• Greta (1/5): Very bad experience. - Nothing I can’t believe all these positive reviews, I wish I never stayed here. It was cold, spent around 4 hours inside the room wearing a jacket before someone was able to turn the heating on. Was woken up at 5:30am due to noises from other guests and the housekeeper who started cleaning the house at 6am!!! The stay was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable.

• Shaz (5/5): Good location but not the best sleep - Location in a quiet street away from any main road Squeaky bed with a soft mattress so sleep wasn't the best!!

Easy access to the local shops and restaurants. Self check in/out. Thank you will back again😁❤️💪🙏 I’m still thinking but can’t complain for anything 😜

• Sarah (1/5): Don’t stay unless you expect strange me.to knock your door at 23.15 - Firstly the place was hard to find it looks like you’re entering through the back gate. Also there was other room keys in the key safe which wasn’t appropriate. I was in bed at 23.15 and my wife went to the bathroom to freshen up. The door was left ajar in our room. We then heard someone coming up the stairs and to my horror a man was knocking on the door asking for me to show my key safe code. I shouted I’m here alone go away this is my room to which he didn’t pay any attention to. He tried to come into the room I was shout at him to get out. He was yelling at us to show him the key code I said we are not showing you anything so get out. I was scared and naked in bed. I was trying desperately to get hold of the main person on the booking form but the phone kept ringing. I didn’t allow it to stop ringing until someone answered. They asked me who it was that came to the room I said how the hell would I know to which they said they will ask. They called back a few minutes later telling me not to worry it’s the housekeeper!!! 23.15 at night coming to ask for a room key code are you joking me? He also said sorry but they thought you were alone!!! What the heck does that mean? I would never stay here again I will never put myself back in that danger ever again. This was so disgusting and so disturbing for any female traveler. This is not something I have ever experienced before in all my time of travelling. This was not expectable in the slightest. The bed was hard and the room needed a little uplift. It didn’t feel safe and I was scared the remainder of the few hours I had left bed I could leave. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I believe wholeheartedly that the reviews are fake! Do yourself a favour don’t stay here guys

• Louis (1/5): Not comfortable, run down, thin walls, bright white main light with no bed side light. - It was fairly clean. It was cheap. Badly converted council house in a run down area. No bedside lamp so had to choose between sitting in darkness or ultra bright white main light. Thin walls. Should have spent another £20 and got a proper hotel.

• Sheen (6/5): . Review - Bed was very large Found property hard to find in the dark, finally found that you had to come in through the back garden gate! Was greeted by someone cleaning up a spicy food spillage all over the kitchen floor! This caused a strong smell in the house for bout an hour! TV did not tune in any channels, could not use it The radiator in the room could not be turned off, was stuck on low heat most of the night so was too warm and had to have the window open all night. No Kettle in room, just the tea/coffee /milk No bedside lamp

• Stephen (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay - Me and a work friend stayed here for almost 2 months mon-fri and loretta was very welcoming towards us , the rooms are spacious with large tvs and comfortable beds , complementary water bottles, toiletries and cutlrey provided along with easy parking close to the property. We will be sure to return if back working in the area Nothing to say

• Shaun (6/5): Work in progress, could be made better with a few little changes - The rooms looked very modern and up to date and the price was more than reasonable for the 2 of us. The late check-in is also helpful. Tea making facilities supplied. It's a work in progress I would say, lots of things that could be improved. The mattresses were old and not very comfy, the heating was stuck on a high setting, the TVs didn't have any channels on them and the cleanliness could have been better (top of the wardrobes and little areas in the bathroom). The free parking isn't exactly on site it's more find a space on the road.

• Bethany (10/5): Clean, friendly, and accomodating - Loved the communication with the host and housekeeper. The room had plenty of storage and the bathroom was large. There was tea and coffee inside the room for our use and they even got us a fan because it was hot! Everything was great, felt a bit awkward to go down to the kitchen as it seems that the housekeeper lives in the room next to it which has a windowed door, but really, it was great. I recommend it for the area!
