Rakesh (1/5): wrost ever experiance - There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. The behavior of the hotel staff is absolutely terrible. The room became completely flooded with water leaking from the AC unit. When I reported this to the staff, they claimed that it happened because I had kept the AC running all day—but surely, if one books an AC room, the AC is meant to be used! To make matters worse, they told me to vacate the room and go stay somewhere else. I have been staying here for 10 days, but this is the first time I have ever encountered such a hotel. Furthermore, neither does the TV work, nor do they provide a remote control for the AC; they simply tell you to switch off the AC manually if you start feeling too cold. I would strongly advise against staying here—do not come here, even by mistake. They even demand extra money despite having already collected the payment online.
David (9/5): Great value for money - The location is right on fort aguada road so good access to to bars restaurants and shops, the staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They arranged a moped for me and got my laundry washed too.

Ambuja (1/5): worst stay .. not worth for money n not to stay with family - nothing we liked about the property cleanliness, owner doesn’t have sense how to talk with customer. first they provided a room where Ac was not working,after a long fight he provided Ac room where Ac was working with same temperature n der was no option to change the temperature
