• Magali (7/5): au cœur de Camden! - Emplacement du logement très proche de Camden, Metro et Bus. Nous sommes venus de la gare de ST Pancras à pied, environ 20 minutes. Bon rapport qualité prix Des puits de lumières que l'on ne peut fermer., pas de volets, juste des rideaux ..donc pas de nuit dans le noir complet. Plutôt mal isolé (on entend le voisin du dessus, le train.. ) mais pour un séjour de 4 nuits ça a été. Impossible d'utiliser le Chromecast ou la télé, Evacuation des toilettes très compliquée
• Briar (1/5): Awful these people are con men I was left with nowhere to stay 6 hours from home with my 10 year old - NOTHING they have stolen £375 from me. I was sent some fake messages about a leak about 10 minutes after they told me where I could get the keys. The messages about the leak were from 5pm but they were welcoming me at 11am. Refused to refund me

• John (1/5): Filthy apartment , deceitful invoicing and lied to about a promised refund - avoid like the plague ! - Nothing -Images online are not the same state as the apartment - it is very scruffy with stained all over the sofa and cushions, curtains hanging off, and the toilet was disgustingly the apartment had clearly not been cleaned - not only did it not flush so it was full of crap but there was urine all over the seat so there had clearly been NO cleaning despite a £50 cleaning fee!! Everything - after seeing the disgusting state of the property we were promised a cleaner - that never happened. We were promised a refund of the £50 cleaning charge and am still chasing this and now being ignored. The £50 should never have been charged originally as the owners clearly had no intention of having the apartment cleaned so it’s hardly any good will gesture to return falsely taken payments!!
• Elena (6/5): Great location but the place needs some TLC. - Location The flat requires some deep clean, a lick of paint and stain removal from carpets and furnishings. It looks tired / overused.
• Erickson (3/5): Nice location but dirty apartment. - Nice location. Fast Customer Support The toilet/bathroom was really dirty when we checked-in. Also the towels had some brown stains. I messaged the apartment owner and sent them photos as proof that there was even long strands of hair in the toilet seat. The apartment owner sent a cleaner within the day but even after the cleaner came and clean, it still was still dirty 🥹 with the bathroom floor. Furthermore you need an eye mask bec there is now way to cover the glass ceiling. If you‘re sensitive to light when sleeping this would be another concern.
