• El Otmani (10/5): Si vous voulez profiter foncez ! - Piscine, jacuzzi, cuisine avec plein d’équipement, hôte très réactif et disponible, place de parking juste à côté, résidence privée avec gardien, supermarché juste à côté, plein d’espace dans le logement, bien situé au nord de l’île.

• Ingrid (5/5): Tolle Lage, Villa abgewöhnt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Unsere Betreuerin ( nur per WhatsApp erreichbar) und das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Reparaturen wurden schnell ausgeführt. Die komplette Anlage Bahiia Zul st sehr schön, gepflegt und in sehr guter Lage bei Corralejo. Die Anlage, nicht die Villa! Wasser im Pool angenehm warm. Sehr warmer Wirlpool und Grill vorhanden. Leider ist die Villa sehr abgewöhnt. Schimmel an Badezimmerdecke wurde schnell überstrichen. Armaturen defekt. Wurde behoben. Überall blättert die Farbe ab. Schranktüren klemmen und Scharniere sind defekt. Ein Gärtner wäre dringend nötig. Reparaturen werden nur vorgenommen, wenn der Gäst sich beschwert. Es entsteht der Einfruck: Geld verdienen gerne, für Reparaturen ausgeben nicht so gerne. Leider oft so bei privaten Anbietern. Wir kommen wieder, weil die Anlage toll ist, aber nur noch direkt über "Bahia Zul" und nicht mehr mit privaten Anbietern.

• Hazel (4/5): Take care if booking a private villa on this site. - Location, complex Poor maintenance of villa, communication was sketchy. Villa was tired and in need of refurbishment. Bed was uncomfortable. Hob was badly damaged upon arrival, although replaced during our stay after several requests. If the villa had some money spent on it, it could be really lovely. The Balinese bed was filthy, and there were no other sunbeds upstairs. Everything needed a good clean and repaint.

• JUANA MARIA (10/5): EStupenda Villa con piscina y jacuzzi privados - Villa de 3 habitaciones, con preciosa piscina privada . Dispone de jacuzzi y barbacoa. Dos grandes supermercados muy cercanos. Pista de atletismo y piscina deportiva también cercanos. Zona tranquila y segura. Dispone de tomas de recarga para vehículo eléctrico en el complejo. El único inconveniente es que hace falta trasporte para bajar a la playa. Resto perfecto.

Det måtte være bilder fra andre leiligheter. Boblebadet funka bare delvis. Kun to solsenger som måtte bæres opp på takterrassen. Var ikke sol ved bassenget. Dårlige senger, knøttsmå bad på to av soverommene. Og det var ikke dør mellom soverommet og badet. Inngang til to av soverommene fra terrassen. Det ene soverommet stinka røyk. Det største soverommet stinka tiss. Lite utstyr på kjøkkenet. Takterrassen var fin da. Men veldig slitt i hele leiligheten.
• Marcelina (7/5): Było okej, ale oczekiwania dużo większe. - Lokalizacja oraz sam urok miejsca w którym znajduje się apartament. Niestety zdjęcie nie są rzeczywistością, przynajmniej ja dostałam całkiem inny apartament niż ten co na zdjęciu. Nasz obiekt który odebraliśmy był fajny, podobny ale bardzo zniszczony, zużyty niezadbany. Palmy i inne rośliny były suche. Woda w basenie nie były zbyt czysta. Podłoga bardzo śliska, trzeba uważać. Sypialnie super, łazienki super, salon super, kuchnia średnia. Lokalizacja, całe osiedle na którym znajduje się obiekt. Jacuzi na dachu było najlepsze, na pogodę która akurat trafiliśmy bylo akurat idealnym rozwiązaniem bo z basenu nie dało się korzystać.
• WALE_Fox (1/5): - Not much. Plenty of accommodation and bathrooms. The pool area is genuinely dangerous, as soon as it gets wet it becomes incredibly slippery. We all fell over. My eldest smacked his head on a step. Whatever paint/stone they've used is very wrong
• Hazel (5/5): Disappointing stay, grubby, tired poor quality - The location of the property on the site was great, number 4.3, so near the entrance, which was good. We’ve stayed on this complex before but in a Bahiazul property (11.6) While this villa (4.3) is pretty much identical in design to the Bahiazul ones, it has not been looked after or maintained. It was tired, grubby and damaged. The comfort of the bed, and other facilities was lacking. Sadly we also had issues with cockroaches. The property and pool was only cleaned twice ( it was meant to be every 4 days, but in the second week they didn’t bother, as I guess they thought we were going home soon) during a 2 week stay and we had problems with getting stock replenished in the second week, e.g. dishwasher tablets, dustbin bags etc, there was very little supplied to assist you in keeping the property clean, so we had to buy cleaning products ourselves. We paid in excess of £2200 for 2 of us for 2 weeks, with no food included, and I expected better than this. The hot tub had broken parts, appeared to leak as the water kept getting very low, and the temperature was not regulated. It was too hot to get in, I would guess about 42+ degrees (broken thermometer). We have a hot tub at home and its maximum temperature is 40, and that is comfortable, but this literally was burning and not bearable, so we didn’t use it. The pool, on the other hand, was meant to be heated, but was really cold, again no thermometer… The bedding was a poor fit on the bed and had seen better days. I feel I could go on, but the overall feeling was poor, which I feel reflects on the complex as well as VREA. The complex should have standards that the private villas are expected to maintain, and monitor them, as this site has their name attached to it. We asked in advance for a villa with sun on the pool as we like to sunbathe and was promised this, but you could not sunbathe around the pool at all as it was always in the shade. The only place to sunbathe upstairs was on the very dirty Balinese bed.

Host was amazing always ready and answers any question about villa. Very clean heated private pool was awesome and BBQ, dinning and hot tub on the roof definitely got some use. Location good too. Lidl just 5mins walk away and Corralejo only 40mins walk or 5 euro taxi. Definitely planning to return soon. Nothing

• Karen (1/5): Don't book street 4 villa 4.3 - Nothing! The villa was cold, dated, mouldy. Patio door handles hanging off with no screws in handles at all. No hot water for showers evening or morning, which is a basic need! Outside area stairs trip hazard ,see pics, and pool area. Mould in bathrooms , chunk of glass broken off hob. This is definitely not a 4☆ villa ,it is desperately in need of updating and certainly not worth 324€ paid for 1 night. We left at 8.15 am and got a taxi home to get a shower and get warm. More photos but unable to add them.

• Sarah (5/5): You get what you pay for. In its day this was a lovely villa, but now it is only moderately maintained. It was very good - Spacious, clean and on a very well kept resort of villas. Friendly contact, albeit a little slow to respond. Ideal for teenage family - would be totally unsuitable for young family. Functional kitchen with newish white goods including dishwasher. Private pool and roof terrace. Generally tired. Jacuzzi only worked for the first three days of our week stay. Two sun-beds for 5 adult occupants. A dirty, damp rooftop daybed that you wouldn't want to use. No local safe place for luggage storage with an evening flight at the end of our holiday.

Willa jest stara, do gruntownego remontu, wszędzie pleśń i grzyb, powyłamywane drzwiczki od mebli, brudna, zapleśniała lodówka , wszędzie smród stechlizny.. Basen wypełniony wodą w połowie Musieliśmy szybko szukać innego lokum i znaleźliśmy w podobnej cenie ,ale na wysokim poziomie.. Generalnie to oszustwo i wyłudzenie pieniędzy.. Zostaliśmy obciążeni kosztem pierwszej nocy, choć nie skorzystaliśmy... Booking powinien usunąć z oferty takiego oszusta i zwrócić koszty, bo o nerwach, stresie itp nie wspomnę

• INGRID (9/5): Lugar precioso a mejorar un pelin - La villa es muy bonita, cómoda y buena comunicación con Gyselle. Que el suelo de la piscina resbala muchísimo, tendrían que poner algo antideslizante. Y repondría toallas diariamente ya que si vas a la playa el recambio es necesario. Por lo demás todo ok
• Sami (8/5): Kaikesta huolimatta kiva paikka ja alueella erittäin iloinen ja avulias henkilökunta. - Uima-allas oli kiva, mutta pore-altaan lämpö ei ollut kyllä luvattua 31-33 lähelläkään. Yulieska (Host) hyvää yhteydenpitoa ja asioiden hoitoa. Villa kaipaisi reilua pintaremonttia joka huoneen osalta. Pieniä muurahaisia/ötököitä keittiön tasoilla. Astioita aivan liian vähän ja pesukone pesee huonosti. Sekä vinkkinä allas-alueelle kannattaisi hankkia lasta jolla pyyhkiä vedet pois. Lattia todella liukas uinnin jälkeen.
• Catherine (9/5): Amazing villa in a fabulous complex. - We’ve stayed here many times and the complex is beautiful!! Fabulous villa!! 3 en suite rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic downstairs sun area and pool, plus the lovely upstairs terrace too. Outside furniture not as good as we’ve had previously. All plastic. And no sun loungers on the upstairs terrace. Hot tub was a bit hit and miss. Warm a couple of times but not every day and the bubbles only lasted 2 minutes.
• Michaël (9/5): Emplacement, personnel, villa au top! À part les 2-3 insectes, je recommande vivement ! - La piscine et la décoration à l’intérieur de l’appartement. La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel. L’emplacement et le calme du quartier. Aucun vis à vis avec les voisins ce qui offre une tranquillité incroyable et une grande intimité. Peu de pression d’eau dans la douche et quelques nuisibles sur place, on a vu quelques cafards et des petites fourmis mais le personnel a été très réactif et efficace en nous envoyant un professionnel le jour même.

• Eva (5/5): Bastante mejorable. - Las zonas exteriores Las paredes de la habitación ppal tiene humedades, las puertas de las habitaciones, en mal estado, necesitaría un lavado de cara y pintar El aire del salón para calor era escaso debido a la dimensión de la estancia y no calentaba a penas. Menaje escasísimo ( cubiertos...) La limpieza deja mucho que desear, para mí lo peor!!! se lo hice saber a la encargada que nos daba las instrucciones del cheking, y me contestó que si quería una limpieza a fondo. Una limpieza a fondo no , pero por lo menos vaciar las papeleras, y repasar el suelo es lo mínimo. ( Se cayó una bebida y estaba todo pegajoso antes y después de la limpieza). Además cuestionaron que utilizaramos las tres habitaciones, si somos tres personas lo normal es que utilicemos las tres habitaciones. Eso es lo que contraté y por lo que pagué.

• Sheena (9/5): Gise the owner sent a WhatsApp message when we landed with all the details on how to enter the property and information - Space. Lovely shower. Pool. Jacuzzi. Well equipped. Nothing I didn’t like about the villa but could do with a bit of TLC work tops, swimming pool was very cold. Cold at night could have done with warmer bedding.
• Johannes (8/5): Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war schön, jedoch wäre Frühjahr oder Herbst wohl die bessere Jahreszeit. - Schöne, ruhige Anlage mit großer Zahl von Villen und exklusivem Buffet-Restaurant. Die Villa bietet viel Platz, großzügiger Wohnraum, beheizbarer Pool, Jacuzzi und Grill auf der Dachterrasse, ein Autostellplatz direkt an der Villa. Nur wenige Minuten zu zwei großen Supermärkten. Da innerhalb der Anlage einige private Villen (wie diese) über diverse Portale angeboten und nicht vom Resort verwaltet werden, erfolgt der Kontakt ausschließlich über WhatsApp - hat aber immer gut und zeitnah funktioniert. Die Villa ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, deutlich zu sehen im Sanitärbereich. Auch klemmende Fenster-Schiebetüren und träge Warmwasserversorgung. Bei unserer Ankunft verursachte die Pool-Ablaufpumpe laute Geräusche, da zu wenig Wasser im Pool war (nach Reklamation wurde er am nächsten Tag aufgefüllt). Im Winter wird nur ein Teil des Atriums von der Sonne erreicht. Somit ist es auf der Terrasse kühl, wobei man auf die Dachterrasse ausweichen kann, wenn es nicht zu windig ist. In der Beschreibung der Villa fehlt der Hinweis, dass nur das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queen-Bett vom Wohnbereich zugänglich ist, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer (1 Queen-Bett + 2 Einzelbetten jeweils mit Dusche/WC) sind von der Terrasse aus begehbar. Die als Doppelbett bezeichneten Queen-Betten sind allerdings nur ca. 1,60m breit.

• Oscar (10/5): Preciosa villa con jacuzzi cerca de corralejo - El anfitrión nos atendió en todo momento por whatssap y nos ayudó cuando tuvimos algún inconveniente por las tormentas que hubo. La casa es genial y lo mejor, piscina con agua atemperada y jacuzzi. Una pasada Nos falo la electricidad, pero fue a causa de unas tormentas. En todo momento nos ayudaron a resolverlo y resolver de la mejor forma el inconveniente.

• Lee (7/5): Was a nice week away in December with a nice hot tub - It was a decent size an with the separate bedroom that’s ideal for bringing someone with you to have there own space also the hot tub and dinning area or the solarium is a great addition to the villa Need to install extractor fans in the bathrooms to clear the moisture also having to go through the main bedroom to get to the other bedroom isn’t ideal

• Andrea (9/5): Un angolo di paradiso in cui dimenticate la routine quotidiana - Villa grande con 3 stanze e 4 bagni. Ha una piscina riscaldata e un terrazzo in cui poter prendere il sole, mangiare e stare a bagno nella jacuzzi. Un piccolo imprevisto prontamente risolto dalla nostra gestrice del soggiorno.

• Almanas (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Bahiazul Villas Corralejo by Vreagestion. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the heated swimming pool, and the rooftop jacuzzi was a dream at sunset. The barbecue area on the roof made our evenings extra special. Overall, a perfect place to unwind — we can’t wait to come back!

• Sarah (4/5): Gute Aufteilung & könnte eigentlich schön sein, ist es aber nicht - Die Wohnanlage Bahiazul Resort ist sehr schön & gepflegt , die Lage für uns passend. Es gibt 1 Stellplatz am Haus aber auch genügend Parkplätze für weitere Autos. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auch. Die Aufteilung der Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern , 3 Bädern und einem WC ist perfekt für Familienurlaub und trotzdem Privatsphäre . Ein Ventilator nach dem wir gefragt haben wurde sofort geliefert, vielen Dank. Die Kommunikation war immer viel und sehr freundlich Die Villa ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter. Die Küche & Ausstattung ist viel zu klein. Es gibt für 6 Personen teilweise nur 5 Tassen, eine wurde nachgeliefert trotzdem muss man inmer sofort spülen um genug Geschirr zu haben. Wenn der Pool mit neuem Wasser gefüllt werden muss was ständig nötig ist wird dazu das Wasser abgestellt dann kann man nicht spülen, nicht duschen, nicht die Toilette nutzen. Bei Anreise dauerte es bis der Pool gefüllt war. Nach 2 Tagen war er bereits so leer dass es sich aufgrund der Düsen anhörte wie neben einem reißenden Wildbach zu schlafen. Neufüllung 8 Stunden abgestellten Wasserr i.d.Villa! In der Küche gibt es keinen Ofen um zu backen nur einen kleinen Tischofen der so dreckig ist und stinkt man kann ihn nur noch entsorgen. Die Küchenschränke kleben alle, der Kühlschrank ist winzig .Bei Anreise war es dreckig ,unter den Betten zb. Leere Weintüten. Die Betten selber sind so fleckig und dreckig sie müssten komplettt ersetzt werden. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Fenster man muss entweder ohne Frischluft schlafen oder die Tür komplett öffnen daher haben wir uns etwas unsicher gefühlt außerdem wie gesagt keine Fliegengitter. Da es keine Fenster gibt aber Duschen ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr hoch und die Wände feucht und es riecht nach Keller. Durchzug ist nicht möglich. Es gibt im Außenbereich tote Pflanzen , abgebrochene Lampen und die Türen oben auf der Terrasse bei der Waschmaschine sind kaputt so dass sie bei Sturm aufschlagen was nachts sehr laut ist. Überhaupt ist es vorallem in den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer sehr laut weil die Pumpe vom Whirlpool auf dem Dach dröhnt. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die ganze Villa. Wenn man abends schlafen geht und die Personen im Hauptschlafzimmer die Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer & Pool von innen schließen kommen die anderen Personen nicht mehr n um zb morgens Kaffee zu holen .

• Denise (5/5): Disappointing for the price - It was safe and I liked the hot tub. The Appartment was very run down. Broken door handles, chipped paint and the pool flooded out onto the seating area. The whole place needs a revamp.
• Julie (8/5): Great villa with good facilities but we felt that it was quite far from the main part of Corralejo. - I liked that the property was close to a supermarket which was useful. The pool and surrounding area were great for sunbathing and cooling down. The upstairs area was also great for relaxation and the jacuzzi (when we finally got it working properly) was fabulous. The washing machine was very useful as were the many kitchen appliances which were provided. The cleanliness could have been better (dirty sock under bed, visible dust/dirt behind fridge and dishwasher). The villa is quite a distance away from the main strip in Corralejo with very poor footpaths for walking on.

• Clarissa (9/5): Villa con piscina privata - Splendida villa dotata di tutto quello che si può pretendere per una vacanza relax, la piscina (l'abbiamo adorata) e l'idromassaggio privati sono una chicca della struttura, la privacy é perfetta. Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana presso la villa e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la cucina é fornita di tutto il necessario per potersi preparare dei buoni pasti. Il personale é sempre molto cordiale e non manca mai di porgerti un sorriso. un unica pecca é il rumore che si sente nelle camere, dovuto dagli impianti della piscina e dell'idromassaggio. Si potrebbero apportare piccole manutenzione all'interno della casa, ma nulla di ché.

• Marie (8/5): - The villa was lovely the location was great On 3 occasions when the pool people filled the pool the water in the Villa was turned off which meant e could not shower or sort breakfast out. My main problem was we had a 7hour wait for our flight and no were to leave our cases except a storage unit that was at least 20mins away that give us a very stressful last night not happy we thought we had booked on a complex very hesitant to book again

• Lee (7/5): Lovely property - we just had bad luck - Lovely spacious property in a nice quiet location just a 5 minute walk to the supermarkets. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken sometime the week before we arrived and so it was out of order when we got to the villa. The repair man fixed it over two days, but as the hot tub and the whole roof was repainted during this time the whole upstairs facilities were out of bounds for us for 2 more days. The hot tub still was not working at the end of the week, but Yuli tried her very best to look after us. The property is very nice, we was just unfortunate that our holiday was constantly disturbed by workmen at the property.

• Griffiths (9/5): Had a lovely time at this beautiful villa, pool and outside area was fabulous, 2 supermarkets nearby - We were self catering but 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Kitchen utensils were very basic, had to ask for a few things but they were very prompt and delivered the following day. Cooked a few times but i think you would struggle cooking for 6 people with the utencils available. Only 4 of everything, knives, folks, etc.
• Wood (10/5): Amazing villa - Beautiful villa with everything you need, we loved the private pool and hot tub. Just as beautiful as the pictures. And the bonus was the pool being heated, although it was very warm weather. I messaged the host to ask if it was possible to leave some balloons for my partners birthday for when we arrived, we arrived to the villa to a lovely birthday display and a box of chocolates which was a lovely touch and was so lovely walking into the villa to it. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone, we really enjoyed our stay! Was sad to leave. We are going to book again for next year Nothing everything was perfect!

• Sentonaris (10/5): Beautiful villa and will return - Absolutely beautiful villa and will definitely return Just a little bit too far from the centre and the wardrobes smelt damp. We also had works going on in the villa behind which we weren’t made aware of before we visited. They were sanding and sealing the pool, we had a lot of dust come over the wall which covered our pool and patio. We contacted the host and she sent the man round to clean the pool within an hour. The paint they used to seal the pool was very strong smelling and not very nice.
• Federica (7/5): A lot to riadjust but beautiful place - The house is beautiful and spacious and also very quiet The position is great because is not in the middle of the crowd The point of contact we had was very responsive and did the best to help with the issue we had On arrival we found the house dirty, both indoor and outdoor, cleaning were done extremely poorly at the point we had to ask to clean again, they were very responsive and sent someone the day after however not a great start. In general when they were coming for the cleaning every 4 days, cleaning were very superficial and we had to ask twice to clean outside because they totally skipped it. No one comes to clean the pool you need to keep calling for that. The house need some maintenance especially for the swimming pool that are rusty or with part coming off. The fridge is super small considering it’s a house that could host up to 6 people. There is a drain smell quite intense especially in one of the bedrooms, on suit bathrooms don’t have doors whip make the problem even bigger. The house is infested with small ant that are everywhere and the resort has a huge issue with cockroaches, clearly there is no pest control, and in the evening is not possible to keep windows open since are everywhere and they go inside. It’s a shame because the place could be stunning but is not take care off enough.
• vaughan (10/5): - Beautiful villa beautiful resort the grounds were immaculate villa was exceptional had a fantastic stay had a couple issues with the electric but the host was very quick in replying and getting the maintenance man to fix the problem...it was a very peaceful area the restaurant served lovely food ...loved the flowers and cactus in the gardens very well maintained will b going back next year for sure Happy family holiday My mum had a fall as the floor was slippery outside when wet which couldn't be helped as the kids were splashing having fun...just make sure you have grippy shoes on when outside near pool .
