- P. (8/5): - Great neighborhood with lovely views nearby, river not too far away,… Small terrace for meals, relaxing. Full kitchen (stove, oven, small refrigerator with tiny freezer compartment,…) there was also a microwave but i didnt use it so no comment. Washing machine. All this was important as i stayed two weeks. Multiple transport options (trams, buses, etc.) close by for when you dont want to walk. Clean. I had a couple issues and the host sent along a representative to resolve them. To know (but very typical in Lisbon): stairs (3rd floor walk up) are steep but not the steepest i’ve seen, no hand rails, can easily hear neighbors in building. I may have been the first spring visitor which would explain why some small repairs are pending (kitchen faucet loose, kitchen sink drainage slow, cupboard door poorly attached). Nothing major.
