- Franz (1/5): wir sind Aufgrund der vorherrschenden Situation nicht eingezogen - Adresse war ungenau, wir mussten zu Fuß eine Suche nach der Adresse starten; das Gebäude befindet sich in einer Wohnstraße mit vielen aneinander gereihten kleinen Häusern; zur Unterkunft konnte nicht zugefahren werden; es war weit und breit kein Parkplatz zu erkennen; Schlüssel lag in einem Taschentuch versteckt in der Zeitungsrolle; vor der Haustüre herrschte Chaos; nach dem öffnen der Haustüre wirkte der Eingangsbereich bewohnt, und roch extrem nach Parfüm - nach dem Anläuten meldete sich niemand, woraufhin wir die Türe wieder verschlossen, den Schlüssel wieder an seinen suspekten Platz zurück legten und uns auf die Suche nach einer anderen Unterkunft machten; die vorherrschende Situation war uns sehr befremdlich - wir haben schon oft über Booking gebucht - aber diese Situation ist uns noch nicht untergekommen; woher die Bewertung in Booking kommt ist fraglich und das wir dafür noch bezahlen müssen; wie Booking so eine unseriöse Unterkunft anbieten kann ist uns ein Rätsel; wie prüft Booking seine Quartiere?

- Arne (8/5): Gut geschlafen im regnerischen Trondheim - Nette kleine Wohnung im Keller vom Haus. Man bekommt nichts von den Bewohnern mit und hat ausreichend Platz. Bad ist auf dem Flur aber hat man für sich alleine Zum schlafen für eine Nacht war alles perfekt.

- Hubert_13k (10/5): I'd book it again - Such a cute apartment with everything you could need. It was very clean and welcoming and the owner responds fast to any answer.
- Holger (3/5): Maybe acceptable for maximum one night, if you really are not able find anything else - * hardly bearable smell (maybe from some deodorant) that needed 4 hours to get to an acceptable level * very small windows, so that nearly no sunlight was available (and ventilation was difficult) * probably evacuation problems in case of an emergency in the house as (naturally) there is no second rescue path for the basement (and the windows are too small) * noise from neighbours or the familiy (that is living in the upper levels), property is managed by someone else bathroom felt like provisional or not finished * there are probably different basements in the area that are rented, gps device in my car did not know the position of the number (that is communicated after booking), openstreetmap knows them, car parking is only available at the outer edges of the area and the car needs to be registered, that was done by the manager
