• Maya (10/5): This place is amazing - It was easy to settle in. The apartment was clean and amazing. It was easy to park my car. The area was clean and there was fantastic park nearby. The park was in Japanese, African and Greek style. Over all, it was fantastic and I won't hesitate to come again for the third time. Nothing.

• Скупченко (10/5): - Понравилось все, удобное расположение, идеальная чистота. Все продумано до мелочей, все что могло бы понадобиться было.не было шума с улицы. В квартире тепло. Радом с домом место,где без труда поставили машину.
• Daniela (8/5): - Very cosy and comfortable apartment. Kitchen with everything needed, iron for clothes, hair dryer. Non stop hot water, clean towels. 50 metres to bus stop, and close to the center. It was warm all the time. There was a bad smell from cigaretes from the kitchen, probably from previous visitors.

• Lucian (10/5): Clean and cozy - Curatenie in apartament, lenjerie curata. Zona linistita, parcare gratuita. Are si o patiserie la perter de unde poti cumpara cafea si ceva pt micul dejun.
• Marius Sk (10/5): Nou, modern, confortabil, elegant și curat. Merita! - La început am fost contrariat pentru că administratorul/proprietarul obișnuiește să predea cheile personal. Mi s-a părut ușor demodată practica(de pe vremea Costinesti-ului). Dar probabil dumnealor știu mai bine de ce fac asta și cred că au avut surprize neplăcute în trecut. Totuși procesul de check-in a fost extrem de rapid și foarte practic, fără întrebări inutile sau discuții incomode și nejustificate, ceea ce m-a făcut să îmi schimb părerea într-un mod plăcut și apreciabil. Un apartament foarte frumos, nou și modern, întreținut perfect și complet utilat. Te simți ca acasă și nimic nu îți lipsește. Ți-e jenă să îl predai altfel față de cum l-ai preluat. Proprietarul s-a gândit inclusiv la problema fumului de țigară și a amenajat unul dintre balcoane foarte frumos, special pentru fumători, menționând asta într-o maniera eleganta la interior. Am venit aici din București și acolo tocmai fumul de țigară impregnat ne-a deranjat cel mai mult. Iată că aici oamenii au preîntâmpinat aceasta problema cu o soluție smart. Bucătăria este curata iar baia la fel. Ceea ce este primordial. Pui mana cu încredere pe orice pahar, cana sau farfurie și o folosești cu drag pentru că strălucesc. Am putut observa că oamenii au fost atenți și să lase în baie dezinfectant la îndemână pentru acele obsedate care se apuca sa dezinfecteze prima dată când intră într-o cameră de hotel. Aici chiar nu e cazul. Un pat minunat de confortabil cu o lenjerie mătăsoasă și catifelată in dormitor. Poziționarea apartamentului la 25 min de mers pe jos fata de târgul de Crăciun și la 12 lei cu Bolt-ul. Ușa de la baie cam scârțâie și pe timpul nopții poate trezi pe toată lumea. Dar fac aceste precizări strict pentru îmbunătățire. Nu ca și reproș.

• Andrei (10/5): Great location, amazing property, totally recommend - Close to my area of interest, cozy apartment, big, suitable for smokers (balcony), it has all the amenities that one needs. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Shops and cafes literally next to the apartment. Everything was good, nothing to dislike.

Desi am avut aparatul personal pentru cafea,am ramas placut surprins sa vad ca pe langa filtrul de cafea am gasit si cafea,ceai,zahar,etc Multumim gazdei care a fost foarte amabila! Recomand cu incredere si nu o sa va para rau!

• Iuliana (10/5): Beautiful flat - The apartment was lovely decorated, super clean and it had everything we needed. It is situated in a very good location at the intersection of Amaradia Street with Dacia Boulevard. There is a small supermarket and a taxi station across the street and 2 Penny supermarkets within 10mins walk. There is a carpark near the block of flats and plenty street parking. The city centre is 30mins walk or a couple of minutes away by taxi which costs around £2-3. There are lots of take aways or restaurants in walking distance plus cooking facilities stove & oven at the place. The host was lovely and easy to reach. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

The beds are big and comfortable, complete peace and quiet. Parking space is available for free. I will always recommend it to others.
