• Chiara (1/5): - NIENTE! Niente! Una struttura fatiscente, a partire dall’ingresso nel portone, salendo le scale sporchissime fino ad entrare nell’appartamento numero 7. All’entrata dell’appartamento, un locale cucina totalmente privo di finestre e quindi privo di ogni tipo di ricambio di aria, non vi dico il caldo. In questo locale poi era presente appunto la cucina utilizzata dagli ospiti delle due camere presenti, ossia la camera “Pula” e la camera “Zadar”: fatiscente anche la cucina, utensili sporchi, fornelli incrostati, maniglie appiccicose, piatti unti. Entrati poi nella camera, unico punto luce era una finestra Velux, senza tenda quindi già alle cinque entrava luce con la maniglia rotta tant’è che abbiamo dovuto usare un bastone per aprirla. Lenzuola sporche, doccia incrostata, un solo rotolo di carta igienica a disposizione per 3 giorni. State lontani da questo tugurio!
• Konstantinos (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή κοντά στον σταθμό και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, το δωμάτιο σε γενικές γραμμές είναι καθαρό με άνετα κρεβάτια Βρώμικη είσοδος και περίεργη γειτονιά, θορυβώδης το βράδυ εξαιτίας των τρένων που περνάνε, δεν υπάρχει παράθυρο πέρα από τον φεγγίτη, ο οποίος δεν μπορεί να ανοίξει όταν βρέχει, δεν υπάρχει κλιματιστικό και ιδιωτικό ψυγείο μέσα στο δωμάτιο (παρά μόνο στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο), δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα με κρεμάστρες, και δεν υπάρχουν γαντζάκια για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο. Το δωμάτιο μπορεί να γίνει πολύ ζεστό λόγω μη εξαερισμού

El estropajo de lavar los platos estaba sucio. La entrada al edificio era terrible. Había lavadora pero no secadora, y al ser una habitación sin ventana es un poco absurdo que te ofrezcan la lavadora

Room is spacious enough. Many shops within walking distance to buy and cook own food. We have 2 guests but received 1 hand towel (should be 2). No hooks in bath room, no cabinet to hang clothing. Neighbourhood is bit noisy as it is close to train line, and a club nearby. The entrance area appears to be under renovation but external door is not locked (nor can be locked), and construction materials are "everywhere".

• Dilara (1/5): - The location wasn’t that far from the center The room wasn’t clean enough. Walls were so old and dirty that give really bad vibe to the room. The fan in room was so dusty and dirty that like room never cleaned before. It’s shouldn’t be that difficult to clean it regularly. The pillow was so dirty.

• Nicholas (1/5): Stay somewhere else - The location is fairly convenient and it was cheap. Quad room was spacious for two people. We paid extra for the private bathroom. Its actually just a locked toilet cubicle and locked shower in a shared kitchen space. Not a private bathroom at all, we had to brush out teeth in the shared kitchen sink, had no where for toiletries or any privacy. Its very misleading to call that a bathroom. If that wasn't bad enough the shower smelt horribly of sewage to the point that we couldn't even use it. When we told the property, we were told a "slight odour is part of the design". The whole place felt unclean and smelt weird and unpleasant. We made the mistake of using the washing machine and our clothes come out dirtier, we had to wash them again at a local laundromat. The rooms blinds wouldn't close so we had to wedge a towel in the windows to stop sunlight coming in at 4am. It also backs onto a train line so you will be hearing that constantly at all hours. Once you get past all that, good luck sleeping on a pillow that was so flat and empty, it may as well have just been the pillow case.
• Shirin (2/5): Only pick this place if you literally have no other options. - Good location The cleanliness of both shared areas and private bedroom, the staff/customerg service of the property (not supportive at all, no flexibility or meet us half way, and they did not help to make our stay even slightly easier, said no to almost all requests or concerns that we had, etc..). The kitchen amenities were in very poor condition; the water boiler fir the hot shower also had issues and only was warm up to 5 minutes max.

• Mirko (8/5): Everything was as described. Good value for the money. - We travelled as a group of nine people and used this accommodation as a start position for exploring whole Slovenia. Everything was as expected. Rooms and furniture were very comfortable. Toilets were clean and functional. In spite of the fact that the building was old and located near train station, interior was exactly as seen on the pictures. Kitchen was well-equipped and you can even prepare various meals if needed. We didn't have any contact with owners, but they were ready to collaborate via Booking platform. All in all, very good value for the money. First of all, we didn't have any bad experience with this accommodation. Everything was as described on the Booking platform. Some rooms had no their private kitchen and toilet, so we had to share them with others. Also, we didn't have wall windows, only rooftop ones, but rooms could be ventilated without any problems. Building was near train station, so neighborhood wasn't the cleanest, but at least we could go the city center by foot. There were several free parking lots in front of the building that we could use, but when they were busy, we had to park in the zone. That also wasn't big deal, since there were a lot of free parking lots and they weren't expensive.

De madrugada tbm entrara na cozinha fazendo muito barulho .Nao existe lavatório, tem de escovar os dentes e lavar o rosto na pia da cozinha. Para quem quer economizar algum dinheiro é quase bom para quem quer um pouco mais de privacidade é péssimo.

Tiene todos los utensilios de cocina y heladera. Toallas. era en el 3er piso, no tenía ascensor y teníamos muchas valijas. El check out no era flexible y no daba opción para poder guardar las valijas. La ducha del baño no estaba sobre la pared, y en el lavadero de la cocina no corría el agua.

I didn't like that the kitchen is shared with other people, trains pass under the window all night so it's noisy and there is a club behind the building. It said that there was a parking place, but it wasn't there when we arrived, so we had to pay for parking both during the day and during the night. Unpleasant smell from the toilet. There is no sink in the toilet, there is no place to wash your hands after using the toilet, we washed our teeth and hands over the sink. When you take a bath, you have nowhere to get dressed because there are separate toilets and showers, and you have to go out into the hallway to get dressed, which is not very pleasant because you don't know if neighbors you don't know will come by. Pillows uncomfortable.
• Lora (2/5): - The toilets were awful, the toilet stalls don’t close (one closes but it has a huge gap and anyone from the outside can unlock it and the other just didn’t close at all). The room itself was also dirty, the bed sheets were stained and the table was not cleaned. The room we had isn’t the same as the pictures and the walls between the rooms are very thin so you can hear every step the other guests make.
