apartment, very homey. Very new furnishings, cosy, nice decorations. Space in the apartment well organized. Contact with the landlord smooth, friendly, instant.
