• Toni (10/5): We enjoyed our comfortable and convenient stay. - The location perfectly met our needs. It was in very close proximity to the home of longtime friends. It is located at the end of a cul de sac with a spacious yard. It has recently been ingeniously remodeled and is cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. We especially enjoyed using the espresso machine. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are both roomy and the beds are comfortable. Excellent fish and chips are within walking distance. Having the only bathroom located upstairs may not work well for everyone. The spiral staircase may also be a challenge to some. It worked well enough for us, however. We look forward to returning.

• Priscilia (9/5): Je recommande : logement calme et confortable - Le logement était conforme à l’annonce. La décoration du logement était impeccable tout comme la propreté. Le logement est bien équipé et le jardin est un plus. Il y a très peu de vaisselles, casseroles et poêle. De plus il aurait été pratique d’avoir une dose de lessive.

• Theresa (8/5): Family visit - It met our needs. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. We stayed with our granddaughter to visit our son and his family. The parking was handy. It's a little difficult to find in the dark. It was clean, tidy, and quiet. The host was responsive. It was clean and tidy. No breakfast tea bags. Just jasmine tea. Manuel's for appliance would have been good. We didn't know how to use the coffee machine.
• Helen (10/5): - A real home from home. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything we needed for a short break. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch, thank you. A few more forks would be useful! Laminate flooring on stairs was not ideal.

• David (10/5): One week for work - Very nice place, very clean and in a peaceful area. The owner was very responsive when messaging and I had everything I needed. It was ideal for a week working in the area with a good kitchen with all you need, lounge, and the bathroom and bedroom were comfortable, clean and made the stay great. It isn't too far from shops or the tram into town.
• Lynette (7/5): - The property is beautiful and was a lot more then expected. Value for money for sure and the main bed upstairs was very comfortable, my friend did not sleep in the bed downstairs as she found it to small. Due to my friend having a disability and myself having arthritis in my back for us to leave which we left 1am in the morning we moved the car a little closer to put our stuff away. A neighbour then decided to approach us to cause an argument no matter how much I tried to defuse the situation by apologising numerous times and explaining we are leaving he didn't want to hear it. Put me off ever coming back which is ashame.

• Dwight (9/5): - The location, calm, peaceful and friendly. Neighbours were so nice as well. To improve, maybe consider changing the coach, and both beds. They could be a little more comfy, but we were pleased.

• Frances (7/5): Convenient flat for Addington Palace. Could be better equipped. - Clean and tidy, well presented and spacious, comfortable bed. It was within walking distance of the trams to and from the station. Items missing - bath plug, toaster, hairdryer. Ironing machine had been taken away for cleaning. Had to ram a flannel into the plughole in the bath and hold it there with my foot, which was then right in the path of the hot tap, when it suddenly ran scalding hot. The door is also tricky to open. The key doesn't turn easily in the lock.
