Air conditioning would be good. If had been much warmer we would have struggled to keep cool

It was exceedingly comfortable, clean and had everything we required for our overnight stay. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for anyone wishing to stay in Auckland CBD. Nothing.

• Adam (10/5): The perfect apartment and location for a Auckland stay - WOW this apartment was amazing it was a good size very clean and had everything included we could need and more there was so many nice little extra touches left around for us i wont spoil it but when you get here you will see, We could not fault the hosts and the apartment was an easy 10/10 the location was great so easy to get about from the transport to walking to shops and food everything was so close by, We found this place so good when we visit Auckland next time i would not even bother to look for something else i will book this one straight away......

• Katrina (10/5): A great location with really awesome views. - Amazing location. Well equipped. Fabulous views. Good instructions on how to get in. Only one coffee pod between 6 of us and body wash in one shower was empty. Aside from that everything was perfect.

• Robert (9/5): Excellent Apartment - Wonderful Views, Great Location - The location was terrific and the views from the apartment were wonderful! The facilities were excellent, with en suite bathrooms for each bedroom and a washing machine and dryer available in one. The kitchen was well equiped, including a coffee machine and air fryer. Parking was available opposite the apartment at a reasonable cost and very convenient. There was little to complain about - a cooking pot for the kitchen would have been good.

Bottle shop on the next block, clean apartment, washer and dryer. View of harbour and bridge. Close to sky tower and casino. Parking available across the road. Taxi near by. Free wifi . Small kitchen , limited bench space, lack of instructions on how to use the appliances. Only 3 chairs around dinning table and 4 of us. Main bathroom shower slippery requires shower mat and main toilet seat kept detaching. Flying pans need replacing food kept sticking to pans. Easy fixes.

• Max (9/5): Great value for money - fully recommend this for business or holiday accommodation. - Very neat and clean with all the facilities you need. Comfy beds and great views! Ideal for travelling with a colleague as separate bedrooms and bathrooms. A convenient location for the CBD! The street outside is scruffy (but far below, so not something you see from the apt) and we were disturbed several times on the first evening by someone downstairs randomly pushing the intercom button.

We had dinner across the road at the Sky Tower. On another night we went to the Casino about 50 metres away. And the parking next door was very easy. No conditioner.

The host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The apartment can get quite warm when the sun is on it, but we made use of the air con unit and fans provided to help.

• Sanjeev (8/5): Great for a couple of days in Auckland - No.2004. Very clear directions to access the apartment. Bang in the center, next to Auckland tower. All types of shops and restaurants nearby. For all vegetarian Indians, I would heartily recommend Saravanaa Bhavan which is reachable in 5min walk. Very clean. Fantastic views from the balcony. Comfortable beds. Small bedrooms, very less space for luggage. Fire alarm in middle of the night with scary announcements. We had to run down 20 floors at midnight. It turned out that the alarm was from next building. Half of the night was ruined. Though not a fault of the owner of this property, having to run down 20 floors poses a question on whether to book properties in high-rise buildings. Traffic noise even at 20th floor - sirens, noisy speeding cars, girls screaming.

• Hope (9/5): Our stay was delightful. Waking up every morning was pure bliss while on vacae. - The views were breathtaking! Every morning we started things off with a complimentary coffee made from the appliances provided. Our hosts were lovely and offered helpful insights into things to do in Auckland CBD. Thank you again! Perhaps an air con would help guests regulate the temperature during summer/Autumn :)

The view was great over the city and ocean. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Auckland! No complaints at all!

• Rhonda (10/5): Brilliant accommodation with bonus views - The host was amazing to deal with, with fantastic communication we had no issue with getting into the building, OMG what a fantastic apartment! The views were amazing with it being on the corner of building. The apartment was fully stocked with the things we needed, clean and functional. Take away restaurants and pubs a small walk around the corner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - we loved our stay, wish we stayed longer. This has nothing to do with the accommodation - but for a note to be a wear of the parking building across the road isn't the best at keeping your car safe, quite a few cars got broken into while we were there. There are other parking places around close by though.

The location is superb, the apartment is beautifully fitted out and as the title says, the views are spectacular. Graeme was a very attentive host who went above and beyond to meet our needs.

When the doors and windows are open the street noise is significant.
