• Zlatan (8/5): - The whole place was so clean as we could expect and the location of the place is great, right in the middle of the town. There was no special thing that we didn't like.
• Claudia Alejandra (2/5): - Buena ubicación, a 8 minutos caminando de Termini y a 10 minutos caminando de la Fontana di Trevi y Coliseo Romano Sucio, el apartamento olía horrible, los filtros del aire acondicionado y extractores de olores de la cocina y del baño estaban llenos de mugre y polvo, nos enfermamos por esto. El tapete de la cocina estaba sucio, con grasa.

• Nicole (5/5): - La ubicación es bastante buena para movilizarse El encargado (griego) tiene pésima disposición para responder, su actitud fue súper desagradable, si trabaja con gente constantemente debería cambiar su actitud.

Abbiamo trovato dei resti di cibo nel lavello, un pelo pubico su una saponetta trovata in bagno, il tappetino del bagno ancora bagnato e in generale, oltre a un odore spiacevole e costante nel bagno, non era pulita. Il prezzo per tutto ciò era quindi esagerato

• Pazaras (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately I absolutely disappointed about the hostess of the apartment. First he charged me extra 90 euros because the chek- in hours was 13-14. I contacted him and explained that the flight to Rome was delayed by the Rynair I will arrived in Rome at 11 o clocks so he can come in specific time .he charged me 10 euro per hour, so I paid 90 euro extra for delay that wasn't my fault. When he denied to give the keys of apartment to my wife and son so they have to wait for me. He didn't come to any contact with me to explain him that it was my family. He wanted to contact him only from booking email then official contact information from booking was his mobile phone. Well the man has really problems with his mind. The apartment is too old . The bathroom was stinking all the time. The owner hasn't spent a penny to improve the accommodation. So look the photos and have your opinion. I suggest not to visit this apartment and the owner. Look for better places.

• Nikoleta (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. The room was a cheap and pleasant. The host was impolite and ironic . We paid extra 40€ because we arrived at 6pm. Although he warned us right after we book the room that the check-in is only from 1 to 2pm and for every extra half hour is 5€ extra (if we were not in agreement we could cancel our reservation), it seems unreasonable to me. The first thing he said when we arrived was: "Do you have the cash for the taxes and the delay?" Also, i'm not sure if the blankets were washed.
