• Anastasiia (1/5): Возможно, пока не стоит бронировать этот отель - Найти риад самостоятельно невозможно. Таблички на двери нет. Когда я спросила, почему, мне ответили: "О, она недавно здесь была". Ну-ну. Когда я пыталась заселиться, то мне ответили, что комната не готова из-за клопов. Предложили другой отель. Он был тоже без таблички :) Мой чемодан вез носильщик, и он тоже не знал, где этот отель. Хорошо, что Google Maps правильно показал положение. В итоге, отель мне не понравился, и мне сделали возврат денег. Менеджеры не смогли объяснить, как сделать бесплатный возврат, я сама нечаянно обнаружила. Удачи вам! Надеюсь, отель скоро избавится от клопов, и таких эксцессов у путешественников не возникнет.

We both had no less than 200 bites that cause lots of pain and suffering in addition to ruin our plans. I would not wish any traveling to have to go through, the bites were so awful and aggressive that new bites kept appearing throughout the day! The bite evolved into blisters! and booking.com will do little for you. Just avoid this place and enjoy your travel. The bed bugs are originated from your Rayed, the bed had infestation of bed bugs and was visible when was waken up by all the bite, please see my photos. I still have marks all over my body . It is Morocco and trust me if you book here you will suffer and since it is Morocco, you are losing any battle over any compensation. • Angarita (2/5): Disappointed - It was next to our prior one. Room was dirty and dusty. Night lamp didn't work. No light bulb on the lamp or the bathroom. Bathtub didn't look clean and there was no soap, or floor map to step out on.
• Ahmed (1/5): A dirty disaster - I had an awful experience here. Dirty towels, dirty toilet. Even the bed sheets were dirty and the receptionist was acting as if I was nitpicking! There was a spider web in the ceiling just on top of the middle of the bed. Even our arrival was a disaster. We waited for half an hour before a sleepy receptionist came to open the door. Out of four nights, we stayed one then left. The owner refused to refund us anything. Out of 440 euros we paid, booking.com refunded us 50 euros or so! Their assistance was a disaster. I have no idea what their role here was!!!

• Richard (9/5): Comfort and quiet, traditional and stylish. - A short walk from the taxi drop off this intimate hotel provides a homely atmosphere. The well maintained architecture is comfortable and spacious. Air conditioned with a wonderful bathroom and shower (heat + pressure). Breakfast on roof top balcony is a perfect way to start the day. I didn’t like leaving.

• Francoise (7/5): Un bon séjour - Le petit déjeuner est très copieux ( avec omelette) et pris sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont propres mais tout dépend de la chambre obtenue. Evitez celles au rez de chaussée ( très basiques mais au méme prix!!!) Celle du 1er ou 2e sont top. Nous avons changé... Le personnel est au petit soin. Proche de la place des ferroniers. Calme. Il faudrait que les chambres du bas soient differenciées afin de savoir exactement ce qu’on paie...

No light shade in the centre of the room and ceiling fixing loose. Wardrobe hinge came off. One wall socket did not function. Bathroom bin was damaged and the lid broken. Such a shame as these are easy to fix issues.

• William Medina Toledo (9/5): Espectacular lugar en el corazón de la Medina. - La Experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El persona muy amable y respetuoso. Nos ha encantado el hotel. La Ubicación inmejorable dentro de la mezquita y tan solo 8 minutos de la plaza principal. Todo correcto. Quizás lo único "negativo" es lo complicado que puede ser llegar la primera vez y de noche porque te genera mucho respeto moverte por la Medina a esa hora. No obstante la ubicación es inmejorable.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo splendido Riad per 4 notti, Youssef ci ha accolto con gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione a qualsiasi richiesta noi avessimo da porgli. Colazione ricca e sempre diversa. Camera pulita e cambio lenzuola/asciugamani ogni giorno. Posizione ottima. Consiglierei a chiunque questo Riad per sentirsi come a casa e pienamente immersi nell’esperienza di Marrakesh.

• Koopmanschap (10/5): - De Riad ligt heel centraal in de Medina op loopafstand van het grote plein. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels en is zeer professioneel en behulpzaam. Voor aankomst had Khalid al WhatsApp contact en bood ons hulp aan met taxivervoer van en naar het vliegveld. Ook tijdens het verblijf werd elke vraag snel en goed beantwoord. Ik reisde met mijn dochter (17). De kamer had zoals afgesproken 2 aparte bedden. Het was niet heel ruim, maar zeer schoon. Op de binnenplaats zijn er echter op alle verdiepingen gezellige zitjes en er is ook een dakterras, dus voldoende ruimte om te chillen. Om bij de Riad te komen moet je door een paar smalle, vrij donkere steegjes. We hebben ons echter geen moment onveilig gevoeld en iedereen in de buurt was vriendelijk.

No hot water in the shower even if you leave it open for 10 minutes. i didnt took any shower there since it was cold weather. Very very poor isolation, i was disturbed and i lost my sleep because of the loud neighbors, talking and shouting all night long like they were with me in my room.

• Rafał Ożarowski (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na starym mieście. Wszędzie blisko. Niedaleko też do punktów odbioru wycieczek. Bardzo uczynni gospodarze. Yusuf wstawał zawsze wcześniej aby zrobić śniadanie o 6:30 pomimo że oficjalnie rozpoczyna się o 8:00. Czysto i schludnie ale też należy pamiętać że to jest riad czyli taki gościniec lub pensjonat. Super cena ze śniadaniem 🙂 Trzeba poprawić lokalizację na google bo pokazuje uliczkę wcześniej stąd problemy z trafieniem.

La cama cómoda,el agua en la ducha se queda estancada como dijeron en otros comentarios, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. Quizás las instalaciones un poco estropeadas pero para dormir y asearte bien.

Es un Riad de elegantes habitaciones, gusto exquisito en la decoración y un personal que no pudieron ser más amables y generosos con nosotros. Grandes personas las que forman esta familia. Te hacen sentir mejor que en casa. Se encargaron de que no nos faltase de nada en todo momento. No dejaré de recomendarlo y volveré con seguridad a visitarlos!!! Son lo mejor. Ni una pega o inconveniente.

They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is superb — remarkable value for both its setting and service. Above all, their sincerity and honesty left a lasting impression. A few small details could be refined, but overall it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

• Sam (9/5): Lovely stay at Riad Jaime - We had a lovely stay at Riad Jaime. Khalid sent me the location on WhatsApp prior to arrival so it was easy to find. He let us check in early and served us mint tea. There was fruit and bottled water in the room when we arrived and on our last night Khalid even offered us dinner! We had already eaten but he arranged some Moroccan sweets and mint tea to eat on the rooftop terrace during sunset. Location was perfect and within walking distance to most attractions. AC was good and the room was cleaned daily. Nothing :)

• Salam (4/5): - Location was good if one wants to stay close to medina , the property is in need of a good renovation all over , it has a nice terrace although it’s a very hot terrace but can be made really nice but neglected, bedding towels need to be replaced , honestly every thing , I did mention all this to the new management which I met by chance , he was nice and accepted and agreed with my comments to him , walid was nice and he would try to help always so is marwa .

• Pedro (8/5): Correcto, el trato contrarresta sus carencias no - El trato muy familiar y hospitalario. La ubicación, cerca del centro pero tranquilo. El riad es bonito y la terraza es muy relajante. Las habitaciones son correctas. El mantenimiento del riad deja mucho que desear, duchas que no tragan, escalones sueltos, grifos descolgados, etc. . La señalización, la ubicación no es correcta en Google maps ni en maps.me, y el riad no tiene ninguna señal que lo identifique, cuesta mucho encontrarlo. El WiFi funciona a veces, no puedes confiar en eso. El aire acondicionado muy flojo, en días de calor no llega a enfriar
