• McP73 (10/5): seamless experience in a lovely room that had everything we could need and more. - The room was very modern, very clean and beautifully decorated to make us feel at home. Laura had thought of everything we might need for our one night stay. It was a nice 15 minute walk into Formby town centre and short drive to Formby beach.

Everything you needed was available & nothing went amiss. I have already asked if we can go back, as this, to me, was far better than the hotel we stayed at in London 2 weeks before. Nothing!!

• Poppy (10/5): Exceptional - Laura was the most fantastic, perfect host. She was friendly, had great knowledge on the area and left you to it. The room was spacious, clean and bright and beautifully designed. Every where you looked there was attention to detail which maximised comfort and made you feel at home. It is important to note that as a lesbian couple we felt extremely safe staying with Laura, and felt her warmt and kindess from the second we walked through the door. We will absolutely be staying again when we are in the area! That we didnt stay for two nights!!!! We could have stayed there forever!

• Mark (10/5): A perfect little stop off on our way to a weekend in Liverpool. Would definetly stay again. 5 stars. - The host Laura was excellent in her pre-stay communication, and the room itself was superb. We had the entire top floor, it was like a self contained flat. The room was superb, very high quality and incredibly well maintained. The bed was super comfy and the shower was powerful. Tea, coffee and snacks were provided also which was a nice touch. We were made to feel super welcome, and the parking outside was spot on. Incredibly easy to find too. Nothing.
