• Masahiro (8/5): 値段が少し高かったですね。 - 駅から徒歩数分。どこに出かけるのにしてもアクセスがいい。シャワーの湯量も豊富。テレビがAndroidなので、YouTube見られる。 早く着いたのに、無料でアーリーチェックインしてくれた。鍵は物理キーはなく、オンラインで使えるやつ。Whats Appというアプリを日本で入れておくとやり取りが便利。 冷蔵庫の飲み物はフリー。 エレベーターなしの4階にあるので、老夫婦にはきつかった。

Loitering near the building entrance. No warning that WiFi is needed to open all doors. Terrible property support, waited 90 mins.

• minji (10/5): 진짜 좋아요!! - 위치 좋고 테르미니역 2분컷! 깨끗하고 모든게 비대면인점도 편함 넓고 편하고 화장실도 깨끗!! 문여는것도 가르쳐준 사이트에 들어가서 폰으로 출입할수 있어서 매우 편하고 좋음!! 진짜 좋음!! 매우 만족 단점이 없지만 한가지 치명적인 단점은 엘베가 없고 높은 3층까지 올라가야됨. 하지만 우리는 캐리어가 두개밖에 없고 힘들긴했지만 문제되지않음 장점이 단점을 커버함!!

• Barbora (10/5): good location and nice rooms - Great location. The host is very quick to answer and helpful, rooms are simple but clean and nice. Complimentary refreshments. Modern and nice bathrooms. You need to use your smartphone + webapp as the key to enter the building and the flat (no physical keys provided) so keep it charged when going to stay here.

• Kateryna (10/5): - Very nice property. It looks like on the picture, location is 5 min to Termini. I couldn’t get into the house, because I didn’t understand how the key works, but I called manager and he explained me everything very clearly. It’s not what I didn’t like, but be ready that the apartment is on the 3 floor and there’s no elevator. But it’s typically for the Rome.

• Marta (8/5): - Appartamento nuovo / da poco ristrutturato e pulito. Frigo e bollitore . Host molto disponibile e gentile. La zona è comoda se si vuole come base termini per spostarsi ed è subito davanti la stazione. È chiaro che la zona stazione termini non è il massimo per tranquillità/sicurezza e confusione. Chiudendo le finestre non si sentono rumori.
• Ulrike (9/5): Great room near train station - Clean, modern apartment in an old building. Great location within a few minutes walk to the main train station. Some free food and drinks in the room. Common room with microwave for 3 rooms in the apartment but each room has a modern bathroom. Good communication via WhatsApp. Was able to get in the room a little early. Definitely was in the description, but warning, 3rd floor in Europe is 4th floor in US, so lots of steps. Not for the faint of heart.
• MICHELLE (8/5): Very handy for Termini, clean and functional for a short stay. - Very handy location for the train station, easy check in with automated door opening using link on the phone. Room very clean and felt new, nice touch having some complimentary drinks and snacks. The stairs are a bit demanding with luggage, but this is advertised. It would be good to have another pillow.

• JOSE (8/5): Excellent apartment, near Termini Train Station - My rating for staff is low just because we actually didn't meet anyone. All automatic, or remote, through messages, however, very efficient, every message got responded promptly. We even got an immediate acceptance for an early check-in, without charges. The room is entirely renovated, to a very good standard, in a very old building, as the entire city of Rome is (obviously). Very good room, comfy bed, Wi-Fi works fine, not noisy. It exceeded our expectations. My rating for location needs to be further explained: for the purpose of our trip, it couldn't have been better, half a block away from the Termini Train Station, we chose it carefully that way because of an early departure to the airport next morning. The area in itself is not a great location in Rome. Nevertheless, Rome is Rome, for those like us who know it, it is just fine, it might be a little scary for those first timers... because of so many street vendors, dark alleys, crowds near the train station... but it wasn't unsafe at all. The apartment is located in the third floor, no elevator. This is not a bad thing if you know it, and we knew it. It may become an issue for persons with some difficulty for mobility or for carrying heavy luggage.

• Abdel Basset (4/5): Non me lamento ma questa volta non sono contento di questa esperienza - La location che è vicino la stazione centrale Non aspettavo che non è un albergo ma è un appartamento e ho saputo solo che è senza ascensore dopo avere pagato, appena entri al palazzo trovi i bidoni della spazzatura emanano un cattivo odore.

• Kevin (7/5): Good value overall. - Clean room. Renovated. Good value overall 9 separate flights of stairs to reach the 3rd floor. No elevator. If you are young and energetic it’s cool. Older not so much. No staff available to check you in or for any requests or assistance during your stay. Needs a shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo.

• Sandra (10/5): The owner was very welcoming, we communicated via WhatsApp. There were snacks and refreshments upon arrival in the mini - It’s close to Roma termini, 30 minutes walk to the coloseeum. Easy access to different restaurants. The room is on the third floor, preferable if you don’t have many luggages as there is no elevator. It’s quite an exercise :) The room is very comfortable. Suitable for a couple.
• Natalie (7/5): Great location, good deal for central Rome. - Location next to train station Modern room, well designed Water, juice etc in fridge - bonus Lots of restaurants and shops nearby My fault, but I didn’t realise there are 2 main train stations in Rome. So this was near 1 of them, but a long way from the one I arrived in (regional trains) There are 3 long flights of stairs to enter the apartment. No lift. This should be in the listing, or the host physically meet you to help with bags. It’s an interesting set up. 3 locked ensuites bedrooms, presumably all rented out, opening up onto a common area.

• Renato (10/5): Excellent place near Roma Termini - Great location - 2 minute walk from Roma Termini, on a quiet street traffic wise, plenty of restaurants outside the building, thus pretty safe at night since there are people in the restaurants; room is spacious for two people, clean, comfy, modern. We loved people watching from the window, good sound proofing, A/C worked well. Guilio was easy to reach using Booking.com messaging and WhatsApp. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough, drinks were complimentary (but too warm to enjoy so we didn't consume them). The beautiful room is on the third floor - no big deal because we have small/light suitcases. We like the electronic keys (building, apartment, and room)which you access on your phone - make sure you have your phone with you always when you step out of your room, otherwise you will be locked out! We enjoyed our stay at Relux Pretoria The refrigerator wasn't cold enough

• Špela (9/5): Superb - The room was clean, it is located just a couple of minutes away from the train station which was great because we arrived by train late in the evening. We also appreciated that we were able to do the check-in online. Overall it exceeded our expectations, good value for money. We loved our room and we're not light sleepers, so this is just a warning for anyone that might be. Because of its location you can hear the noise from the street all night.

And I think this is important. Not always we find places as they previoulsy showed to us. Very clean. bottles inside fridge included in fees. Big room. Modern bathroom. I mean, just consider maybe you´ll need to go up to the third floor by stairs. But this was something previously said by giulio.

The entire apartment had a very fresh look. The manager of the apartment Giulio was exceptional he contacted us 3 days before checking and prepared us for the arrival and smooth check-in but he also made our stay there feel like home. Just right there next to the Central Station and convenient to all we wanted. We loved everything about the place. We will surely come back. There is no elevator to the 3rd floor from the ground, with heavy luggage can be a small challenge. But everything else was great.

• Diyan (10/5): A Perfect stay in Rome: Exceeded All Expectations! - The room we rented was absolutely fantastic – a fully renovated space that exceeded all our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and bright, with every detail carefully considered. The bathroom was also large and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Therw was a private terrace overlooking the building’s inner courtyard – so peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and even stocked the minibar with complimentary drinks and snacks as a welcome gift. But the best feature was the keyless entry via an app for all doors! This made check-in/out seamless, with no restrictions on arrival time or extra fees for late arrivals. No stress, no hassle – just pure convenience. We’d book again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Check in and check out is really easy to do over app, so you don't need keys. Great location near Rimini central station, all historical buildings is about cca 2km, so you can easly reach them.

Good hot shower and a fridge full of free beverages with good quality tea and snacks. The stairs! I suffer from vertigo! But it was good exercise!

• Proflribeiro (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my wife had a wonderful stay in Pretoria Relux, everything went very well. The accomodation is very large, clean, elegant;  excellent localization, close to everthing (train and metro stations, shops, restaurants and coffee houses... It's possible reach easily reach famous attractions (like the Coliseum and Roman Forum) by walk. My wife loved as I opened the room door - she was enchanted for the moderm style: functional, objective, in clean gray and white tons. The eletronic keys scheme is very useful and simple to manage. At last, a significant differencial for whom arrives in a foreign land guest house, even if you know the country (how it was in my case): Giullio, the host, was always very helpful and friendly (by WApp messages) during all stay. Really, there was nothing we don't like, Relux Pretoria lived up to our expectations. The room is on 3rd floor (the ground floor is the "0"), reached by a stair case, but it there was not problem for us.

• Asia (5/5): located on 3rd floor, no elevator! - recently renovated room next to train station there are no elevators! you have to go up to the 3rd floor with all your luggage and keep in mind the main floor is 0, so you actually have to go up 4 floors. the room was very recently renovated so there are kinks. Access is via the website link, for the street, office and room. room door would get stuck and not open with the link at times. Management gave us manual keys for the room then. Hot water takes forever to come. Beds are small also.
