• waseem (10/5): Great stay - I stayed here and had a very good experience. The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was small, but it was new, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was comfortable and nicely arranged.

• Rebecca (6/5): Well equipped, poor communication, no hot water. - Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. New and stylish. Very well equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, salt and pepper, a combined microwave and oven, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, knives, cutlery, etc. and a combined water boiler and coffee maker. I was able to make meals during my whole stay. The bed was adequate and enough room for two people. Nice warm wool blanket, and a small space heater, and an extra pillow and duvet if necessary. There were not two beds, which it said in the ad. Nice bright lights and big mirrors in the bathroom. Very small tight space, but it is adequate for a short stay. Excellent location right across from the museum, convenient for me since I was attending an event there. Parking was available. There is a washing machine as well but I did not use it. Did not use the shower because there was no hot water available. Poor quality towels, soap, dish soap. The water kettle was older and the lid broke when I used it, due to age and use. Needed more hooks for jackets etc. near the door, and more hangers in the closet. I had to hang my pants on the oven door. Could have used a full length mirror. I had to move the bed and table around in order to put my suitcase somewhere, and was not able to have the futon bed down at the same time as being able to eat on the table. Would be very tight for two people. The worst part was that there was no hot water in any sink or the shower. When I explained this to the hosts, they did not believe me, then they checked and saw I was correct. They said they needed a new hot water tank. But then they left overnight with no explanation and no ideas about how I should get a shower or be able to wash up. I had to walk over to the public restrooms (10 min walk) near the beach to take a hot shower. Not convenient. They are doing construction on the house, and the whole yard is quite a mess. There was a bit of noise due to the construction. I asked politely if they could stop for 1-2 hours while I took a nap, and they did, but they seemed annoyed. They were nice otherwise, but it was difficult to communicate.
