I also really appreciated that they kept our luggage after check-out until our flight, which gave us extra time to enjoy and explore the city without worrying about our bags. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

• Raimund (5/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral; in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einige Restaurants und es ist vieles (z.B. La Madeleine, Galeries Lafayette) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war leider nicht besonders sauber. In den Ecken der Dusche war sichtbar Schimmel. Ebenso hat der Duschkopf geschimmelt. Wir haben auch fremde Haare im Duschkopf und auf dem Hocker im Zimmer entdeckt und mussten diese selbst entfernen, nachdem dies auch bei einer der täglichen Reinigungen nicht passiert ist. Wir haben auch keine neue Klopapier-Rolle erhalten, sondern vermutlich ein Überbleibsel anderer Abreisender.

O hotel fica numa rua tranquila, porém, há uma caminhada muito curta da Galeria Lafayette e de tudo ao seu entorno, com muito comércio e bons restaurantes. De lá fui a pé para o Louvre, para a Champs-Elisee, para Marais e até para a Torre Eiffel. A localização o custo-benefício são os pontos altos desse hotel. Para o meu gosto em si, não gostei muito da decoração do hotel, com um pouco cara de antiga, muitas cortinas pesadas, etc... e quando cheguei haviam alguns cabelos ainda no banheiro que ficaram para trás qdo limparam, mas nada demais. O quarto é limpo e a cama e o chuveiro são bons. Os corredores do hotel poderiam ser melhor limpos e aparentar ser mais novos, mais bem cuidados. O hotel peca por uma aparência de local velho, mas não é ruim.

• Donal (9/5): Very good hotel in a lovely area of Paris - I’ve been a regular visitor to Paris for over 40 years and this was one of the best small hotels I’ve stayed in. The location was great, in a quiet street just behind La Madeleine and within a few minutes’ walk from the big department stores like Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. There were some nice local restaurants, so one didn’t have to go far. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed very comfortable too, the walk-in shower very good and the breakfast very acceptable. I also picked it because it was better value for money than its three star competitors, so all in all a positive experience.

Pas de mini bar dans la chambre. Le bar de l hôtel était en rupture de soft. Insonorisation totalement absente. Vous entendez la conversation des voisins et tout le reste. Literie dure les oreillers c est du béton.

Malheureusement la chambre est très mal insonorisée donc on entend les voisins de chambre parler, bouger, se doucher, etc. Prévoir impérativement des bouchons d’oreille pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger !
