- Anna Marie (10/5): - The house was in the center of the village and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had a dishwasher which is always a bonus! The beach was just around the corner so we will be back again.
- Aoife (10/5): - Thoughtful interior design. The most comfortable beds. Very clean and with everything you could need.
- Gail (9/5): - Very comfy beds.
- samantha (8/5): Lovely stay in cosy house just 5km from Carlingford - Lovely house with nice back garden with small table and chairs to sit in sun , lovely cafe just few doors away, all dog friendly, 5 km drive into Carlingford but right on the port doorstep for nice walk /picnic We were only 2 people so double bed very comfortable but the double futon is in the spare room is quite hard
- Greg (7/5): Good -
- Dariusz (9/5): Lovely stay and very kind Host - A little late with the review, but we had a wonderful stay here, the home is lovely and clean, beautiful location as well. The owner/Host is very kind and lovely. She guided us about all the facilities of the property and the places to visit around as well.
- Liam (9/5): Perfect house for a getaway. - Required an earlier check in which was facilitated.
The property is spotless. Has a full kitchen (if you were staying longer)
Bathroom a good size, clean. Good shower.
1 bedroom is excellent, the other is good. Both well sized.
Location is fantastic if you are into golf, the coast is literally at your doorstep.
We went into Carlingford, which was good. There is a taxi service that was very reliable.
Good property. Well worth the cost. Very friendly host that was great with recommendations and very friendly.
- David (9/5): Superb - Good equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed
Excellent host, good communication throughout and very helpful
- Katarína (8/5): Very good - The house was refurbished and really comfortable. Same as very nice and warm. Extra payment for the dog in cash ( out of advertising price). Bit odd and disappointing.
- Deirdre (10/5): This was our 2nd time staying at the property and we had a fantastic few days. Wonderful location, very comfortable home - Beautiful and peaceful location, cosy and comfortable home, loved the enclosed back garden and proximity to beach for our little dog. Carmelita is an excellent host
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacqueline (9/5): Very relaxing stay in Greenore with plenty of nice ways to spend your day. - Carmelita was so friendly and super efficient! Lovely, cosy cottage, (what you want in January!, particularly after that cold snap!) equipped with everything you need. Stayed in alot of self catering, best so far. Very comfy bed. Good location. Real fire too! 😃
Carlingford is about 5km away with plenty of attractions like restaurants, (Riina's Italian is so cute with good food). Ruby Ellen's Tea rooms was adorable with dinner sized lunch portions so fed for the day!, nice walks and the Leisure Centre is a steal for only €15 pp-25m pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room+Sauna. Hard to beat! Nothing really bar the massive amount of horse manure in the Ravensdale Forest.. Bizzare! A good walk/hike though over 1hr.
- Christine (10/5): We had a fabulous stay, Carmelita was so quick at responding. The property is gorgeous and the perfect little getaway - It had everything we needed and lots of extras in the kitchen especially.
- Helena (10/5): Relaxing weekend in a beautiful part of Ireland - The property was in a great location to travel from. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home from home Nothing not to like
- Vivienne (9/5): Greenore - Nice terraced house in Greenore. Great base to explore Cooley peninsula.
Lovely cafe a few doors down, Coast and Co. Allows dogs Noise from the port. It wasn't too bad but not used to it as we live in the countryside
- Fco. (9/5): Superb - The house was fully equipped The double bed was very comfortable, but the futon not so much.
