- Idaet (1/5): Scam - I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The accommodation provided was nothing like what I reserved. Instead of an apartment, I was shown a room with just one double bed. When I called the property owner to address the situation, she used profanity and hung up on me. Additionally, my phone number was blocked, preventing me from contacting Booking.com directly. Despite a promise from a Booking.com agent to find me alternative accommodation, this did not happen. Both the property owner and Booking.com refused to refund the full amount, offering only 50 BGN out of the 160 BGN I paid. I was traveling with my wife and two children, which made this situation even more stressful and inconvenient. I have raised this issue with the European Consumer Centre and the Commission for Consumer Protection. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
