• Vito (10/5): - La struttura si trova in posizione centrale, ottima x raggiungere il porto x l'imbarco x Capraia.La signora Maria ti accoglie nella sua casa come se fossi un suo parente.La stanza accogliente ben arredata con parecchio spazio, l'igiene degli ambienti molto curati.Il mattino della partenza nonostante l'ora, la Signora Maria si è alzata x prepararci il caffè con biscotti nonostante la colazione nn fosse compresa.

• Guest (10/5): AUßERGEWÖNLICH - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel. Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, da wir weiterreisen mussten, haben wir uns sehr herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Carolien (9/5): Perfecto - Maria is such a funny and warm person. When i booked she started texting me already for the passport and direction. It was easy to find with the bus from the train station. Early morning I had to take a boat and she got up early and called me a taxi. Very sweet of her. I was only here for a night so I didn’t spend much time but it was all good and clean and comfy. Close Walk to city center.

• Costa Travel (9/5): Pernottamento Livorno! Per imbarco giorno seguente al Porto - L'accoglienza, l'ospitalità e disponibilità della Sig.ra Maria (che ci ha trovato anche parcheggio vicino alla Struttura), la pulizia e la dimensione della Camera, rapporto qualità prezzo, l'aria condizionata in camera, la posizione strategica dell'Appartamento nelle vicinanze del Centro, del Porto e dei Locali/Servizi. Niente in particolare... Sono in corso dei lavori di rinnovo dell'Appartamento (come ad esempio la sostituzione della porte interne), ma comunque la Struttura è più che confortevole.

Maria è di una gentilezza e accoglienza davvero insolite, ci ha fatto veramente sentire a casa. La zona è comodissima per il centro di Livorno, ma anche per il porto e per varie spiagge. Siamo state davvero bene!

Maria è una padrona di casa eccezionale, ci ha accolto con acqua fresca e tanta cordialità. Vicino alla casa tanti locali e pizzerie, più un bellissimo centro commerciale. • pattimela (7/5): soggiorno veloce e comodo con una sigra simpatica - la stanza è proprio dentro l'appartamento della Sig.ra Marie, così puoi fare delle chiacchere . é una stanza piena di oggetti ei di vita colorata , molto simpatica. letto comodissimo e pulito . la location è ottima per prendere il traghetto la mattina presto , è anche nella città vecchia di livorno , molto vicino a tutti i locali . il bagno fuori dalla stanza in comune e separato la doccia dal Bagno , cmq è tutto pulito e si fa veloce a passare da una stanza all'altra .

• Guest (7/5): - La signora è gentile e la stanza è tranquilla Oltre al fatto che la doccia era separata dal bagno ( ricavata in un piccolo locale utilizzato anche come ripostiglio.... ) non ritengo opportuno che in bagno ci fossero effetti personali a me estranei : spazzolino, dentifricio, profumi....

• Camille55 (9/5): Comfortable room close to the centre - Maria is a very friendly and welcoming person who takes good care of her apartment. I liked the location as it was very close to the downtown area. The room was large, clean, comfortable. I had access to the kitchen and the refrigerator and Maria even cooked for me on my first night there. It was a great experience! The shower room, separate from the main bathroom, was a bit small/narrow and a bit hard to use maybe because I am a tall girl with long arms.

Maria let us use her fridge, dining room, and offered us cafe. It was a lovely stay. We had to sleep with the window closed due to street noise.

• Maurizio (9/5): Un soggiorno breve ma comodo e molto piacevole. - Il mio è stato un passaggio veloce, avevo la necessità di un alloggio a Livorno perchè dovevo prendere un traghetto la mattina presto del giorno successivo. L'alloggio si trova in posizione comodissima perchè veramente a pochi minuti a piedi dai moli principali. La signora Maria è simpaticissima e molto cordiale, la camera è comoda e spaziosa, i servizi più che adeguati, la palazzina molto silenziosa. Nei paraggi locali per pranzi e cene di tutti i tipi. Già prenotato altro pernottamento da Chez Marie per il mio prossimo viaggio.

• Moroccan_Dream (5/5): No Privacy in this house and the owners aren't welcoming - Nothing There is no parking near the house, I paid 3€/ hour during the 2 nights I stayed there. Also, there is No privacy in this house. the owners are living there 24h/24h watching all your movements. The old lady becomes very sad if ever you only drop a drop of water on the floor while cleaning your apple. She was also very sad any time I opened the door at night to go to the bathroom, it was not my fault if her doors are noisy. I stayed there 2 nights, the last day she didn't let me take my breakfast because she started cleaning the kitchen at 9am. So I quickly eat something standing up. Even the checking in is after 4pm for next guest, she asked me to leave because she has an appointment with her dentist. Concerning the room, it doesn't have a window shade, so in the morning the light is in your face at 6am.

Wohnung in einem Altbau, hohe Räume, Ziegelmauern, liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer, ruhig, alles extrem sauber. Habe viel besser geschlafen als in manchen teuren Hotels. Direkt in der Stadt. Besonders für Reisende, die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen, zu empfehlen. Günstiges Taxi zur Fähre oder zum Bahnhof.
