• Karla (4/5): Needs improvement - The attendance and hosts were top 10. Unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant one. NO Wi-Fi as there was no modem to enable signal to reach the room, for this reason Wi-Fi barely worked and ZERO TV. 3 days of cold shower. The bathroom became a Pool of Water as there WAS no drainer. The people WAS Very Nice AND It Hurts me tô give This Review but I Hope that helps them improve for the next guests

Close to Eastgate mall and the area was cool to walk around Had a rough start with the first room I got checked into as it was not the room I was expecting. That got sorted quickly. The customer service from start to finish more than made up for above

• Zililo (10/5): Exceptional - We had issues with our taxi we were travelling from EC to JHB,it broke down several times on our way to johannesburg...this meant our estimated check in time will be hugely impacted, we panicked and did not know if we could still check in later than agreed time...when I informed the host, he was very understanding and sympathethic he also offered extending our stay...we ended up arriving at the guest room right after 00:00 midnight, he did not sleep because of us, he kept checking us how far we were, and upon our arrival and departure he helped us and he carried our big bags, we also realised on our first morning we did not bring an adapter we reached out to him and he rescued us, he also prepared a single bed for my 8 year old daughter...for that me and my family we are above and beyond grateful...guest room is of best value, we had an amazing time, thank you guest room for hosting us with such a good hospitality, guest room have all the facilities you need as a guest, we will definately check in again 😊 None

(shower with hot water ) Comfortable bed & bedding. Fridge Microwave Iron Kettle Wi-Fi Extention multiplug cord (I could work on the laptop even when on my bed ) Tea set ( I could make tea anytime) The Service is really Top Notch: I liked how they regularly provided room service, which included cleaning and sometimes changing the bedding. They went an extra mile. Very professional! And very good human beings Also- which is why my stay was so comfortable- it felt like home really. I highly recommend the place - very peaceful. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ My Last Day Story & How they helped me arrive on time for work. 👇🏾 I remember on my last Day I wanted to extend my Stay for 3 days because at work they said we need 3 more days. And I also communicated this information in the morning of my last day. But unfortunately the room I was in was already booked online. I got stressed and started to panic But Mr. Pill was so helpful, he helped me look for a nearest available accommodation, took me with his car to another accommodation nearby- I got there , booked, he then drove me to my workplace. The day was about to be a disaster for me but he rescued my day - arrived on time for work after all the ups & downs. It felt like a very close relative, a brother. It’s rare to find an accommodation that shows that they actually care about you as a customer even when your days of stay are over. The SPIRIT OF UBUNTU is really practised to the latter in that place 🙌🏾 I take off my hat. 🙌🏾 Ngiyabonga Kakhulu 🙌🏾 It’s note really what I didn’t like , it’s a recommendation for future- I’d like to see the place having at least a common kitchen/ place where guests who which to cook can actually cook during their stay . 😊
