• Borana (10/5): Nice, clean and comfortable - It was a very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. We were a group of friends and we enjoyed a lot. The view was great and it was walking distance from Terme. The owner was very nice, we were offered a 10% discount each for the entrance to San Pellegrino Terme.

The gate would not open so returning late evening was a challenge on both nights, I would strongly recommend replacing the hinge on the lock.
• Enzo (9/5): E' nato prima il paese o lo stabilimento della S. Pellegrino? - L' appartamento era decisamente grande, 2 camere da letto, sala, cucina, lavanderia, balconi e bagno. E' completamente arredato, anche se i mobili sono di stili diversi gli uni dagli altri. E' provvisto di tutti gli elettrodomestici che occorrono e ben tenuto e pulito. Non solo, ci sono anche i vari condimenti x cucinare e pure tutti i detersivi x lavatrice, lavastoviglie e casa. La posizione è buona, a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva in centro dove sono presenti molti locali, il supermercato più vicino dista 5 minuti a piedi. Grande cosa è la possibilità di avere il garage x l' auto, in certi periodi non è facile parcheggiare. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma anche nella settimana di ferragosto è stato sufficiente lasciare le finestre e le persiane chiuse durante il giorno e la sera al ritorno la casa era fresca. La proprietaria ci ha accolto all' arrivo, alla partenza e ci aveva lasciato il suo recapito telefonico anche se non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Ho apprezzato il fatto che al mio arrivo dentro al frigorifero c'erano 2 bottigliette d' acqua fresca. La cosa negativa è che l' appartamento è all' ultimo piano della palazzina, la vista è discreta ma ci sono un tot di scalini da fare e una persona con ridotte capacità motorie farebbe un pò fatica. Stesso discorso nel bagno, x fare la doccia bisogna scavalcare la vasca che è abbastanza alta.

La vista è davvero mozzafiato e l’atmosfera è rilassante, curata in ogni particolare. Non cambierei nulla. La posizione è ottima anche per raggiungere le terme o fare passeggiate nei dintorni. Davvero soddisfatta, tornerò sicuramente. Super consigliato! Niente.
