Grazie! Nulla
- Pascale (10/5): - The hosts are really nice people, the place is spacious, well equipped.
Beds were confortable, everything was clean.
There is a nice garden and the buildings are old and beautiful
We loved our stay !
We found some groceries for our breakfast, which was really convenient. Nothing
- Claire (10/5): - "We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property! 🤩 The attention to detail was amazing, with all the little extras like butter, milk, and eggs making us feel right at home. 🥛🥚 The dog towels were a lovely touch too, showing the owners really care about their furry guests 🐾❤️.
The location was perfect for exploring the area, with Axminster, Seaton, and Lyme Regis all within easy reach 🚗. We loved wandering around these charming towns and taking in the beautiful scenery 🌳.
Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in the area 👍. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so special!" We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property, but unfortunately, we did encounter one issue - the windows were quite tricky to open. However, this didn't detract too much from our overall experience.
The garden is a real highlight, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's a beautiful outdoor area, perfect for spending time with family or pets. The only thing to note is that it's situated near a busy road, so care needs to be taken when crossing.
Despite the window issue, we'd still recommend this property to others. With a bit of attention to the windows, it would be absolutely perfect.
- Leonard (10/5): A good place for any couples to stay. - Location was really great, breakfast was great, do it yourself as self catering. Nothing to dislike all perfect .
- Lucy (10/5): Lovely cottage in a great location with thoughtful extra touches from the hosts -

I appreciated the teabags & milk after my long journey!there was also a loaf of bread, eggs, jam, etc.
Ken & Jenny are lovely hosts, showed us around the cottage & the huge garden across the road.
They just let us get on with it, but I felt if I had any questions or needed advice, they'd have been more than happy to help.
Location was perfect for us, only a 15min drive to various beaches. Nothing negative to say
- James (10/5): Great accommodation, friendly host, good location. - The accommodation was large with plenty of space. The hosts had provided eggs, bread, milk, butter and different jams. It was very well stocked with everything you could think of. As a bolthole for the coast is was exceptional value. Nothing!
- Forsyth (10/5): Excellent - Kenny and Jenny were very welcoming and made be feel right at home. - I had access to the 1-acre private garden and riverfront area. I was delighted at the thoughtful touches supplied by the hosts, such as a complimentary fresh loaf of bread, butter, strawberry jam, marmalade, and a fresh bottle of cold milk in the fridge on arrival. As it was originally a heritage-listed 16th-century building, some rooms and doorway heights were a little close for someone as "well nourished" as I was. Perhaps the universe is trying to tell me something.
- Mr (10/5): Excellent Dog Friendly Jurassic Adventure - The welcome from Jenny & Kenny was excellent and the accommodation was in a great condition, Bed comfort, place spacious and comfortable. Very dog friendly too.
The riverside garden is amazing. Note it is over a busy one way (single carriage) road but easy to cross though. Great location for Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Seaton and Beer. Nothing.
- Linda (10/5): Both Lotus and myself were very comfortable and would be happy to recommend - More than adequate
- Big (10/5): Awesome place - On entering the premises we saw the hosts gave us eggs, bread, milk, tea n coffee, jam, butter, marmalade which was a lovely touch, the accommodation has very comfortable settees and bed, the overall accommodation was spotlessly clean, we even went to the garden area where we sat around enjoying the birds, cat and river really couldn't ask for more

As a family that don't drive we walked into town several times with our 4 year-old and the route is fully pathed.
The hosts provided lovely extras in the property - milk, butter, eggs, bread, jams and a selection of cereals .

The place itself is spacious, and has everything you could need. They had left breakfast food alongside milk and tea and coffee facilities which was so lovely.

- Kim (10/5): Caring, attentive owners offering a lovely, homely stay. - Lovely self contained cottage with excellent facilities, providing a home away from home. The bedroom is on the road so you do hear traffic and get the lights coming through the curtains at night. However, this was not intrusive.
