- Michael (7/5): A Good value stay - Situated in North Shore street parking near to the property was free and easy to find
It's approximately a 15 minute
walk to Blackpool centre or a 5 minute ride by tram
There are few shops near by including a CO OP supermarket
The double room ( Number 5) was quite spacious and included a bathroom with shower a kettle and a TV (no remote but I got it to work by using buttons on its top)
The free WiFi worked well
Friendly and welcoming staff
On first impressions the property looked like it needs some tender loving care however I was happy with the small amount that I paid for my stay
- Paula (1/5): - None of it None as my bed wasn't as good as it didn't have the proper sheat on and the tv didn't work right
- Samantha (1/5): - Very basic for a Woman Small TV 📺 Said other got.stolen ? Night before? Dodgy main Door 🚪 patched up.? Drawers patched up 🛁 window didn't open shower head fell off rubbish shower would not stay here again 😑 not worth the money 💰 🤑 💸 😑
- Veronica (5/5): - It's close to the beach to go for a walk around the beach for walkers A man and a woman were at the front of the garden talking extremely loudly from 1 am to 3 am. I could not sleep at all.
The bathroom fell short of standards.
- Katherine (1/5): A shocking disgrace and not worth the money - Nothing The room and bathroom was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was disgusting. The furniture old and worn. Shouting and banging in the middle of the night. I don't recommend it to anyone.

- Sandra (7/5): - Location and price It's a budget hotel, you get what you pay for.
- Klaudia (3/5): Avoid. - The only good thing about that place - its close to tram, buses, center. Honestly I don't know where to start..
I didn't expect it to be perfect for that price (98 pounds for 3 nights its a good price) but what you seen on the pictures here it's absolutely not what you gonna see when you there.
Me and my 3yo daughter arrived 31st of July 2025. The smell when you walked in was really really bad and strong, imagine walking to the house of heavy alcoholic home. Yeah.. we got our key to room no 3 I believe it was.. and before I even walked in to the room I could see hole in the door near the handle the everyone could see us through, straight on our bed. The condition of the room OMG! Absolutely disgusting. Dirty as nobody ever cleaned there, bedding smells and dirty, toilet was dirty after someone had poo, shower disgusting, no light in the bathroom, walls mucky as hell, whatever you can imagine when im saying bad and disgusting room. The door to the room when you manage after 50 attempts to lock it you had to try another 50 to open it. I went outside both me and my daughter crying because she said she don't want to stay there and she wants to go back home. I didn't felt like we safe there. The guy who opened the door when we arrived came to us asking what's wrong and I have told him everything he then changed our room to no8, which wasn't the best but it was waaay better then the other one. We stayed just because I couldn't afford to pay 340 pounds for another (cheapest) accommodation. Ive tried contacting booking- well good luck with that. AI only, no chance to speak to anyone. I went to b&m and got fresh bedding, pillows, blankets, cups, spoons, shower mat, towels. I covered mirror with towel, I've checked everything if there is no hidden cameras, my daughter and I took shower in tshirt and underwear. Ive moved the bed to the door way for the night.. this is how unsafe i felt.. I felt crazy for doing that honestly..
- Patrick (3/5): I would like to think there are plenty of hotels in Blackpool that you can stay at before you’re desperate enough to hav - There was not really anything to like about the property, management were non existent even though when we arrived we were told we were not on the system and we should contact booking.com for a refund, the Dave the guy who was trying to organise things although trying his best was not great. The property was ok as I say it’s a bed to lay your head but the way it was run was awful and the manager who can I say had turned his phone off when he was told about an issue and then not to be seen.
- Logan (4/5): Meh - Smelt nice as we walked into the property. Bed was quite comfy.
Room was large enough for a travel cot. Stains all over the room I.E the ceiling, bed, carpet. Hair in the shower plug hole. Tobacco left on the floor. Curtains were off the rail. Drawers were broken, cups were dirty, no TV remote, when I asked about a remote, I was told to use the side. The shower was held on with tape. Door frame was rotting away. Upon checkout rubbish from the day before was still left on the landing.

- Ieva (1/5): - Location only Everything.
We have booked a 2 nights stay, but ended up leaving after 1 night.
The host took the keys and he didn't even asked why we are leaving, did we had a good night sleep, ect. He wasn't bothered. We are very disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend booking at this "hotel " unless you like dirty beds, black towels with bleach stains, shower that wasn't working properly and in fact the whole hotel really needs redecorating. Really dissatisfied.
Me and my partner ended up booking a Grand Hotel for our 2nd night.
- Kiahna (2/5): Pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer - Close to takeaway joints near by Mouldy bathroom, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned from previous guests (hair over bathroom floor and bin not emptied). It had a foul stench that was musty and stale but the room only had one tiny window that you open. We didn’t even sleep under the covers on the bed because we were worried what we might find…
- Jenny (1/5): - Just the tv The room was dusty not clean not suitable at all the switches weren't working at all expect for one not happy with bathroom to small no room to move around at all smell dust all the time room door didn't close properly wouldn't stay there again or get my friends or family staying there had to use bathroom water to fill up kettle etc tv control not working etc

- William haddow (7/5): - Comfy bed
- William haddow (7/5): -
- Paula (3/5): You get what you pay for - I got what I paid for The picture of the front of the house has changed to the previous one
- Donna (7/5): Hotel stsy - Hotel was easy to find Room was okay wasn't the ritz but it was fine for 1 night Bed was okay. Was cheap Nothing
- William (8/5): -
- christopher (10/5): - Nice peaceful area.Good Co-op nearby.TV worked well.Eleven o'clock checkout was helpful.Staff kept asking if I needed anything.
- Tracy (6/5): It was what you would expect from a cheap hotel. nothing fancy but we got what we paid for, I have no complaints - It was in a quieter part of blackpool N/A
- Vincent (9/5): -
- Hill (6/5): - Was OK for the money
- Robert (5/5): -
- Hayleigh (8/5): - The stay was cancelled due to an electrical fault, but the owners were really helpful sorting us out another hotel around the corner, walked us round then gave us complimentary drinks once we'd booked in and paid for that one. That we didn't get to stay, but maybe we'll try again in the future.
- Lee (1/5): -
- Nad (9/5): -
- Puskar (2/5): Cheap bed - Good location, with free parking on the street. It is not friendly for kids.
The room we stayed in doesn't seem clean for a long time.
Cheap bed.
- Neenee25 (1/5): COULDNT STAY IT WAS UNSAFE AND DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY - DID NOT STAY THE PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED IT IS UNINHABITABLE
- Emma (7/5): -
- Amina (7/5): -
- Simon (9/5): Comfortable - Cheap and cheerful no complaints Staff are very helpful and welcoming
- Steven (2/5): - It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed..... massive yellow stains on tje bed sheets bedding smell like it hadn't been washed or changed in a long time.... I have taken pictures to back this up and i will be reporting it to the council
- brian (2/5): - I didnt like nothing about the property. There was cigarette burns in the bedding, stains in the toilet, marks all over the walls, looked like it not been hoovered in weeks. Wee stains all over the bedding. Over all it weren't nice to stay, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
- Nad (10/5): - Awesome bed, great staff, good location. Defo stay here again. Nothing to dislike
- kenneth (1/5): - ok I have a complaint about this terrible hotel I had water pouring down the walls in my room from a leak on the above room then very difficult to get anyone at reception they don't answer there telephone eventually got someone to look at this also had someone else's shoes in the drawers anyway after moving room due to the water problem ....the guy said I will move you to room 2 and gave me the room 2 keys when him and I went to room 2 I unlocked the door only to find a guy in the bed sleeping and the receptionist did not have a clue why there was someone in the room he then said I will move you to room 9 and got the key for that room the door war really awkward to open and lock due to damage on the door and lock ....he went back downstairs the toilet would not flush and the hot water tap was not working by this time I had quite enough and told them I was not staying in this terrible rooms etc and went and book into another hotel ...so that was my terrible hotel and will be contacting booking .com for a full refund as I did not stay here due to all the issues reported above absolutely a disgrace and a terrible place . all the problems ass above absolutely terrible place
- paul (1/5): Didn't sleep one nite 48 pound down the drain - I booked 2 notes and didn't stop there even one nite the room had 2 electrical extentions full of plugs as no electric in room wall papper ganging off celling shower cold water and I shud be getting my money bk cys it is a shambles I know it's only 24 a nite but none seems to care bout the place it needs a lot of tidying up lick of paint and it be nice place but it's being neglected by those who run it
- Johangir (3/5): Poor standard - The location There was no hot water and as result the shower was cold water only which not ideal
- Sandra (8/5): - En suite, loads of free on street parking which is hard to come by in Blackpool. A budget holiday £20 per night, a real bargain. Friendly helpful staff. I was very happy there as a solo lady traveller, a cheap basic hotel which was fit for purpose
- brett0203 (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - Absolutely nothing from the moment we stepped in it's disgusting All of it the place stinks it's dirty and horrible the staff are disgusting
- John (8/5): - Comfortable beds . Lots of free parking in that area. Quiet with being further out the centre but still good location as right next to promenade for trams etc . In one of the best area in Blackpool. See front gardens etc are beautiful Rooms could do with a little tlc but still great value for the price
- Caroline (8/5): - Very good value for money, comfortable bed and quiet location. Can't complain as it was so reasonably priced
- Shona (5/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): More than acceptable for the price - Can't complain for that price. £20.50 you get what you pay for, in this case it's good value. Good bed, smart TV which you can log your Netflix, iplayer, ITVX, prime or YouTube account. Free Sky WiFi and a private bathroom. Room cleanliness could have been better but once again for £20.50 really can't complain.
- Buckle (1/5): Ok - Staff great Woke up to water dripping off roof.stains on floor kettle didn't work no pat test.little filthy
- White (1/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): - Peaceful helpful place Considering the nhs killed my mum by stitching her tongue it was cheap accommodation because they are trying to starve me next
- Laura (1/5): -
- Simon (10/5): Comfortable and friendly - Everything was pleasant and you get your own front door key so no time restrictions, staff were very helpful and my overall experience was spot on , if your looking for cheap affordable comfortable digs , I would recommend.
- GORDON (4/5): -
- shan shan (8/5): Good experience - The person at reception was very nice and helpful. The location was also extremely convenient. The water from the shower would leak onto the floor.
- Zippy (1/5): The worst stay I have ever done. - They had dodgery Electricthey kept on tripping all night. When we first got there the door fell off the Inches and they had to call a electrician end Carpenter out.. There was only one window in the room and no ventilation in the bathroom. The things were sticking through and every time we turn it was noisy. You had to Bang the door to close it Kitchen previously. There was a big crack in the wall And plaster falling away And plaster falling away. I have got video and photographic evidence if needed. I had to use a torch so that I could see the lock on the room door. I ended up going to sleep 10pm because of no electric and no internet and no lights..
- Zippy (1/5): The door fell off in the second mum and we also had issues with the electricity. - paul (8/5): - Ok 4 the money Mattress and stains on pillow other than that it is wat it is just will little things but stand out so much .
- Deborah (8/5): - Pleasant stay lovely host
- Kasey (8/5): -
- Isaac (9/5): Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and warm - - Clean bedding and towels
- Comfy to walk on floor
- Biscuits provided!!
- Friendly staff from the get go
- Fully openable window
- Nice bedside lights
- Electric radiator provided - but not needed as it was quite warm anyway
- No noise issues
- Fantastic value for money! - No hand soap, but we did not ask the staff about this anyway
- Bathroom a bit small
- Doors have seen better days and are a bit thin for keeping noise from escaping/coming in (my friends snoring mainly)
Nitpicking issues especially due to the fantastic price
- JadeChapman91 (2/5): poor stay, room wasn't clean & non existent water pressure - Can't really say we liked anything being honest. The room wasn't 100% clean, the door didnt close properly, there was random hairs on the bed, the bathroom especially near the toilet was filthy and there was very little water pressure which made showering/washing very difficult.
- Cleopatra (10/5): - Good customer care
- Ste (6/5): -
- paul (5/5): Just about worth £20 had better for £17 at sea view. - Needed decorating cieling black with stains just needed a refresh mind u im a decorateor No tv control.noise as I was over front door
