Spacious rooms, multiple toilets, all very clean. Convenience stores and restaurants are close by. The host was very kind to leave refreshments upon our arrival so we really enjoyed the hospitality of Osaka people.

• Allegra (9/5): Modern 2 bedroom house - Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Host was responsive. Excellent restaurants in the area. Very clean Could use curtains over the bedroom windows. Needs more seating in the living room-a loveseat for 2 is not enough for a place that sleeps 5. A bit of a walk from Osaka station, but there is a smaller station nearby that was occasionally useful.
• Leah (10/5): Everything you could ask for in Osaka - Amazing location surrounding by restaurants and shopping. Fantastic comfortable 3 story apartment, so clean with everything you’d ever need for a stay. Washing machine was put to good use as it was so hot, and the air conditioning was fantastic, in every room. Great communication from host.

• DUFOUR (10/5): Apparemment au top - L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Il est récent, moderne et de qualité. La salle de bain est typique du Japon. Le lit double grince un peu.
• Christina Lo (8/5): - Nice layout of the house. Bathroom facilities was great. Bedrooms was too light, needs blackout blinds/curtains. The windows in the bedrooms too was a nice touch, but again too light when sunrise.
• Andre (10/5): Awesome apartment - Great location near metro stations. Very spacious. Full kitchen should you wish to cook. 2 bathrooms is a plus. Also has 2 separate bedrooms. Huge tv in separate living room. Dryer would have been a plus but having a washer was great.
• Sven (9/5): Lovely, extremely clean and cozy house in a great location walking distance from the train - Spacious home, once heated, was very warm to the middle and top floors. Extremely clean with sufficient kitchen equipment. The host was lovely and very responsive - very caring for guests and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Walking distance from the main train station (about 1.5 km from Osaka Station, or short walk to metro line for a one stop transfer to the main Osaka station). The bottom floor remained a bit cold, where the shower was. But you are able to heat up the shower room / bathroom well prior with some preparation. Toilet was on a different floor to the bedroom which was a bit difficult for my elderly father-in-law to use during the night.
• Nga (9/5): Lovely, spacious accommodation close to Osaka Metro. - Location was good, close to Osaka Metro. Spacious accommodation for a family of five. Nothing really except perhaps softer pillows.
• Rose (9/5): Fantastic house in Osaka local neighborhood - Great location, vibrant with nice restaurants and shops to explore. Walkable to stations and umeda. The facilties were great and the house was very well appointed. It had an array of amenities and was very comfortable. Could have more instructions in English e.g. For washing machine or air conditioner. The second bedroom could have a wardrobe rail or hooks.
• Samanalie (10/5): Best place to stay with your family. - It’s a new and a very clean house,the owner has provided small amenities like toothbrushes, hair brushes & combs,skin products and even umbrellas which became so handy on rainy days. couple of minutes to metro station, convenience stores, bakery and restaurants. Calm neighbourhood.The house gives you a sense of freedom rather than stuck in a hotel room . No mirrors in the bedrooms. Full size mirrors in the two rooms would have made getting ready and doing makeup much easier rather than having to go to the ground floor bathroom.
• Nicole (10/5): A beautiful, clean home with 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5. - It was great to feel a sense of living in Osaka. The house was beautiful, clean, and new. I really liked everything, I wish there was a little more sitting space in the living room and maybe a dryer for clothes, but I know hanging laundry is more common in Japan. I really don't have any criticism.

Have been recommending this place to our friends and would stay again! The host was great with communication and helpful We initially sent to the neighbours door as the photo looked to be there and the address was the same. Sorry to the neighbour! So make sure you're at the right place. As first timers in Japan some of the facilities confused me but google translate helped a lot. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a guide book to help newbies work the house out because it's a very smart house. 😊
