• Jeanie (8/5): Overall, stay was quite nice and a great place to go if you need to catch a flight early the next day. - Easy to navigate to, close to the airport and nice updated rooms. Parking was not the best and if you leave your car there, it’s just randomly parked throughout the property.

• Victor (9/5): The Shuttle Driver from the Black Lagoon - I liked everything except the shuttle driver. The bed I slept in was great, but i cant say about the the beds at the facility. I didn't like the shuttle driver who i asked if he could drop me at the international area at the airport (I was the only passenger), and he grunted. And then dropped me off nowhere near the international area, before driving up and past the international area, leaving me to walk a lonnng way to the international area.

Water pressure in the shower was incredible and the heating was also wonderful. Perfect when coming from warmer climate to Melbourne in middle of the year. Nothing really. Was such good value.

But when we went to put it together it was broken and the sheets looked like they were 10 years old. It was unusable, it was quite disgusting.

• Chartae (8/5): Beautiful room and very comfy bed - It was very clean and modern. Very noisy with kids running past the room at 4am. Also adults talking loudly and not considering others when leaving at 4am. I guess you can get that anywhere and I would not let that stop me from staying again. It did however disrupt much needed sleep.

The checkin process was very well explained including all other details and facilities. All of the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The room was very nicely appointed and clean. I had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious with lovely service. The breakfast buffet has a large choice of hot and cold options with freshly cooked eggs on request. I’d recommend ordering and paying for a coffee from the bar as the Nescafé coffee from the machine was not very nice. The Nescafé coffee from the machine.
