Kairat (9/5): Superb - The water heater broke. I asked to fix it, but no one did. I lived in this hotel for five days and washed myself with cold water the whole time.

My girlfriend rang hotel later that day and asked if they had rooms available they said yes but price was nearly twice the amount, so l was scammed for them selling the room for a higher price than advertised on booking.com Their attitude, and service on reception
Marcos (10/5): big room, great location, super nice staff - Location was great for Pattaya, in the Russian part of town. Really nice bars, very near the beach, and lively enough but not noisy. In the main street. The staff was super friendly and always tried to help. The room was super big and comfortable. Great price too. I liked it all.
