• Sumith Bhat (5/5): Small room in a shady hotel - Location was decent. Direct buses are available to and from the airport. The room was very small and the corridors were smelly. We stayed here for just one night since we had a flight to catch the next morning. Wouldn't stay here again.

• Brian Eric (2/5): Awful - Comfortable beds Dirty, location is incorrect on booking map, bugs, rats scratching in the walls, I don’t know where these pictures are from but they are not this hotel, smells of cigarettes, door handles falling off doors, ceiling fans hanging from wires, there’s really nothing to like other than comfortable mattress. Our rate was changed before we arrived as well. Don’t believe the reviews. They are fake.
• Paul (1/5): Be wary of claims that a place is AT or NEAR THE AIRPORT, because it is highly likely they are not. - The taxi driver who my fixed price trip was allocated claimed he could not find the hotel and I was taken instead to a fire trap brothel type establishment where the driver of the taxi took control of my suitcase and tried to get me to agree to accept this clearly dangerous (for me ) bait and switch game where I would be obliged to pay cash because their card readers all mysteriously refused to accept my credit cards as valid 🤪 The taxi driver was pulled over by police who asked what was going on. I told them I was being detained by the man who’s clutches i had fallen into. They told him to take me to Aerocity where I could check into a proper hotel and find a safe place to stay. This the taxi driver didn’t do possibly because he hadn’t yet stolen all my cash. He took me yet another gangster firetrap brothel where the same crude scam was tried on me yet again

Housekeeping standards were good, and basic amenities were available as promised. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well managed. The hotel offers good value for money compared to other nearby properties. The location is convenient and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Plazzo is a reliable and genuine hotel for a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean and hassle-free experience. Only one complaint kitchen close after 2am

Important note for travelers: Guests arriving by airport taxi should be cautious, as some drivers may try to misguide guests to other unauthorized or fake hotels for commission purposes, which can compromise guest privacy and safety. It is always best to go directly to the originally booked hotel and confirm the property name before changing location.

The room was also decorated well but there is a need to keep the breakfast time a little early because their breakfast time is 9 to 10 in the morning which should be 7 to 8. They cancelled my booking 5 minutes before I arrived even though I sent them a message as soon as I landed in Delhi airport and informed them about my arrival time. They then lied to my face about this not being the right hotel, even though the pictures of reception were the exact same. The hotel was of course full but they conveniently had a partner hotel that charged me 3x the price.

• Ashwinkumar (1/5): A horrible and misleading stay — definitely not an airport hotel and best to avoid. - It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The hotel is nowhere near the airport as claimed — it’s a 20–30 minute drive away and hidden in a narrow Paharganj lane. I booked it for a quiet night before my flight, but it turned out to be a very poor experience. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The hotel is not at the airport as claimed — it’s a 20–30 minute drive away in a narrow Paharganj lane. The room was dirty with cockroaches, no Wi-Fi, and a broken geyser. Breakfast starts at 8 AM and is brought from outside, which makes no sense for an airport hotel. They also overcharged for airport pickup. • Rajat (10/5): - This was my second stay at Hotel Plazzo and it was just as comfortable as my first stay. When the staff at the hotel is helpful and supportive, your stay becomes quite good. There was no change of any kind; the rooms were just as clean and the service was good as before. This time I also took advantage of the breakfast as last time my flight was in the morning so I was not able to have breakfast. The breakfast was quite tasty and fresh. Once again I thank the staff for providing good service and clean rooms.

• Jan (4/5): - One kind gentleman from the breakfast service prepared breakfast for me and brought it to my room, which I really appreciated. I booked this hotel because it was shown on Booking as being located at the airport, but in reality it was 4 km away. The address listed was incorrect and very confusing. I tried calling the hotel several times, but I only received a vague answer telling me to “check Google Maps”. There were several hotels with the same name, so it was impossible to know which one was the right one. In the end, a helpful local person had to call the hotel again to find out in which district it was actually located, and only then I could get a taxi. When I finally arrived, the staff could not find my reservation in their system and I had to wait another 20 minutes at the reception. The whole experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport.
