• Mihaela (1/5): Fugiți că dracu de tămâie - Nimic Proprietar parșiv care dorește renovarea proprietății pe banii turistului. Are mobilier învechit și pentru înlocuire imputa turiștilor. Patul și capacul wc erau deja deteriorate. Proprietarul nici măcar nu știa că fereastra din stânga se deschide și acum pretinde deteriorarea acesteia. Am deschis fereastra in cauza pentru a aerisi. Cel mai probabil face parte din categoria celor care consideră aerul curat că fiind nociv. In concluzie fereastra din stânga nu e defecta, doar se deschide și se închide și pe acolo intra aer curat. In ceea ce privește patul REPET ERA DEJA DETERIORAT. Că sa nu ziceți că sunt curta va plătesc capacul de wc, care și ăla abia se ținea. Dar suma imputată de 500lei de către dvs sub nici o formă. Daca as fi fost de rea credință nu as fi achitat la rezervare.

• Gema (10/5): Apartamento perfecto en el centro histórico de Sibiu - El apartamento está bien equipado tiene cocina, microondas, nevera, cafetera y TV. La habitación era grande y la cama era cómoda. El baño también era grande tenía secador y lavadora. La wifi funciona bien. La comunicación fue a través de whatsApp, concisa y completa. Está situado a 50m del centro histórico de la ciudad. Calidad-precio excelente, en junio nos costo 252,80 Lei (50€) por dos noches. Todo muy limpio. Sin duda 100% Recomendable. Todo bien pero la nevera es muy pequeña para dos personas.

• maria (6/5): - Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación a 5 min andando del centro y el buen precio. Lo que menos me gustó es que tienes que pagar por dejar el coche en la calle incluso el domingo, de 8am a 10pm. También me pareció que no estaba limpio. Dos latas de cerveza vacías en la cocina por ejemplo. La moqueta daba asco. La mini nevera donde apenas te entra un litro de leche y encima no enfriaba. La comunicación con el anfitrión poco ágil. Todo a través de Booking. Lo que hizo que no resolviera a tiempo un problema que tuvimos con la vitrocerámica y no pudimos ni hacer un café

• Atanas (1/5): unsanitary conditions - price and location We travel a lot and usually try to find accommodation near the center of the town with parking place and good cleanliness rating. This rating for Apartment Happy June was over 9, so we booked it. At first sight the apartment looked gloomy and poorly maintained. It wasn’t warm, and we ask the landlord how to increase the heating. The proposal was not to set temperature regulator more than 21oC because the system is old and can stop working. And that it will be warm. It wasn’t. There was gas boiler for hot water. But something is totally wrong with water system if you want to take a shower. Even if you fix the water regulator in certain position, the water temperature changes in seconds. So, you have to wait the moment of warm water between cold and hot ones. If you usually take a shower for 15 minutes, here it will take 45 minutes. The last straw was that we found a rest of a pack of chewing gum in the bed. Obviously the bed linen had not been changed after the previous gest. It was 1-15 AM and and there was no way to find another place to stay. My wife is quite squeamish, so she couldn't sleep in such conditions. Minor flaws are not of importance for us. There was no soap – ok, we can use shower gel to wash hands. The surface of cooking plate had burnt residue – ok, we didn’t use it, there were bakeries and restaurants in the town. But bed linen must be changed after each guest!
