Karen (10/5): Lovely stay! - The place was lovely! Clean, spacious, well stocked. A lot of care was put in by the team at Casa Caudi to ensure we had a really pleasant stay. They were happy to help out and were super reliable and quick with communication. The location is perfect if travelling in by train (10 min walk from station) and it was very easy to get around everywhere in Rome. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Rome:) All was great!
Seyed Iman (7/5): - Nähe Terminal und Sehenswürdigkeiten Geräusche! Es war Bauarbeiten. Der Hunde hat auch ständig gebellt. Es habe keine Terrasse bei unserem Unterkunft. Es stand in der Bewertungen, dass es etwas zum Essen gibt. Es war nicht so.

Silke (4/5): Rom ist schön, aber Achtung bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft. - Ruhige Lage, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist alles gut erreichbar Das Zimmer war nicht gut belüftet, eine Kellerwohnung vermutlich feucht. Die Handtücher hatten eine schlechte Qualität und wurden auf Grund des feuchte Raumklima nicht trocken. Wir haben Frühstück dazugebucht, das es eigentlich nicht gibt.

Pareek (7/5): Good but not perfect - Rowena, the care taker at the property is extremely helpful and polite. She went out of her way to help us at every step. Check in was smooth. They promptly responded to all queries even before we reached. That really helped. From the website I got to understand that every room has a desk. It was not there. Under amenities, kitchen et al were mentioned but it did not specify that it's a common kitchen almost open to the sky. Our room was on 2nd floor and the kitchen on the ground floor. It was drizzling when we reached. So how does one commute with cooked food on the plates? It is impractical in every way. What if some other guest is already cooking when you need the kitchen? So we abandoned the idea for inhouse meals. That compromised our plans. Secondly the faucet near the toilet was leaking and unless one closed it after each use there was water all over the floor, trickling down to the room from the bathroom. The common are on the ground floor was unkempt.

Anastasia (6/5): - Friendly staff, easy check-in. Comfortable bed and lovely patio. I chose this property instead of another hotel because it had breakfast and I wanted to support a small business than a large hotel corporation. But there was no breakfast, although advertised. The walls so thin that the women staying next to me where waking us up every morning very early being too loud. One night they stayed until 1am and I woke up a few times. Not really the owners fault but...for me it wasnt great. It was as if I was in the same room with those ladies. I could hear everything!

Paula (7/5): Convenient stay close to Termini - We were in the top floor room. As tall people, it felt low and the shower really cramped. Maybe we booked that room so that may be on us. The room was really clean and lovely, just very low being in the top of the house. Rowena was very sweet and helpful. Dragging bags up 4 flights of narrow stairs was difficult but we managed (was also our last day in Italy so we were feeling pretty tired by this point). The shower was really tight and it took a really long time to get hot water… it eventually happened but we wondered for a while if there WAS hot water.

Marco Malimpensa (6/5): - Casa Caudì è in una buona posizione per visitare la città. La stazione Termini con la metropolitana è a 15 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è piccolo, accogliente e ha lo stresso necessario per poter cucinare e mangiare all'interno. Sarebbe necessaria un po' di manutenzione in più, specialmente in bagno e in cucina.

Gemelli Joseph (9/5): - La struttura è molto vicino alla stazione termini (c'è giusto da camminare per 2-3 a partire dalla stazione per arrivarci) il chè rende il posto strategico per eventuali spostamenti. Lo staff è stato gentile e molto disponibile nell'accoglienza con la signora molto empatica. A me e mia madre è capitata la mansarda in cima alla struttura, devo dire che mi è piaciuto un sacco perchè oltre ad essere pulita era molto accogliente e mi ha riportato alla mente quando anchio avevo la cameretta in una mansarda. Mi piaciuto molto l'arredo moderno e l'atmosfera in generale della struttura che ti fa sentire di essere a casa. Io consiglio molto Casa Caudì per chi vuole soggiornare per poco o qualche giorno perchè è davvero accogliente come stare a casa e soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo... sicuramente ci ritornerò se mi capita in futuro di essere a roma per qualche giorno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!0

Mara (9/5): Hermoso alojamiento en Roma - Rubena es una persona sumamente amable y cordial. Atenta en todo momento a nuestras necesidades. El lugar es precioso y tiene una decoración exquisita. La ubicación es muy cómoda. Los asientos de las sillas estaban vencidos y no había una para cada huésped. Había afuera, pero estaban mojadas por la lluvia. El ambiente con dos camitas, un sillón y la mesa resultaba pequeño. Resultaba difícil subir y bajar de uno de los lados de la cama doble, por una estructura dura y alta que hay de ese lado. El inodoro es especial y recomendable para personas con discapacidad, pero demasiado alto para personas menudas y los pies nos quedaban colgando.

La cuisine était dans le jardin et était exotique avec les plantes Plafond trop bas de la mesannine. J'avais réservé pour 2 lits simples et on a eu une chambre avec un lit double. La localisation de notre hôtel était proche de tout.
RISA (9/5): - 滞在期間：3日間／デラックスジュニアスイート・ホストはとても親切な方で、連絡手段はWhatsAppでした。私はメッセージなら翻訳ソフトがあるので問題ないのですが、対面だとイタリア語や英語がうまく表現できません。しかし彼女は優しくコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。また、チェックイン前に荷物も預かってくれました。・部屋は掲載写真通りの部屋で、2人なら十分な広さでテラス付きでした。・ベッドは身長170cmと150㎝、小柄な日本人の私達にとっては広く快適でした。マットレスは少し柔らかめでした。・バスルームに換気扇が付いてあって良かったです。・個人的ですが、シャワーの水圧が弱め・お湯がぬるめでした。・開放的でとても素敵ですが、網戸が無いので蚊や虫除け対策が必要です。私達は日本からアイテムを持参していました。
Marie (6/5): Chère pour ce que c'est - Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et répondent très rapidement à nos besoins. La chambre était très propre. Nous étions dans la chambre sous les combles. Il faisait chaud mais nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir le velux car il y avait des moustiques. La WiFi ne marche pas bien. Et l'eau n'arrive pas toujours. La chambre n'était pas bien insonorisée. J'ai trouvé que cette chambre était chère par rapport à ce qu'elle était.
Leonie (8/5): Good place to stay in central Rome. Especially the patio is a great reason to stay there. - It is a short walk to Termini station and in a quiet street. Rowena is great and was quick to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the studio and had a big patio. It was and had a good size kitchen. Our upstairs neighbours were up early and moved the chairs around quite a bit, which woke us up. This can easily be fixed by putting some felt under the chair legs.

Danna (7/5): מיקום ליד Termini Station, מקום שקט - הגענו בערב, לשינה בלבד. המיקום היה קרוב מאוד לתחנת Termini כך שהמקום התאים. חדר נחמד, עם מרפסת נאה. מקלחת מרווחת ונוחה (לא קלאסי לאיטליה). יש לקחת בחשבון כמה מדרגות יש להוסיף תשלום מס מקומי, לבעלת המקום לא היה עודף אז נאלצנו לשלם קצת יותר.

simona (10/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e comodo vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini, in posizione tranquilla Dotato di montacarichi che arriva direttamente in alloggio, per noi è stato molto utile per la nonna. È possibile cucinare ed è fornito di alcune cose per la colazione. Alla nostra richiesta per una caffettiera prontamente ce l'hanno fornita con tanto di latte e caffè! Mariam (9/5): - It has a really good location, although you still need to walk around 1 km from termini station. The room was nice and clean, the host was really helpful and great. They even offered us some snacks and drinks in the room, which was really kind of them. There is no sign outside the apartment, so I was a bit confused when I arrived at the apartment at night.

Daylin (7/5): Decent place - My husband and I liked the space of the apartment. The bathroom was small but manageable if you dont have small kids who need help showering. The bed was more of a futton so not good for those with back issues. Other than that the people are very nice and kind. They give plenty or water and snacks which was appreciated. I would definitely consider staying here again.
denise (9/5): Wonderful stay at Casa Caudi - It was very quiet away from the busy sections of the city. The Terrace was a wonderful surprise. Easy to get to bus stops. It was also an easy walk to the grocery store and laundromat. Rowena was super helpful and allowed us to bring our luggage and stow it prior to check in. Highly recommend.

Monisha (3/5): I did not have a good experience with the host and I would caution anyone from booking with them. - The location was conveniently located near the train station. The property manager onsite Fiorella, although she didn’t speak English, was very sweet. Hours before I was supposed to checkin, the host messaged me saying that they have switched my room which had a private terrace to another room on the ground floor which is less than half the size and has no private outdoor space. They made this change without my consent to accommodate other guests who requested to be closer to each other. The room was ridiculously small with barely any space for our things. It’s not the room that I booked and the fact that it was changed to convenience someone else when my experience wasn’t considered was unacceptable. I would caution others from booking here as the host can change your booking at any time without consulting with you first.

The attention to details, the library and the inside elevator were fantastic. Probably the best thing was the terrace, great place to enjoy your morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening

Amit (9/5): Decent home stay near Roma Termini - The place is great. It's spacious with two rooms. There's a bed in one room which has bathroom and kitchen attached. Another room has sofa, TV and a dining table. The balcony is great and spacious. There's a very slow lift which opens in the room. The place is 10-15 mins walking from Roma termini and there is a bus stop 3-4 mins away. Rowena the care taker is sweet and has smiling face. It was great staying at Casa caudi. Few things were broken but that's not a deal breaker and it didn't affect anything. Lift is very slow but again manageable.

Sintozo (10/5): Spectacular - Spectacular location. Less than 15min walk to Termini station, 20-30min walk to the most popular area (but also 5min away there are great restaurants, more local focused). Accommodation is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and clean. Staff is awesome. It is possible to cook there ( I did not because of so many great food spots in Rome that had to be enjoyed). There is TV and wifi (I did not use either, so I cannot comment on the quality). Mansard room has air-conditioning. The room is spacious, the same as the bathroom. Towels are provided. Check-in/out are easy and went smoothly. When I return to Rome, I will definitely be staying here again; and now I'm recommending it to my friends and family.
Тихомир (8/5): Overall we had a good time at that studio. - The apartment is near the central railway station in a very quite street, the host is quite friendly and helpful. For the money is relatively a good value. Offers snacks, coffee and other drinks as part of the price. The studio is actually an attic and not very comfortable due to the low ceiling. No windows, just a top window on the roof. No air-condition, just a ventilator.
Jane (9/5): A lovely authentic place to stay in Rome. - The location was great - close to the station and great restaurants. The room was all we needed for our stay and our host was welcoming and accommodating allowing a flexible checkin. It even had a lift!

Sarah (9/5): Superb - Absolutely lovely hosts! I had a wonderful stay here. Everything is very clean and I felt safe. The location is ideally close to the main train station and quiet at night. About a 30/40 min walk into the city. Or there is a local bus just outside. Just a little warm at night if in the top room during summer. Had to leave windows open so got a few mosquito bites.

Derek (1/5): Do NOT book this accommodation. - Breakfast items were located on a shelf outside the room Room was not the one advertised. We were given a room in the loft ( ceiling ). You could not stand upright and constantly hit your head on the roof beams.
Marius (8/5): An enjoyable stay - The location is ideal with easy access to public transport to reach the center of Rome. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although the furniture is not new or modern, we truly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the great attention to detail. Breakfast was not officially included, but the host thoughtfully left us water, biscuits, milk, cereals and other sweets, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.The host is extremely kind, attentive and ready to help with any information or recommendations. There was a slight smell of dampness in the room, which I believe is quite common in older houses and didn’t affect our overall comfort. Also, in the evenings, we occasionally saw some homeless people around the area, but we never felt unsafe.

Genc (6/5): Pleasant - The property was very clean and the host was very friendly. Location is a bit far from everything but I recommend taking a scooter pass. With a scooter you can reach the colosseum area in ~8 minutes. Everything else is above 20 minutes. Neighborhood was pretty quiet, so the stay was generally pleasant. The apartment was very noisy on its own. For example: when the wind was blowing, doors were pretty loud and woke us up a couple of times. Also, we didn’t get our room cleaned nor get clean towels even though we stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was okay but only snacks from the store (cookies, some juices, cereals). Nothing cooked or so.

Thomas (4/5): Extremely hot & uncomfortable. - The terrace was very nice. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER!! Unit did not work properly, even after a service person looked at it. Was advertised as Breakfast included, we arrived to find some basic packaged cookies, etc. We stayed for 9 nights, but had to ask for additional breakfast items, which were not brought to us. Shower was the size of a coffin, the rest of the bathroom the size of 2 coffins! Too small to even turn around! The landlady was absent for most of our stay and did not seem prepared for guests.
