- Wesley (3/5): RUN, don't walk away from this hotel - There's not much to like about this place. The place is in general disrepair, there is water damage to the flooring of the room, the bathroom fixtures are falling apart. They don't even provide a bar of hand soap in the bathroom. The location is very poor, it is in a sketchy area that has a bunch of machine shops and auto parts stores. The cleaners leave the windows open to the hotel all day and the halls fill with mosquitoes who are eager to enter your room. There is constant burning of trash going on in the adjoining properties which seeps into the hotel all night. The front desk staff tried to charge me 50 000 kip for an extra pillow per night, I promptly declined. The same staff charged me double the posted rate (as posted in the hotel room) to replace a lost room key, probably to pocket the difference. I even heard him call his manager to ask the price before he had the audacity to double charge me, he thought I am not able to understand Lao. RUN, don't walk away from this hotel, there's many better options available.

- Ninad (3/5): Wouldn't recommend staying here! - Location- relatively close to the airport 1. The receptionist was not available at the desk for more than 15 minutes. 2. We were initially assigned a room whose key was not working. We had to stand outside the earlier room for 30 minutes- after which we were assigned another room. We were very tired and the staff was least bothered to keep us comfortable. 3. There were no amenities in the new room assigned to us.
